06/08/2026: We've been coming here regularly for almost 25 years now, and for the first time, we left without dinner… After 45 minutes of nothing, we took the liberty of asking about our order, to which we were told that we had apparently agreed together that we had cancelled it… We were really keen to introduce our friends to this place. We'll still come back, though, because we know that tonight's service didn't reflect the usual high quality.

28/07/2026: Nice place, we ate really well, and the place is beautiful. A little crowded, but that's normal for late July... recommended!

01/07/2026: Excellent restaurant offering delicious regional specialties (vegetarian options available, thank you! 👍🏻). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, the decor is beautifully done with a true mountain chalet feel, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend!

05/07/2026: Discovered by chance on our holiday road trip. The atmosphere, the food, the service... everything was perfect. The fondue and charcuterie, despite the heat (30°C), were excellent!

27/06/2026: Today is Saturday, June 27th, 1:15 PM. I arrived with my family, including two young children, in 30-degree heat, hoping to enjoy a nice family meal at a restaurant. We checked the hours on Google, and it clearly stated closing time was 2:30 PM. We arrived in the parking lot at 1:15 PM, an hour and fifteen minutes before closing time. As we were getting the children out of the car, the restaurant attendant called out to me and asked, "Yes, what are you here for?" Surprised, I replied, "To eat at the restaurant." She responded, "Oh, well, we've already closed the kitchen." I replied, "But it says 2:30 PM online!" She answered, "Yes, but since there was no one here, we closed." Great, closing an hour and fifteen minutes early! We took the time to come to your restaurant, and you didn't respect the closing time. Of course, we'll never go back.

15/05/2026: The room could use a few minor touch-ups but nothing dramatic, otherwise very clean.

15/05/2026: The view is magnificent and the heated pool is very pleasant. However, the room is small and poorly soundproofed. The breakfast is quite basic and not worth €19. Another negative point concerns Connect holiday vouchers: before booking, we called to confirm they were accepted, but only an hour before our arrival, the hotel informed us that they only accepted the paper version, even though the reservation was made eight days prior. Finally, pool towels must be kept for the entire stay, but this information was not provided to us on the first day.

22/03/2026: I'm giving it 5/5 because I can't give more. Between Juan's cooking and Camille's service, there's nothing to complain about. Go without hesitation!

11/03/2026: Delicious meat, but lots of bone, so it seems quite heavy. It's pricey for what you get.

29/01/2026: 5 stars without hesitation!! Superb welcome (unlike the two restaurants across the street!!). Generous and delicious dishes, attentive service, sunny veranda with views of the Jura mountains on one side and the Alps on the other! Exceptional!

23/01/2026: Very friendly and warm welcome, the Savoyard burger and the croziflette are excellent, as is the tarte tatin, and superb view from the veranda!

04/07/2026: I went in around 2:30/3pm today to get information to register my 2 children, 4 and 11 years old. I was getting information from a young man at the reception desk when another member of staff (young, hat, moustache, Noah I think) came to the counter to look at something on the computer. My 4-year-old son said hello 3 or 4 times, what is your name? No response from him (my son was 30 cm away from him). I told him: "My son says 'Hello'" (take 3 seconds to say Hi?!?) and the guy replied, "If I don't answer, there's a reason." You're right, Adam Ondra 😂 We'll enroll our children at A Block in Argonay then. Probably an ego problem. You're nobody, so at least try to be pleasant to the customers (they're the ones paying your salary) 😉 And stop making excuses for the numerous negative comments about the service; given the number, there really is a problem.

09/06/2026: The staff is fantastic, attentive, and always smiling. The routes are on the hillsides and there's something for everyone, from beginners to seasoned climbers! There's even a children's area. I'll definitely be back!

26/07/2026: A rather small pizza, but tasteless to me…given the selection in Ville-la-Grand, it's acceptable. Still, I won't be back; I prefer to go to Geneva and pay more for a better pizza.
