15/05/2026: The SPRAT sardines served as an appetizer are imported. A shame, considering the other local products the restaurant highlights. We were served a small portion of far breton (a Breton flan) for two slices, which included two prunes each. The oysters were excellent, no complaints.

The food was delicious, refined, and enjoyed by all our guests. The service was impeccable: professional, discreet, attentive, and always with a smile. The entire team contributed greatly to the success of this magnificent day. Some of our guests also stayed at the hotel, and all were delighted with their experience. They particularly appreciated the warm welcome, the comfortable rooms, and the kindness of Stéphane and Marie, the owners, who were remarkably kind and helpful. We experienced a magical moment, as if time stood still, surrounded by our loved ones in a beautiful setting. A huge thank you to the entire team at La Gibecière for making this baptism an unforgettable memory. We recommend this establishment without hesitation to anyone wishing to organize an exceptional event.

21/06/2026: We came this weekend. It was perfect. The waiters and waitresses were impeccable. Always smiling, despite the very high temperatures. The managers were very friendly too! The meal and breakfast were perfect. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.

Perfectly paired wines, exceptionally well-prepared dishes (I could have eaten my lamb with a spoon, it practically melted in my mouth), creative ingredients from local kitchens. Here you feel right at home – enjoy yourself and feel completely at ease.

10/10/2026: The lamb was tender and flavorful, the polenta creamy but not greasy. A real treat. Right down to the dessert of roasted figs. Can't wait to come back.

16/09/2026: Delicious dishes and delightful aromas filled the plates, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service was quick, perhaps even a little too quick (appetizers served at the same time as desserts, wine not refilled during the main course, and a lack of bread). A good place to recommend.

24/05/2026: Very fragrant Moroccan salads. The preserved lemon tagine had an excellent sauce. The chicken was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Top-notch. The tea was like the comforting Moroccan teas, but they would add the teapot service for the charm of pouring the tea from above into a small glass. I don't recommend the desserts. They're too expensive and didn't seem homemade. Besides, the main course is quite substantial. Ask for the bread, served warm, to fully enjoy the sauce. 😁

This is a place that truly deserves to be known, both for the quality of its cuisine and for the overall experience. A huge thank you to the staff, who greatly contributed to making this such a pleasant moment (Marie and her colleague who comes from Saint-Brieuc!). Their warm welcome and attentiveness make all the difference and leave you wanting to return. As for the food, it was a real gem! Refined flavors, carefully crafted combinations, a real thought process behind the dishes, and above all, beautiful Breton products showcased to their best advantage. You can feel the commitment to offering cuisine with flavor, character, and a true identity. Special mention for the butter, which was excellent! And what about the value for money? Generous portions, generous servings, truly high-quality ingredients, and culinary skill that fully justify the price. We had a wonderful time, we discovered new things, we savored every bite, and we left with the feeling of having had an experience that was truly worthwhile. As someone who appreciates the restaurant industry, I'm always delighted to discover establishments that combine such expertise, generosity, quality ingredients, and exceptional service.
