08/03/2026: A lovely family run hotel in a perfect location right at the bottom of the Prodains Express lift. We have stayed here 4 times now, and it’s always a lovely stay. The whole family work really hard to ensure that their guests have a great stay. The restaurant is excellent with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The heated outdoor pool was opened this year too, which is a fantastic addition to an already great hotel. See you next year ⛷️

01/09/2026: I stopped by today, September 1st, at 12:20 PM, and I'd like to thank the very kind saleswoman who greeted me. She took the time to describe all the vegetarian salads to me, without me even asking. Thank you for your smile and friendliness; I truly appreciated it.

28/02/2026: This is my second visit to this hotel and I'm still just as impressed. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the area.

15/02/2026: Initially, we booked a one-night stay without expecting much. In the end, we were very pleasantly surprised by the place in several ways. The decor is tasteful and welcoming; we felt right at home. The spa and hammam area is ideally laid out and perfectly romantic for couples. The room we had was clean, spacious, and functional. A truly relaxing getaway—we highly recommend it!

04/10/2026: Appalling. They forgot to give us plates. The portion size was for one person, even though there were two of us. The salad was rotten. I was sick during the night. And the cooks must have accidentally added salt to the doughnuts. Disgusting. I've already widely shared this with our friends in Savoy.

21/08/2026: After the change of ownership, we tried this restaurant several times. Today, we waited over an hour for our pizza. We saw customers who arrived after us eating their pizzas, while we were completely ignored. The server may have forgotten to take our order, but that's not our problem. The service was appalling; we do not recommend this place!

20/09/2026: This is an amazing restaurant! I am leaving my highest recommendation. Don't miss out!! The food was delicious, with everything cooked to perfection. I've been fortunate to dine in many special places around the world, and this was truly exceptional. The duck was exquisite, perfectly paired with new potatoes as recommended by the Maitre D. The beef was also wonderful (we had our medium rare, the French way) and all the vegetables were cooked to perfection. We were made to feel so welcome, and were delighted with the wine recommendations - the languedoc is remarkably good and pairs incredibly with both the duck and beef. We were tempted to share desert, and the chocolate mousse was a true chocolate delight, and plenty of it. The restaurant itself is beautiful and private, set back off the street up the stairs, making it feel a bit of a secret find. The atmosphere was so friendly, warm and cosy. I thought the prices were fair and if anything under represented the fantastic venue and food - ie. really rather good value for everything you receive. I would return in a heartbeat if I am in the vicinity of Annecy again.

15/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!! The welcome was appalling and aggressive. The owner was odious to us, condescending, and immediately assuming that our teenage children who were with us were necessarily delinquents. We were seated outside at dirty, wobbly tables in unbearable heat (the terrace was surrounded by ugly plastic tarpaulins). We left.

26/09/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent. The beef tartare was to die for. The burger is homemade, even the bun! The staff is very friendly. Being from Viuz, it's a pleasure to have such a good and welcoming place right next door. A big thank you. I highly recommend it!
