04/01/2026: A lovely spot nestled in an artsy courtyard, a bohemian yet decidedly bourgeois wine cellar, and delicious food. A delightful evening at reasonable prices in a unique setting.
02/11/2025: It's definitely number 9; you can't miss the porch with its large wooden door, but you have to look up to see the rather discreet sign. Inside, you'll find a patio with a monumental stone table, numerous potted trees—lemon, orange, jasmine—and a room where jazz concerts are held if you happen to be there on the right day. An oasis of greenery in the heart of Nîmes, it's a restaurant, bar, and live music venue all rolled into one... it all depends on your luck and your mood.

The prices remain reasonable (set menus at €20 and €22). We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

25/02/2026: I recommend this restaurant, "Le Bouzouki." We arrived late for Valentine's Day and were greeted by the owner, who initially explained that they were unfortunately no longer serving due to the time. My partner spoke to her in Greek, and she must have been touched, but she kindly accepted us anyway. We had a very good meal.
Thank you again to this lady and the staff for their warm welcome and kindness 🙏

04/01/2026: We visited in winter, when it was 0°C outside. It was very cozy inside with the fireplace, and the decor is truly authentic. A three-course menu was offered for a very reasonable price, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!
Not touristy, friendly service only in French. Google Maps directs you to a locked gate next to the restaurant; the entrance is 50 meters back, hidden among the reeds. Luckily, the phone number on Google Maps was correct when we asked for help.
