20/09/2024: The food is very good but the waiting time was long (more than two and a half hours) of course there were people on the other hand you just have to point it out upon arrival and therefore the customer has the choice to wait or leave. The waitress was not pleasant and our dessert plates were a little "tossed" on the table. In summary, not a very commercial restaurant but good cooks.

15/09/2024: The duck breast tataki was a great discovery. The perfect egg accompanied by sea bream ceviche and guacamole was excellent. It was a great time spent with family and friends. Keep it up. We will return with great pleasure to your establishment.

Cuisine prétentieuse, et inutilement sophistiquée pour l’entrée et le plat, qualité gustative très moyenne. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Didier

23/09/2024: Nos alojamos como huéspedes en el hotel y disfrutamos de la cena más deliciosa y vino. Llevo viniendo aquí desde 1980 , siempre me encantó y es aún mejor ahora que el hotel ha sido renovado. El personal es excepcionalmente agradable y servicial. Muy recomendable.

30/08/2024: Very pleasant welcome, very informative course. Really nice and patient teacher. On the other hand, 11 for a sushi workshop, no personal work plan, we move around 2 stainless steel tables, half discussing and royally ignoring the instructions. When it's time to bring back your sushi, everything is mixed and you leave with the work of others, not necessarily the best works of art. My wife only eats vegetarians, I prepared some for her, proud of myself, and I couldn't bring her back, that sucks!! Experience to repeat but in private lesson.

26/08/2024: We had bubble tea with a friend, the person had to put 2 ice cubes fighting a duel in the cup. The basis of the cold bubble in summer are ice cubes. We went back to see him to ask him where the ice cubes were, the waiter told us that we had to say it from the start if we wanted a lot of ice cubes. I'm sorry but you need a basic minimum of ice cubes. And he dares to say well since I'm nice I'll tell you 2 ice cubes. Pay €6.90 to ask for ice cubes, i.e. water. I was disappointed, I prefer to go to Place Plum where there is the logical dose of ice cubes in a bubble tea. Drinking a bubble tea with 2 ice cubes the taste is no longer the same and again in August when it is hot. I came to refresh myself...

26/09/2024: La meilleure cuisine vietnamien que vous pouvez trouver en France ! Un vrai petit restaurant familial comme on aime, sans prétention et dans lequel le chef (le filston) œuvre dans la plus grande tradition culinaire de son pays. Tout est dit ! Venez goûter la meilleure soupe pho de tout les temps!!! Un rouleau de printemps à tomber par terre ou encore des bouchers vapeurs 3 étoiles… Tout est fou !!! Bon voyage à vous ! Ben Conan.

17/09/2024: Excellent. Rarement autant apprécié un restaurant Vietnamien / Thaïlandais ! La cuisine est à la fois très soignée et simple, sans fausse prétention. Les portions sont généreuses pour un prix très convenable. Superbe expérience !
