22/06/2025: A small, unassuming roadside restaurant. Cheap, simple but effective dish. Rather a pleasant surprise for the price. On the other hand, the atmosphere is a bit kitsch. Meh, it's time to freshen up the whole restaurant. That's just one small drawback. But still, I'm pleasantly surprised for the price. €35 for 2, wine and unlimited, as well as the starters.

20/01/2026: THIEVES - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! €4.40 for a takeaway coffee, even though I specifically asked for a lungo. The owner wouldn't listen and justified the price by saying she used two shots. But I didn't ask for a double espresso or two coffees in one or anything like that. It's pure DISHONESTRY!! I should have left immediately and left you there. A disgrace.

22/02/2026: This was my first time here, having read the reviews, but we were very disappointed. The welcome was very good, but the couscous was a bit underwhelming compared to other restaurants I've tried. The price was reasonable. However, the cocktails were expensive and served in small flute glasses, which wasn't very good. The music was completely inappropriate. Playing the "Restos du Cœur" song, in particular, was completely out of place. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

15/03/2026: The waiter was extremely unpleasant. His humor was inappropriate, his attitude disrespectful, and his manner of speaking to customers was incredibly condescending. He made comments as if he owned the place, when he should really start by learning the basics of the job: respecting customers. Frankly, with service like that, I have no desire to return.

11/02/2026: Visiting with friends for the weekend, we really appreciated the welcome, the food, and the restaurant. I ate one of the best warm goat cheese salads of my life. I highly recommend it!

18/03/2026: Hello, the food is a disaster. I was already disappointed with La Fringale because of their fries, which I found really bad, and the pizzas weren't great either. I wanted to go back yesterday for a takeaway kebab with a friend. When we got home, we started eating the fries, and there was no meat in either of the two kebabs (La Fringale must be a world champion in the kitchen!). We had to go back once to get the kebabs, but the meat was still bad. It must be frozen kebab meat that they cook haphazardly because we didn't see a rotisserie in the kitchen. The cashier was very nice, but a bit overwhelmed because I got the impression she had to manage everything there... I won't be going back anytime soon.

26/02/2026: We've been going to the McDonald's in Tours Nord for over 15 years, and the staff is friendly. However, if you want hot food, you have to go after 10:30 PM. The fries are barely cooked. If you ask for hot fries, you get the impression that it's a problem. And for the last three visits, there haven't been any ice cubes in the drinks. The more time passes, the lower the quality becomes. It's a shame.
