That same evening at 7:52 p.m. having a doubt, I called you back (the waitress answered): a table for four people: yes! What time? I don't follow up, and reply "time to come ~ ~ thank you. » I think my head doesn't come back to you or, that my dog ​​and I "it's a stain" No problem, I would go and taste some perch fillets or something else with one of your colleagues. 05/08/2024: Quick reservation by telephone although we would have appreciated being able to do it online. While passing through Sallanche, we looked for a restaurant for the evening. Absolutely no regrets having trusted TripAdvisor for this restaurant, a gem! Super pleasant welcome and service. Arrival at 7:30 p.m., exit at 8:30 p.m. Ultra quick and efficient (aperitif + main course + dessert). Meal: flank steak served with mash accompanied by sumptuous pan-fried mushrooms (too bad: not enough mash and mushrooms compared to the flank steak)! Green asparagus and ricotta ravioli: a delight and above all hearty, I couldn't finish. Top-notch children's formula, both nuggets and burgers: the kids loved it! You can clearly see that everything is homemade and that the chef is careful. Good value for money. I highly recommend !

11/09/2024: On est "tombé" dessus par hasard... quelle belle expérience, le menu du jour pour monsieur...un paleron de bœuf fondant à souhait 😊 et un très copieuse salade paysanne pour madame...sans parler du dessert, gourmand ! Des produits frais, des prix corrects et une petite salle derrière très tranquille ! Superbe découverte, allez y sans hésiter !

06/09/2024: Restaurant that doesn't look like much, taken at random on the way back from Geneva. I loved the eggs meurette, and the crispy reblochon salad was delicious. To finish, a double scoop of blackcurrant whipped cream 😋. Honestly, it’s worth the detour.

31/03/2024: We went to the sweet madness of Chamonix for the closing of the 2023-2024 season and we loved it. The dishes were good and refined. Top service and a great atmosphere. No waiting, no pressure. Thanks to the manager and his team for this great evening. We will definitely come back

17/09/2024: We just happened upon this place after a long day's travelling and it hit the spot perfectly - relaxed, authentic local feel; no music (an enormous bones in a restaurant, I think, unless it's some very tasteful jazz); friendly and accommodating bilingual staff; and the food - we just ordered light stuff, charcuterie and a salade lyonaise -hit the spot perfectly with a lovely chilled white. The decor is a mix of authentic and rock'n'roll eccentric worth checking in it's own right. We arrived today and think we might make this a regular for our stay in Annecy. Thanks!!!

29/08/2024: Even if I see in the last comments on "Chez Daniel" that the criticism is not well received, I will say what I think about it in terms of reception. I will not be able to testify on the quality of the dishes given that we had not reserved, there was no place for us. Regarding the menu, no raclettes, only tartiflette fondues or reblochonades. Too bad for a mountain restaurant... On the other hand, I'm leaving a review because I didn't appreciate the welcome at all and the very unpleasant little phrase "book next time!" Slipped in as if to say I'm busy, if you don't have a reservation you're bothering me! So as it was our last evening we went elsewhere and given the welcome I wouldn't have wanted to come back anyway!

28/08/2024: A great family time! With two young children, a smiling waitress and an involved cook, the fondue was perfect and plentiful. Excellent crème brûlée. The children had pancakes and were delighted. Local produce from food to drinks. The people of Flaine eat there and it’s a sign of quality. I highly recommend and I am very demanding. It was one of the highlights of the family vacation. THANKS

24/09/2024: We took a weekendesk. Everything was perfect, quiet location, welcome, meals, sauna and hammam. Small downside is that the offer says unlimited spa, but it should be clarified that the unlimited is from the moment you have your slot. We came at 4:30 p.m. to take advantage of this moment and in the end we only had access from 6 p.m.

23/09/2024: Slightly disappointing experience Friendly staff, Good restaurant brasserie, Afterwards the room was not clean stains on the floor, chair on the balcony broken, room right next to reception and you can hear people coming and going, I think the rooms must not be well soundproofed finally, full of little details which are a bit preachy I find...😔 Damage Station a little deserted but normal the season is over.

03/09/2024: We stopped to recharge our batteries during our hike, 2 delicious waffles. The waiter was super friendly and smiling, he even advised us on hikes to do! We'll come back!

02/09/2024: Un premier séjour au Grand Bornand en juillet avec un déjeuner au restaurant le Châtillon en haut du télécabine du Rosay au Chinaillon. Le second séjour en août au Grand Bornand ne pouvait se faire sans passer à nouveau au Châtillon. Bel établissement avec une belle vue panoramique sur les massifs. Excellent et chaleureux accueil par le personnel. La carte est suffisante pour que vous puissiez votre bonheur gustatif. Tout y est excellent. Les prix sont honnêtes pour un restaurant d’altitude. Je recommande. Tout est parfait.

15/03/2024: A typically Savoyard menu with good value for money. A little unusual wait mitigated by a friendly atmosphere and a magnificent setting. The short walk to get there is well rewarded.

14/03/2024: Great place to have a bite to eat, the veal was amazing and the view is unbelievable!
