15/09/2026: We wanted to stop here for a drink and a crêpe during our bike ride. We sat on the terrace for fifteen minutes and were completely ignored by the waiter, who was serving other customers around us. In the end, we just left.

29/08/2026: The initial welcome was very good, but then the owner completely ignored us, preferring to chat with another table throughout the meal. He forgot about our glasses of wine, which we had to ask for again, and once more, engrossed in his conversation, he didn't even offer a "thank you or goodbye." Fortunately, the food was good and the waiter was friendly and helpful. What a shame.

30/09/2026: This restaurant is extremely discriminatory. I was refused entry because, and I quote, I was taking up too much space with my stroller. It's a disgrace!

13/09/2026: We arrived on Sunday at 6:00 PM on September 13, 2026, under a beautiful sun, and there were quite a few people there for drinks. We were politely turned away! By the bartender, a young man. We had seen the owners the day before, who seemed very friendly. It was a new management. We had planned to eat afterward, but oh well, we wish them good luck with a different attitude from the bartender!

An incredible selection of dishes for a restaurant so isolated at the top of the mountains, and remarkably affordable prices for the quality offered. Full support to this restaurateur who is overcoming the isolation caused by the long and winding road to Romme-sur-Cluses in our region. The town of Romme-sur-Cluses is fortunate to have a restaurateur capable of such a feat. In some parts of France, this kind of expertise would be highly sought after, and premises would be provided free of charge to practice his culinary art! Good luck and continued success.

As a restaurant professional, I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of service provided by the young waitress who was flawless from start to finish. Let's talk about the food. It's delicious, you eat your fill, and the standards of pub/English cuisine are upheld by the chef who served us hot, tasty, and above all, fast food. The terrace was packed, and considering the chef is working alone in the kitchen, the work involved is Herculean. A heartfelt thought for the end of service and the washing up, and a big thank you for a pleasant experience. Nice beer selection, by the way.

10/09/2026: Unpleasant owner. Refused service because there wasn't enough alcohol for the number of people in our party. (The bar took a long time to fill up.)
