08/12/2025: A belated review but one that I wanted to make after having an amazing family meal here in the summer. Starting with the food and wine, it is a simple concept but executed extremely well. Everything - the pate, steak, frites - was superb and relatively good value. The red wine (they measure how many quarts you've had and charge you at the end of the meal) was also excellent. Great atmosphere and friendly staff who indulged our poor attempts at French and all spoke English anyway. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good restaurent concept that is executed extremely well.

17/04/2026: Nina deserves a raise and paid vacation! I've very rarely seen someone taking care of us without showing how busy they are. Her attention to every detail, right down to finding a candle for my mother-in-law's birthday! She's simply the best waitress!

21/04/2026: Perhaps just an off day, or is this just how it is? The service was far too slow... after an hour and 15 minutes, we finally managed to eat six gratinated oysters with way too much cheese on top! A €40 meal for six gratinated oysters, a grilled sea bass, and a tarte tatin... That's outrageous value for money for food that was far from exceptional! It's no wonder the industry is struggling. We've had better lunches in Bouzigues at other restaurants.

17/09/2025: Ouch, at first glance the restaurant is well-kept and has a nice atmosphere, but the staff and management are terrible. The food is terrible, and they wanted to charge us an extra dessert. No, never again, and above all, run away.

14/04/2026: Amazing restaurent, the food was one of the best I ever ate, from the starter to the desert. Even the kids menu was a delicious homemade cordon bleu with gratin daufinois. And the prices are more then Ok. If you are in the areas it is definetly worth the detour. I'll go there again, as soon as I can.

05/04/2026: A wonderful Easter family meal featuring delicate flavors. I consider this restaurant a gourmet establishment; we certainly didn't leave hungry. Thanks again for the free shot, and the tapas are just like in Spain at great prices! Real Spain 🇪🇸 as we love it! The red sangria is a must-try, as are the fried chorizos! Gracias le tapas!!!

28/03/2026: I was surprised by the praise for the food, which I found quite average. The razor clams tasted good but were poorly cleaned; I got sand in my teeth, which was extremely unpleasant. The octopus salad was very strange; I can't quite describe the problem, but let's just say it was as much the texture (soft, but not in a good way) as the bland taste... perhaps the ingredients were just quite old (though I didn't get indigestion). The staff were friendly, and the cocktail was good, but I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

03/04/2026: Daily specials made with very fresh ingredients. The salads are excellent. We also take the opportunity to buy our coffee, which is always very good! We'll gladly come back.

26/04/2026: Easy parking, easy wheelchair access. The charcuterie board is very good, the marinated lamb is incredible. Best enjoyed on a sunny day with the terrace overlooking the canal. I wasn't a fan of the floating island dessert and witnessing the bartender being reprimanded by his manager was an awkward situation that I didn't appreciate.

24/04/2026: If you want to enjoy authentic French cuisine on the Canal du Midi, with super friendly service in a fresh, modern atmosphere, then this is the place for you. We had a fantastic evening!

28/10/2025: Purchase made in store in Montpellier on 04/10. Out of 5 Scuro capsules, 3 are unreadable by my machine. The QR code is not recognized by my machine. This isn't the first time this has happened. Considering the price of the capsules and Nespresso's image, this is disappointing. I threw away 3 unusable capsules.
