25/03/2026: Really friendly and welcoming, very clean and comfortable rooms.

24/03/2026: The hotel’s location is very good, we could go everywhere in the village on foot. The service is very good. A special mention to Lea, who was very helpful and kind from the very beginning. The breakfast was good.

13/08/2026: A particularly pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, fantastic staff, and superb, quickly served food. Everything you could ask for in a good establishment. I will definitely be back with my girlfriend/boyfriend.

08/08/2026: The place itself is nice in terms of location and general pricing, but you can get very unlucky. We came during happy hour and asked, “so, what’s on happy hour?” — got a response different from what’s written on the menu, and ordered according to that. But, later, when we were paying, we discovered it’s exactly what was written on the menu, and the manager and waiter refused to give us the happy hour price, which was very rude (since, again, we went from what the waiter told us). Very frustrating and unpleasant.

04/08/2026: Attracted to this place today (Tuesday 11:50 h) as the cake looked great. Cafe was not really full and we sat waiting for service and for dirty cups to be cleared. In the next quarter hour another 3 tables were occupied. The apparently incompetent young man gave menues to and took orders from the 3 parties who arrived later than us and he completely ignored us and walked away (again). We were not prepared to accept such bad service and left.

28/07/2026: There was a bit of a wait before being served, but the meal was good and plentiful. A little smile would have made the experience perfect.

28/05/2026: The staff were very friendly. The room was perfectly fine, clean, and quite spacious. The breakfast was varied and very good. It's a shame that despite our reservation, we couldn't use the pool because people didn't respect their reservation time. Also, the spa was closed.

10/02/2026: The check-in process was lengthy and difficult for many. There was confusion about the deposit. There was no hot water, but they do have a shower, which apparently doesn't work often. The food is decent, the bar closes very early, and if you have to leave your backpack in the garage but sleep on the top floor, this is very annoying.

28/09/2025: The manager is not up to the task, he could drown in a drop of water. Friendly and efficient staff, very decent meal.

04/07/2026: Dear Ms. Sylvie, if I remember correctly, we let you charge your phone precisely because of your breakdown, even though our restaurant was closed. We waited for your phone to charge before leaving. As for International Driver, we are not public restrooms; they are reserved for our customers, whether they consume alcohol or not. You could have had a coffee and accessed our restrooms.

24/07/2026: Go without hesitation! A friendly and warm welcome despite the crowds. We had the daily special, the "English platter"... exceptional! Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was on the plate! Fresh ingredients. It's well worth the trip. It's not a tourist trap! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

06/08/2026: A very warm welcome and a delicious meal. The foie gras with genepi was superb. Excellent!

05/08/2026: We wanted to have lunch. The service was just strange. My partner ordered a pizza and I wanted a salad. We were told that a salad wasn't enough to be considered a main course for one person and that we both had to order a main course. After asking again, we concluded that a salad for one person was indeed a main course, but unfortunately not for the restaurant. So we left.

31/05/2026: we came for dinner, an excellent meal worthy of the 2 michelin stars, location and surroundings were so picturesque and the menu was truly unique. we enjoyed the experience very much

22/03/2026: Very happy with this restaurant. The Savoyard fondue is amazing! The portions are generous. The service is quick and the staff is very attentive. The waitresses are cheerful and excellent. We just would have appreciated it if the salad had been included with the fondue... Thank you for this meal.

24/07/2026: The restaurant at the bottom of the Flaine ski resort is very pleasant. I highly recommend trying the chocolate fondant, which is absolutely delicious.

16/07/2026: I stopped to politely ask to have my water bottle refilled. My request was refused, which I found regrettable, especially given the heat and the fact that I was hiking. Everyone is free to have their own policy, but this experience left me with a rather unwelcoming impression.

15/08/2026: Yet another restaurant in Avoriaz that seems to prioritize its location above all else… The food is decent, nothing more. However, the real problem is clearly the service. The wait time is unbelievably long, first to place your order, then to be served. And it quickly becomes clear why: the servers, already too few in number for the number of tables, also have to manage takeout orders simultaneously. If you're trying to increase the number of orders and covers, the service needs to be able to keep up… which is clearly not the case. Unfortunately, after trying several restaurants in Avoriaz, this seems to be becoming a trend: prime locations, prices commensurate with the resort, but a level of service that doesn't match.

15/08/2026: A good experience overall, with some good points and some not-so-good ones. Shortly before noon, after reading the very tempting menu, we asked if it was possible to reserve an inside table for three for that same evening (we didn't want to eat on the terrace because of the wind and the unpredictable weather). The owner told us they didn't take reservations and that we had to arrive at 7 pm (even though a sign outside the restaurant indicated the opposite). We arrived at 7 pm, saying we wanted to eat inside, and the owner asked us if we had a reservation (?). She then explained that the tables inside were ONLY for people wanting to order fondue... This information had been omitted that morning... what a shame... we sat inside anyway because of the weather and were therefore "forced" to order fondue. We tried the truffle fondue, which was delicious and very fragrant, unlike the tuna ceviche, which was bland and lacked seasoning. The service was slow, but the waiter did his best and was very friendly. The rock music playing was great. Nice decor. For future visits, remember to ask for clarification on the restaurant's exact procedures so you don't end up eating a fondue meant for at least two people simply because you want to eat inside.

23/07/2026: The food and service were excellent, however, the atmosphere, due to the owner, really leaves much to be desired! The owner is arrogant and disrespectful towards his employees. I arrived to pay, and the owner yelled at me – truly unpleasant! My best wishes to the team.
