05/09/2024: Prawn evening is very good, but the ordering system at the cash register and at the bar quickly reaches its limits when there are people, a lot of waiting just to have a drink! Otherwise, nice welcome and great location, we had a good evening!

10/12/2025: It's a shame we can't give zero stars! The saleswomen who perform humiliating rituals on new recruits while they're ringing up the cash, in full view of everyone, talking loudly to make sure they're putting their colleagues down in front of the customers—how shameful! Young girls of 19 or 20 who can't even say hello, thank you, or goodbye, who give dirty looks—you need to review your manners before someone loses patience with your disrespect!

07/12/2025: What I don't like is when the staff go outside to smoke right in front of you and then... serve you bread without washing their hands. I find that very unhygienic. The hard floors are very dirty.

28/06/2025: Avoid, major hygiene and cooking problems. My chicken was barely cooked. Two days later, I was hospitalized for food poisoning. Two weeks later, I'm still on antibiotics and antiparasitic medication. An absolute disgrace. The health department should check it out. I learned that I wasn't the only one to get food poisoning after eating at this restaurant.

27/06/2025: Forgotten dish, served after my friends had finished theirs. Too bad because the terrace is pleasant and overlooks the port.

17/09/2024: It’s a disaster at Fidel Berger! You have to wait 1/2 hour to be served! Not a regard for the customer and a poor server who does what he can. Everything is lost!

14/09/2024: Very unwelcoming and not much memory especially on the change even 50 cents for a cappuccino en.pkus disgusting its lack of consideration and vigor especially before taking a tgv I have been coming to Annecy for years frankly for a breakfast cheaper and better there are better elsewhere too bad now it's yield and money you even have to limit yourself to asking for your change it's sad for the service it's true that the little people don't have wealth they must not have much good luck

25/09/2024: I recommend the carbonara. We ate so well that we returned two days later. Quick, attentive and friendly service. There are steps to enter but the terrace is accessible. There are two bathrooms and they are clean. They accept large groups since they don't mind putting tables together. I recommend it

09/12/2025: The staff were particularly unfriendly and unwelcoming. Despite the restaurant being empty, we had to wait several minutes before they agreed to seat us at a table with a stroller.

07/12/2025: Disastrous! We arrived at 2:30/3:00 PM with two young children to order two coffees, one tea, and two sodas. The waiter (who was incredibly rude, by the way) told us that he no longer served coffee or tea at that time, but a cappuccino would be fine, LOL… all just to boost sales with alcohol. On a rainy Sunday with two children, it's even more unacceptable. He curtly replied, "Management orders."

03/09/2025: A disgrace!! I ordered a verbena infusion with a slice of lemon. After forgetting the lemon, they came back with the slice and a bill of €0.20!! The prices aren't cheap, but apparently lemon is expensive...

02/09/2025: We sat down on the terrace and a waiter came to clear the table. We said hello to him, but there was no response. He looked at us very badly. Bad experience.

14/09/2024: Very pleasant setting, a magnificent mountain chalet, what we are looking for in this region. The order was forgotten, 1 hour of waiting and the hot box arrived lukewarm with the cheese not melted... the waitress complains very often despite the fact that the room was not full. No commercial gesture to compensate for the delay. It's a shame. The dishes lack character and uniqueness, we expect more flavors for a restaurant specializing in Savoyard cuisine. Not catastrophic but we advise you to try something else!

11/09/2024: A magnificent setting, we not only ate but we discovered the history of the restaurant. Very good dishes, and very well supplied! It's worth the prices. Very good service. Nothing to complain about, we recommend this address!!

04/09/2024: Ahórrate las molestias y ve a la pizzería Stone. Esperamos a las 5: 55 pm en sus sillas exteriores , FUERA de la zona de restaurantes y el servidor nos pidió que nos fuéramos porque aún no estaban abiertas ( a las 6 : 00 ) . Nos mudamos. El camarero caminó alrededor de la cubierta de vapeo y nunca nos invitó a volver en 5 minutos después. Entramos. Esperamos a nuestros 2 amigos y dijimos que pediríamos ya que llegarían un poco tarde. Dijo que no, que estábamos listos para ordenar. De nuevo - dijo que teníamos que esperar a que llegaran. Él era tan grosero y todavía no podemos creer que esto haya pasado. No hay jabón en el baño y solo un trapo para secarse las manos. Salimos solo para encontrarlo vapeando en el patio delantero. Tuvimos una gran pizza a 5 minutos.
