11/09/2025: Absolutely genuine local and well prepared food. In this 'in-between' season only opened for lunch.......and only one choice......but very delightful. Very friendly staff even we don't speak French, we got special service as the cook came to our table and explained the menu in english. Highly recommendable......

19/02/2026: We arrived with complete independence. The housekeeping in the rooms needs improvement as they are starting to show their age. The food was well-equipped, the pool was clean and well-heated, and the rooms were also well-prepared. The bed was made up before our arrival and even included an extra pillow. There were no bathrobes for the pool. We only stayed one night, but I could easily see myself staying a week.

15/02/2026: A very nice residence, well located near Annecy with a lovely view, and several swimming pools, including one open even in winter. Self check-in is available from 2 pm onwards, which we really appreciated.

02/11/2025: A very nice hotel right in the center of Yvoire (literally a stone's throw from the historic center). The rooms are very pleasant; we booked one with a lake view, and what a joy it was to wake up to that view! A major plus: the pool, sauna, and hammam are open all day!

21/02/2026: Fantastic hotel, great welcome, right in the center with restaurants a 5-minute walk away... and an hour from the ski resorts the next day... in short, highly recommended

11/02/2026: We had an excellent meal at the Restaurant Hôtel des Alpes. The dishes were superb and beautifully presented, both for adults and the children's menu. The service was top-notch, as were the wine recommendations.

The welcome is very good, the location too, in the heart of the center, the food nothing to say, the same for the service, very pleasant with Elise our waitress and then the must are the generous quantities especially for the menus which are generally reduced but then not at all and prices more than reasonable. Well done, we don't understand the bad reviews. Absolutely worth testing

15/02/2026: A terrible experience. Nothing about this kitchen is right—neither the quality nor the quantity, and there's no consistency in the menu, with prices that don't correspond at all to what's on the plate. It tries too hard, but it falls completely short. Either you serve traditional cuisine with reasonable prices, reasonable portions, and quality ingredients, or you create more sophisticated dishes with more expensive ingredients, resulting in smaller portions. But here, you get the disadvantages of both without any of the advantages. It's a shame because the setting is lovely and the service is friendly.

22/10/2025: A magnificent venue where we celebrated our wedding all weekend with our loved ones, just as we had dreamed! The kitchen is truly perfectly equipped, allowing us to cook everything on site for three days and up to 60 people. The bedrooms are comfortable, the downstairs room truly beautiful, and the exterior is very pleasant. The gazebo, despite its high price, is an undeniable asset for enjoying the outdoors in case of rain and adds a lot of character and romance! Alicia was very helpful with the organization and very flexible with the key handover, thank you! It's a shame that many amenities and other items are extra, which quickly adds to the cost, but we will definitely rent La Sapinière again if the opportunity arises!

11/11/2025: What a shame… it looked pretty good… but expensive… expect to pay €28 for a raclette for a 4-year-old… Total €210 for 2 adults and 3 children aged 4 to 9… And then stomach aches all night… I'm gutted… Because the atmosphere was nice and the staff were welcoming…

10/02/2026: The check-in process was lengthy and difficult for many. There was confusion about the deposit. There was no hot water, but they do have a shower, which apparently doesn't work often. The food is decent, the bar closes very early, and if you have to leave your backpack in the garage but sleep on the top floor, this is very annoying.

28/09/2025: The manager is not up to the task, he could drown in a drop of water. Friendly and efficient staff, very decent meal.
