17/08/2026: We came for Sunday brunch, which was quite basic, and it's a shame it wasn't replenished more often given how busy it was. Otherwise, the food was tasty.

25/08/2026: As a regular morning customer, I find it unpleasant to hear the sales assistants complaining about their colleagues, their manager, and the customers… right there in the dining area, during service (even while serving customers… help!), or shouting from the preparation room to the sales floor… totally disrespectful. And what about the young woman serving at lunchtime who had the nerve to breathe on customers, puffing out her cheeks, and then reply, "I do what I want"? In short, the quality is average but typical of a chain restaurant; the service is best avoided. Go a kilometer away; there are much better options right next door.

23/09/2026: We went on Wednesday, September 23rd, two of us, and didn't have to wait to be served. Everyone was very friendly, trying to communicate in English, and finally Angie, who spoke Spanish, served us. She helped us choose our food with recommendations based on our preferences. Angie was attentive, offered us water, and was very friendly and welcoming. She made our experience very pleasant. Thank you! 🫶🏻 We were passing through on our way to Spain and took the opportunity to try some typical food. This place is 100% recommended. Great atmosphere, a bit pricey, but the food is incredibly high quality and homemade. Spacious and clean restrooms. They have plenty of tables and parking nearby. The food arrived quickly.

12/09/2026: The waiter, a handsome guy from the South, was moderately friendly at first, but became increasingly pleasant as the alcohol flowed. In the end, a flawless experience, as there was no fake contact. The drinks were excellent, and of course: the music was absolutely fantastic!!!

12/04/2026: Great place to finish the day listening to live music and drinking local beers and wines. Sufficient space for a table or a deck chair to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. Queue was slightly long for the bar but it is to be expected with a popular place like this, which there are not many of in Flaine.

11/04/2026: For a touristy spot right on the ski slopes, the food is consistently excellent and beautifully presented. The welcome is very warm. It's our favorite restaurant in the Grand Massif.

10/07/2026: The setting was nice, and that's the only positive point, unfortunately. The steak tartare was cut too large, the seasoning wasn't very good, and the fries had a strong duck fat taste, even though nothing was mentioned about it. In any case, they were really bad. The chocolate mousse was extremely dry, not airy, and tasteless, with a layer of olive oil on top. And to top it all off, the manager was extremely unpleasant and even very rude when it came time to pay. Her credit card machine was faulty, and she had the nerve to say in front of everyone that I was causing them to waste time. In short, never again.

09/07/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful 80th birthday celebration for my mother! There were over 20 of us, and everything was perfect. The welcome was warm, the staff incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive to everyone. The meal was simply delicious, with dishes as beautiful as they were tasty. The presentation was impeccable, and every bite was a true delight. Thanks to your professionalism and good humor, we had an unforgettable family time. We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend your restaurant. Thank you again!

22/06/2026: Pros - Friendly, efficient English-speaking staff - Views from the rooms and spa were incredible - Excellent range of options at the breakfast buffet and opened at 06.30 so eat then get out for the day early - Able to use facilities of hotel on day of checkout. We were kindly allowed to use the spa and hotel showers on the afternoon after we had checked out at no additional cost. This meant we were able to run all day and freshen up before heading to the airport. A really nice touch as meant you could maximise time in Chamonix rather than wait for flight home. - Toiletries in the room were good quality (not overstocked so environmental friendly) and able to ask for items free if charge from reception - Great location close to town centre and short walk to bus stops/train station Cons - Mattress was very firm so found it quite uncomfortable (personal preference though) - No aircon: stayed in June and the room was uncomfortably hot to sleep and the road outside was a bit too noisy to leave the windows open overnight to cool things down. It was exceptionally hot weather however so likely a very occasional issue. - Limited hooks in the bedroom for coats etc - Drinks in the hotel bar were expensive - EUR12 for a 1664 Krongenbourg beer. Despite a few small cons, this hotel was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

21/03/2026: No greeting, they speak to us rudely, no politeness whatsoever. They refuse us a table under the pretext that we have to "buy something" even though we were just going to have coffee before eating our meal here.

15/05/2026: The view is magnificent and the heated pool is very pleasant. However, the room is small and poorly soundproofed. The breakfast is quite basic and not worth €19. Another negative point concerns Connect holiday vouchers: before booking, we called to confirm they were accepted, but only an hour before our arrival, the hotel informed us that they only accepted the paper version, even though the reservation was made eight days prior. Finally, pool towels must be kept for the entire stay, but this information was not provided to us on the first day.

14/09/2026: Very good, however, I was a little disappointed by the meat- and fish-free options; only pizza, no sandwiches or quiches. The desserts and pastries were good.

10/09/2026: As a long-time customer, I've unfortunately noticed a significant decline since the recent change of ownership. The selection has dwindled considerably, and, most importantly, the quality of service is no longer what I used to expect. This morning, I went in to buy a sandwich. The two waitresses were chatting. They watched me come in without even saying hello and continued their conversation. After waiting about three minutes without anyone coming to serve me, I finally left. There weren't any other customers in the bakery. It's truly a shame to see an establishment I've frequented for years lose so much in terms of customer service and overall experience.
