30/06/2026: Avoid this place; it doesn't take criticism well. The cook(s) don't even know how to cook something to medium-rare instead of rare. The ribeye steak isn't a proper ribeye. Low-quality meat. Fatty and sinewy. You can't just become a cook overnight; you need to be one. I don't understand the 5-star reviews unless they're from friends.

25/07/2026: We had a fantastic meal at La Tête Au Moine! My husband ordered the Pluma de Porc Laqué (glazed pork), which was absolute perfection, tender, rich, and full of flavour. I had the Faux Filet (sirloin steak), which was cooked exactly to order. ​As a major bonus, the restaurant is dog-friendly, so our dog was able to join us. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our meal.

18/07/2026: Excellent food, very generous portions, and above all, high quality, featuring excellent local produce (fish, etc.) and expertly prepared to create wonderful flavors. The waitresses and waiters were very warm and friendly! The terrace is peaceful. A truly great find that I highly recommend!

06/06/2026: A must-visit bistro, the food is always top-notch, but what keeps us coming back is, of course, the warm and attentive service from Antoine, Laurine, and Pauline, who are truly wonderful people ❤️ Don't listen to the few precious (bitter?) people who didn't appreciate the warm, village atmosphere—everything we love about the Bossey bistro! Don't change a thing!

22/03/2026: Good evening. Having stayed for two nights in March 2026, I found the hotel truly exceptional: the welcome, the room, the jacuzzi. Thomas is accommodating and attentive (and the pizza is very good (thank you Thomas, you'll know who I am)). The après-ski was top-notch, thank you for everything.

11/07/2026: I've been stopping by every morning for the past two months. A pleasant experience, a wide selection, quality products, good service, and a smiling waitress. I was even told I had a nice t-shirt (always nice to receive a compliment). I highly recommend it.

03/05/2026: We had an exceptional stay at La Maison Bleue. Everything was perfect: the service, the welcome, the location, the comfort, and the view from the room. We will definitely return! The experience at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant was a success, with only one minor drawback: not being a regular at Michelin-starred restaurants, I would have appreciated knowing that the aperitif offered at the beginning of the meal was an extra. I wouldn't have ordered a €65 glass of wine (!) without knowing this. A little more transparency would therefore be appreciated (the same goes for the digestifs/hot drinks at the end of the meal).

01/05/2026: A magnificent hotel, the staff are very friendly and professional. You feel pampered; everything is done to make you feel at home. The decor is very warm and cozy.

03/04/2026: How can I put it? The family atmosphere is fantastic, very warm and welcoming 😉 Watching our meat cook right in front of us on the wood-fired grill was a wonderful experience. The service is great, very friendly. I had a lovely time and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it.
