14/09/2026: Never disappointed after several visits! We sincerely enjoy tasting the dishes the chef has selected. It allows us to discover flavors we wouldn't have dared try otherwise! A very pretty setting, impeccable and attentive service. A beautiful establishment, the kind we wish would last forever. Portions are appropriately sized in the larger menu so you don't leave the restaurant with indigestion.

22/08/2026: Another visit to this friendly bistro-restaurant where the chef knows how to prepare veal very well. Last year I had a T-bone steak, and this time a classic veal chop delighted me. Perfectly cooked, tender meat, mini chanterelles, and excellent sautéed potatoes on the side. Relaxed atmosphere. Fair price. See you next year!

20/08/2026: We didn't have the chance to try this restaurant because the waitress kicked us out unceremoniously at 8:30 pm, telling us "we're not serving anymore." She turned her back on us and left – unheard of!

03/07/2026: Today's hake fillet was so tough it was impossible to cut the fish. Inedible. The caramel cream had no flavor. A low-quality meal. It felt like eating in a school cafeteria. Avoid it.

07/03/2026: Reblochon burger, nothing special. A bit dry. The waitress was friendly, but the owner wouldn't let me take my Perrier home as soon as I started drinking it because the bottle was returnable. That's petty considering the deposit, especially since I'd already paid for the Perrier at the price I was charged. SO THANKS TO THE WAITRESS FOR THE PLASTIC CUP.

06/03/2026: A place to grab a bite to eat on the way to the ski resorts, but the price doesn't justify the quality. The Reblochon burger was nothing special. A large bottle of water cost €7. At that price, I'd rather have Super La Neige. The atmosphere was terrible. I don't recommend it.

09/09/2026: We didn't stay because the outdoor seating was too noisy (music, passing motorcycles and cars). The chairs were uncomfortable and the menu was more like a snack bar. We were very disappointed compared to many years ago when it was much better.

31/08/2026: Strange... We went twice. The first time, we dined inside, and the food was excellent. The tartiflette was superb, and the desserts were just as good. 👌🏻 The second time, a week later, we sat on the terrace. It was a complete change. The tartiflette was bland, just large chunks of potato, with almost no reblochon cheese flavor, and the tiramisu was simply a cloying mass of runny mascarpone with a crunchy base. What a shame.

18/08/2026: Shopkeepers like they used to make: smiling, friendly, and helpful. They'd even come to your rescue on a day of an eclipse with just a smile: admirable! I know where I'll be getting my next pair of glasses, that's for sure. Thanks again.

10/02/2026: The check-in process was lengthy and difficult for many. There was confusion about the deposit. There was no hot water, but they do have a shower, which apparently doesn't work often. The food is decent, the bar closes very early, and if you have to leave your backpack in the garage but sleep on the top floor, this is very annoying.

28/09/2025: The manager is not up to the task, he could drown in a drop of water. Friendly and efficient staff, very decent meal.

13/09/2026: The pool is very pleasant: it's clean, with a large pool and two smaller pools for children. The only negative point concerns my experience with a lifeguard whose attitude I found aggressive. It was my first visit to Aquazena, and, having lost track of time, he came to tell me at 6:15 p.m. that I had to leave and that the changing rooms weren't a "beauty salon." I immediately agreed to stop drying my hair and head for the exit while my hair was still wet. Despite this, he continued to reprimand me, repeating that I was past closing time and that it was unacceptable. I remained calm and respectful throughout, simply telling him that I understood, that I was heading for the exit, and that I wanted to end the conversation. He ignored my request and continued by explaining that he worked on Sundays and wanted to go home. I can understand this constraint, but I find it unacceptable for a staff member to address a customer in this manner in their workplace. I think it would be beneficial to make an announcement a few minutes before closing to inform visitors, and that staff would benefit from communicating more courteously.

04/09/2026: The pool area is perfect, but there are two drawbacks: the clock needs to be larger because the current one is far too small and not visible; and the shelves need to be put back in the men's showers. For at least two years, it's been impossible to put down towels, shampoo, or glasses—unacceptable. What was good was removed for no apparent reason.
