23/08/2024: Great menu, fantastic knowledge of wine, thanks to Quentin. Food is innovative and tasty. Service is friendly and genuine. We loved it. By far the highlight of our trip. Best wines experience too.

18/08/2024: The staff was extremely friendly! The food and wine were amazing and the ambiance was great.

26/06/2025: Impeccable service and welcome. After a 5-minute wait, we were seated on the terrace. The waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. The tarte flambée was excellent.

25/06/2025: We had 1 Pompeii pizza and 1 wild garlic/margière tarte flambée. The wild garlic tarte flambée was good. But the Pompeii pizza and the margière tarte flambée didn't really taste like raw ham. Overall, it was good.

10/07/2025: Great atmosphere and delicious food. I'm vegetarian, and there was plenty of choice. It's a shame the restaurant is closed on weekends, though.

10/07/2025: A must-try restaurant when you arrive in Alsace. The cuisine is generous and delicious. I recommend the exceptional Black Forest gateau for dessert.

06/09/2024: Nous avons reçu en cadeau un bon pour déjeuner à deux au restaurant l'alchemille. Nous n'avions aucune idée préconçue, juste un peu de curiosité car le restaurant présente un site internet clairement "en dehors des sentiers battus". Et bien bonne surprise ! Nous avons adoré le menu "layon" 10 senteurs que le chef a concocté. de l'amuse bouche au dessert final, nous nous sommes régalés. En conclusion, oubliez tout ce que vous connaissez des restaurants dits "traditionnels", gastronomiques ou pas, bistronomiques ou pas et laissez-vous embarquer pour un voyage au milieu des plantes et des fleurs savamment alliés à des légumes, poissons ou viandes et en fin de repas savourez l'eau de plantes, une tisane digestive délicieuse. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt et un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui est au diapason de la philosophie de la maison.

20/09/2024: Very charming place, quality welcome and top-notch cakes. Different original and tasty recipes. The place is really pretty. However, no reservations, remember to arrive early to get a table. I recommend with your eyes closed.

15/09/2024: Schon etwas versteckt liegt das Restaurant Hotel, erreichbar über eine kurvenreiche Landstraße. Vorher schon reserviert, wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns der Platz zugeteilt. Das Restaurant war bis zum letzten Platz belegt. Wir bestellten das Menu à 3 plats. Die Menükarte habe ich hier hochgeladen. Menüfolge, Speisenqualität und vor allem der Service- perfekt, immer freundlich und bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Der Service war hervorragend (ich muss es einfach wiederholen) und das bei voller Auslastung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, klare Empfehlung.
