23/09/2024: This Hotel more than lived up to expectations. It is an extremely well run ship. Highly professional staff, very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Location excellent. Food amazing. Spotlessly clean. Only negative - no lift. Staff were on hand to help with luggage.

21/09/2024: We had a great experience there, outside tables were fully booked so we got to sit inside on a high table, food was amazing, staff friendly although the restaurant was packed

11/08/2024: Arrived on the 6th August with our caravan. The pitch is tight and right opposite the noisey park with inflatables so screaming kids in the evening makes it hard to relax. The electric hook up doesn’t have water also as other campsite do in France. There needs to be a swimming pool On this site as it is very hot in the summer and the lake isn’t comfortable to sit on a slop. Can I suggest you make the beach area longer! So it’s not comfortable to sit on. The staff in reception are nice and the animation. The staff in the shop are super slow. don’t just go and buy one thing at this shop as it will take you 10 minutes to pay . You are best off getting supplies from Lidl up the road. Will not stay here again it’s too busy for me and also actually quite expensive for 70 euro a night.

31/03/2024: Awful experience. Staff are rude, demanding you squeeze in and dump clothing, helmets on the floor. Food tastes of soap. Chips were stone cold. Place is a joke, worst mountain restaurant you will come across.

19/03/2024: Service good. Meal poor. This had been one of the few remaining decent restaurants on the slopes in Chamonix which hadn’t been taken over by a corporate group - until now.. Unfortunately it is now a chain of 18 restaurants. I ordered fish and chips for 26 euros. The fish was battered fish fingers out of the freezer, virtually no fish in them, chips also from freezer. My partner ordered vegetable crumble, he thought it tasted like microwave food reheated. Felt ill afterwards as not been eating UPF for several weeks. Gave it 2 stars because service was very good.

03/09/2024: Amazing hotel on the lake. Simply beautiful. Rooms with views are the best. I have been there a couple of times and it is getting better and better each time. Highly recommended.

26/08/2024: Une carte alléchante avec hélas plusieurs produits non disponible, mais on nous a prévenu. Nous avons été reçu par une jeune serveuse très souriante, mais une autre personne a pris le relais et n'étais pas des plus agréable, elle ne vendait pas la carte. Pour les plats, c'est mitigé : agneau confit qui était très bon, mais léger pour le prix. En effet l'accompagnement est en supplément à 4.oo€ ... Donc vous payez une vingtaine d'euros pour un morceau de viande, sans accompagnent... Bizarre de proposer cela, mais peut être un nouveau concept ? A côté un autre plat, côte de porc sauce soja miel. Belle présentation, mais une viande très sèche et le miel inexistant, donc qui baigne dans le soja salé. Dommage car il y a du potentiel dans les propositions de plats qui changent.

17/08/2024: Très bon restaurant à Annecy Si vous cherchez un restaurant authentique, loin des pièges à touristes, ne cherchez plus ! Nous avons adoré la cuisine du chef, raffinée et pleine de saveurs. Ce restaurant se distingue vraiment des autres restaurants.

24/08/2024: 1st experience…. And half a disappointment. Magnificent restaurant (terrace), welcoming and caring staff, very friendly and very helpful. Quality of the dishes… good, nothing more. Quantity on the plate: MINIMALIST! From starter to dessert. Really unfortunate. Always the same problem with restaurants believing they serve semi-gourmet meals. Stingy with a real lack of flavor. But once again, the staff was really great! And that is our only satisfaction.

08/07/2024: We really enjoyed the brunch, both in terms of the choice, the quality of the products, the cuisine, the attentive service and the setting. Well done to the team!

14/09/2024: We stayed at the castle for 2 nights in the blue room. Although we were generally satisfied, we did not rediscover the magic of the place where we had stayed a dozen years ago... We had our dinners at the castle both evenings and it seemed a shame that the menu offered only changed once a week. On the other hand, the breakfast is royal and offers a wide choice. The reception staff, although very friendly, were not able to give us information about the visits; we visited the Château de Menthon St Bernard which is a marvel (at reception they couldn't tell us if it was open and what the visiting hours were) a bit of a shame... The exteriors are very well maintained and we were satisfied with the room which offered a magnificent view of the lake and mountains.

11/08/2024: A first experience in this family establishment where we greatly appreciated the menu as well as the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Creative and modern cuisine, seasonal products that give pride of place to the Savoyard regional terroir and the picking of wild flowers and herbs. We will come back with pleasure. Thank you for this exceptional culinary moment. Everything was delicious.

21/08/2024: Massage en duo parfait. Très bon accueil, réservation par téléphone fluide et agréable. L’établissement est très propre et l’accueil excellent. Seul bémol la direction devrait interdire les enfants d’un an en couche dans le jacuzzi … rarement vu quelque chose de plus sale surtout dans de l’eau chaude ? Idem, un clown au téléphone au milieu de la piscine qui fait des ronds dans l’eau le téléphone à la main en faisant profiter tous les gens venus pour le calme de ces lieux du manque d’intérêt manifeste de son quotidien…. Les règles d’utilisation du spa à revoir. Mention spéciale pour la manager du spa qui se donne du mal à garantir un prestation à la hauteur.
