28/02/2026: This is my second visit to this hotel and I'm still just as impressed. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the area.

15/02/2026: Initially, we booked a one-night stay without expecting much. In the end, we were very pleasantly surprised by the place in several ways. The decor is tasteful and welcoming; we felt right at home. The spa and hammam area is ideally laid out and perfectly romantic for couples. The room we had was clean, spacious, and functional. A truly relaxing getaway—we highly recommend it!

07/03/2026: A solid lower-cost, unpretentious option with all the amenities and basic things you would need to support a great ski trip in Chamonix. The bus stops steps from the hotel taking you to all the surrounding ski resorts and downtown chamonix for transfer to the airport or the bus to Italy, Valle Blanche, etc. The staff are great and make sure you have everything you need, and are willing to keep your ski bags, boots, gear, etc stored in the boot room downstairs while you wait for your next travel plans. There is WiFi that works well from the room and from the lounge downstairs if you need to hop on work calls and get work done. I had no connection issues. Les Praz is a good location (and closer) to the resorts up the valley such as Le Flegere, Grands Montets, and Le Tour. 20 minute walk to downtown Chamonix on a lovely river-side path.

05/06/2026: Couldnt fault the hotel or staff absolute wonderful stay! Amazing views from the sauna too definitely reccomend.

27/05/2026: Restaurant review: Excellent service, friendly and professional waiters. The quality-price ratio is very good. I recommend choosing the set menu as it includes a starter, main course, dessert, water, and bread. P.S.: The French toast is delicious.

04/08/2026: A huge disappointment for a brasserie (which doesn't deserve the name). The bill for two was exorbitant for a bland meal. We opted for bouchot mussels à la marinière, which were mussels in name only, for €23 each, served with "eco+" fries—an outrageous price for a simple dish of mussels that costs around €15 by the sea. As for the service, we weren't even offered a carafe of water throughout the entire meal. In short, including aperitifs and two glasses of wine, the bill came to €83, far too expensive for such a poor experience.

18/07/2026: ‼️Our meal did not live up to the Petit Futé guide's recommendation. We were very disappointed. The price was disproportionate to the quality: The fries were frozen, not homemade. The dessert was mediocre. The cashier was unfriendly (she asked us to split the bill in half using her calculator).

23/02/2026: A family-run hotel ideally located for winter or summer sports, and also perfect for a truly royal breakfast. The welcome from this family is exceptional.

22/08/2026: The welcome was very warm and friendly, the waitress was very welcoming and offered great advice. The dishes were generous and delicious. I highly recommend it. A great place to eat in Annecy 🥰

19/08/2026: L'APPART, a so-called clandestine restaurant-bar, lives up to its name: you discover it behind a small wooden door tucked away at the end of a staircase. Once inside, the atmosphere is warm and unpretentious, with an equally friendly welcome and much-needed air conditioning! A somewhat hidden gem, unknown to tourists, unpretentious, where you eat well and feel right at home.

09/07/2026: I really appreciated having your beautician, who comes from Thailand, do my semi-permanent French manicure. I'm quite particular and demanding, and she did a fantastic job; I had absolutely no complaints. She's a very talented beautician. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back. I also appreciate the reasonable prices compared to other salons. Melanie

06/07/2026: Warning, this is a long story, but it's important to explain clearly. I'm a regular customer of this salon, to the point of having reached the loyalty level that entitles me to a 10% discount. Unfortunately, this experience was the last straw. For several appointments now, I've been having problems with the new gel they're using. The estheticians truly do their best to satisfy their clients, and I want to emphasize their professionalism and kindness. Last month, I lost two nails just three days after they were applied. I went back to have them repaired. A few days later, two more fell off: I went back again. This time, the repair was chargeable, which I agreed to. A week later, all my nails were coming off. This is simply unacceptable. So, on Saturday, I went back for my monthly appointment for removal and refills, scheduled for 3:40 p.m. I had an urgent appointment at 5:30 p.m. During the application, there was a misunderstanding about the length of my nails: they were initially too short, then finally a little too long. Nothing dramatic, as the young beautician, who was lovely and very professional, took the time to correct it and did a flawless job. However, at 5:30 p.m., I was still at the salon and therefore missed my appointment. When it came time to pay, I wanted to leave a tip for the young woman to thank her for her work. I was told that it wasn't possible to pay by card. Then the manager explained that the service had taken longer than expected and that I would have to pay an additional €10 for the extra service. I explained several times that the extra time was due to a misunderstanding, but also to the numerous problems I'd been having with my nails for several weeks. Instead of listening to my point, I was simply told that next time I should book my appointment in advance… even though it was absolutely not a booking error. The most disappointing thing is that after all the inconvenience (the multiple trips back to the salon, the repairs, the nails that wouldn't stay put, and the missed appointment), the only compensation offered was that I would receive my 10% loyalty discount or a free drink on my next visit. This should have been applied to that service, not postponed to a hypothetical future visit. I left this salon very disappointed. The estheticians are truly competent, dedicated, and pleasant. They are in no way responsible for this bad experience. However, the management's attitude completely ruined the trust I had built with this salon. I was so stunned by the situation that I couldn't even find the words at the time. For me, that was my last appointment. I've already booked an appointment at another salon.

26/07/2026: I popped in briefly to grab two pastries for dessert this evening and couldn't resist the vanilla pecan tartlet. It was amazing! ♡ I'm dying to come back to Annecy to have another one and confirm this 'oumami' of pastry... a delight! On top of that, the staff were so friendly! Please don't stop making this dessert, I'll be back in the winter!!!

14/07/2026: Great ice cream with lots of choice of flavours. I went for the Oreo ice cream and it was delicious.

10/07/2026: A great find, much cheaper and a bit secluded, which is a nice change of pace. We had ice cream cones and crepes; the prices were reasonable and very good.

21/07/2026: From the anonymous exterior, you wouldn't expect anything in a commercial area on the main road. Big surprise! Excellent home cooking, good quality/price ratio, generous portions. My grilled salmon "sauce citronne maison" with mixed vegetables (legumes), green beans, carrots, courgettes, was truly excellent! I gave them truly deserved compliments! Try it and believe it!

05/06/2026: Nice comfortable small not very expensive restaurant, with good options. For vegetarians it’s mostly salad and fries, rice. Very yummy sweets. Absolute gem. Nice lady who didn’t speak English, but we still could communicate.

29/07/2026: After several years away from the region, I simply had to return to this iconic little village! Having arrived during the HarleyDays event, there were many visitors, but that didn't stop us from getting a table for three (and a few goats as a bonus). Despite it being July, I didn't hesitate for a second: the goat tarti on the menu! I highly recommend it, as the rustic atmosphere created by the goats and their bells will add a delightful touch to your delicious meal!

25/07/2026: Hello, great welcome, terrace very well located, I've been going to Les Lindarets for almost 50 years. We were just disappointed by the blueberry tart which had very few blueberries, a lot of jam, and a very, very hard crust. We'll go back for everything else, but not for the tart.

12/08/2026: We had pizza, which was perfectly reasonable for the price. Friendly staff and a lovely rooftop terrace to sit on.

12/08/2026: The prices are exorbitant. The waiter was unpleasant and unprofessional. No greeting, no smile. We ordered two platters, and he simply replied, "Ah, I don't do that here," in a very rude and haughty tone. The worst waiter I've ever seen... Absolutely no manners!

31/07/2026: I came here randomly and I was surprised by the large selection of food. The lovely staff that helped me spoke great English and took upon here time to help me select my sandwich.

12/07/2026: The price displayed was not applied at the register. When you point this out, they tell you that the price you paid was correct. When you remind them that regulations stipulate the price displayed is the price sold, the cashier laughs in your face. No toilet paper in the restrooms… A first experience I won't repeat.

10/05/2026: Exceptional. A fantastic quiche and Swiss bread. Not to mention the service… a wonderful experience!
