13/04/2026: Lovely hotel with a pleasant room. Breakfast served in a pleasant setting with a good selection. The spa has a pool, sauna, and hammam, but it wasn't as relaxing as I'd hoped (it was very crowded and noisy, and the pool water was a bit too cold for long stays).

13/04/2026: We had an excellent stay at Château Belmont; the quality of the services offered is exceptional, the wellness area offers a real moment of relaxation, and the restaurant offers dishes that are all more delicious than the next.

For wellness, I tried the massages: an ultra-relaxing experience that I highly recommend. To complete the experience, the restaurant is magnificent and offers exquisite cuisine. An enchanting interlude that I wholeheartedly recommend!

19/03/2026: Located in the heart of the village of Cormery, this little restaurant is charming. Tastefully decorated, I really enjoyed it. As for the food, I found the menu simple but effective. The waitresses are discreet and efficient! It was my first time at this place, and at first glance, I found the price a bit high for tagliatelle. But the quality and quantity are definitely there! The dish was more than enough to satisfy me! The ingredients are fresh and of good quality! My friend was delighted with his beef tartare; it was fresh, flavorful, and he also appreciated the fact that he could add whatever he wanted to it (a small side plate of garnishes). Homemade fries, fresh salad—nothing to complain about… A restaurant worth discovering, but remember to book! Well done to the team!

26/10/2025: I had a great weekend at this hotel. Charming and spacious room, just what I wanted, small balcony, good breakfast, delicious dinner on site (remember to book), attentive welcome. I will come back with pleasure.

04/04/2026: It must have been the chefs night off! Fancied a curry, and this place looked authentic, and reviews seemed positive. Unfortunately we found it pretty poor on the food side. I ordered a Tikka massala and the wife a Jalfrezi, neither were hot or anything resembling the curries ordered, in fact both looked and tasted like something from a boil in the bag. The entrees were processed and not fresh, (Pakora and Samosa). The only part that was hot and cooked was the rice, which came to us 5 mins after the mains had been served. I'm only visiting Tours so won't go back, and I do hope things improve for them, as the service and attentiveness was good, shame about the food.

12/04/2026: A quick lunch break after visiting Chenonceau Castle, a 4-minute walk away, we ordered two set menus: sandwich, dessert, and drink. Everything was homemade and excellent. It saved us from spending a fortune at the castle for something less good. And as a bonus, they sell local products. We left with some small biscuits and jam. I highly recommend it.
