09/11/2025: Whether on one of the two terraces or inside in one of the three different dining areas, it's always a delight! If you're lucky enough to get a table in the "lounge" (limited seating, reservations are essential), this intimate lounge/fireplace area remains my favorite, with its comfortable sofas before sitting down to eat. The other two dining rooms are also very pleasant. The service is efficient, friendly, and attentive, despite a few minor points that could be improved (such as systematically announcing the dishes). A true pleasure every time, a passionate and comforting cuisine. Thank you to the Chef and his team.

07/11/2025: A truly wonderful discovery. The waitstaff is very attentive and considerate of the guests. The cuisine is top-notch. The refined decor perfectly complements the experience.

09/04/2026: A fabulous swimming facility. Everything is clean and works well. The main indoor pool is generally heated to around 28 degrees, which is great if you are doing swim training. The staff are very friendly and helpful and can speak English if your French is limited. There is a good range of pricing options too ranging from single visit to season-long passes. Keep an eye on the opening times. Haven't used the outdoor pools so can't comment on these.

07/03/2026: A superb place to relax after a day of skiing. Clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. Perfect. And thank you to the team for their warm welcome.

02/04/2026: We received a warm welcome in a lovely setting. The main course was generous and delicious 🍽. It's a shame we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our charcuterie board with our aperitif.

20/02/2026: We loved this place and visited twice during our week in Megeve. A friendly welcome and good hospitality at an unpretentious cafe bar. Food is consistently good and home cooked. A refreshing, authentic spot in an overpriced, overly-glamorous town.

15/02/2026: Good evening, we're here right now. Our phone battery died, and the lady at the tobacconist's kindly agreed to help us out. So we're having a drink and a delicious Nutella waffle for my son – fantastic! Everyone is smiling, efficient, and charming, plus they're showing a live rugby match on their screen – a great time! A big thank you to you all. I'm staying until Thursday and I'll definitely be back. A thousand thanks again, madam, you brightened our day! 💯👍

03/04/2026: How can I put it? The family atmosphere is fantastic, very warm and welcoming 😉 Watching our meat cook right in front of us on the wood-fired grill was a wonderful experience. The service is great, very friendly. I had a lovely time and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it.

30/03/2026: We stumbled across this absolute gem while on holiday in Le Grand-Bornand and it was a highlight of our trip. The food was fantastic and the pizza in particular was top quality, complemented perfectly by the lovely and welcoming service we received. We were surprised to learn that this was actually their final day under the current ownership, which is a real shame given the high standard they have maintained. We truly enjoyed our meal and want to wish the team all the very best for the future.

19/03/2026: Every year we come to end our holidays with a fantastic barbecue! Once you get over the initial surprise of the smoke from the braziers (asthmatics beware!!!...), the old-fashioned farm-inn atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! We have a soft spot for this place, which hosted us as a family for many years... We remember the perfect breakfasts back then...

09/03/2026: Excellent location for this family-run restaurant at the foot of the L'Hôtel slope. Everything is homemade. If you're looking for a typical mountain spot where you feel comfortable, eat well, and are served by attentive staff, you've come to the right place! Our go-to spot for a great fondue (and much more) every time we visit Praz-de-Lys, summer or winter.

31/03/2026: I stopped by for dinner on a Sunday evening with my colleague, and the welcome was very warm. The staff who served us were very attentive and pleasant. The meal was very satisfying, beautifully presented, and of very good quality. I highly recommend it.

Impolite service wanted us to get out in 2min because we order only hot drinks and they wanted to earn more money They didn't tell us that if we order only drinks we have 5min to drink it and get out It's impolite and inhumane to treat another person like that in such weather conditions I don't recommend this place unless you want to talk with moody frogeaters

17/04/2026: A very pleasant hotel from the moment you arrive. The staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent in the heart of the city. The rooms are simply splendid, and the breakfast buffet is incredible – it has everything you could dream of. The restaurant is very gourmet, with delicious and reasonably priced dishes. You'll definitely want to return. I loved my stay.
