Let's not even talk about the quality of the products; it's a disgrace for French gastronomy - what an image for foreigners who come to visit a magnificent place! An excessive price for the quality. There are more than numerous negative comments, but nothing has changed! Is there a manager at this place who is interested in the opinions of their customers?

10/04/2025: My partner and I placed an Uber Eat order for kebabs. Emergency required in 2 minutes we had to cancel the order. How can I tell you that this restaurant did not hesitate to tell Uber that the kebabs were already being prepared in 2 minutes...we had a refund of 10 euros (the service fees) and this thief restaurant obviously kept the 40 euros. Gang of crooks. I don’t hope that one day you have an emergency with a kid to take to the hospital! I will never go back to them, it was a first try, it will be the last!

29/01/2026: We arrived on January 28th at 10 PM with friends, and the app told us "Closing at 11 PM." Nothing foreshadowed the disaster that awaited us. First, a completely lost employee who didn't know what customers' orders were and came over to ask if it was ours. 15 minutes to receive the first two orders, great? COLD burgers, accompanied by leftovers from the fryer, a real mess with no logic whatsoever where we didn't even know if we had ordered fries or wavy fries. Oh, sorry, the fries were cold too. The nuggets were barely lukewarm, probably cooked 20 minutes earlier, and half rubbery. In the end, a disastrous experience. But it didn't end there! Our other two orders were cold but at least they arrived. Gone. 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 25 minutes, 30 minutes! We saw two women arrive long after we had been served. So we complained. SURPRISE! The order had been ready at the "takeout" counter for ages, and no one seemed surprised to see a bag sitting there getting cold without anyone picking it up. It turns out it was a mistake on the part of the staff. We then asked them to reorder because it was completely cold. "The kitchen is closed"... An excuse that might have been believable if we hadn't gone back to the counter 5 minutes later to see them preparing two magnificent, piping hot burgers. What did we get as compensation? A generous second Apple Pie. WOW, THANKS FOR THE BUSINESS SPIRIT! BUT SURPRISE! Once outside and far from McDonald's, we opened this famous Apple Pie, and to our great surprise, it had already been eaten and was missing a piece. In short: delays, cold, no gesture of goodwill, and lazy and extremely unprofessional. RUN AWAY! Special mention to the employee who, upon seeing a spilled tray, thought, "Oh, they'll clean it up tomorrow." Outrageous, and a complete lack of empathy. Avoid this place at all costs. I think eating on your toilet would be more pleasant; at least you'd serve yourself and avoid unnecessary hassles.

29/01/2026: Officially the WORST McDonald's I've ever experienced in my life. So many problems, one after another: - Cold food for our friends, wavy fries mixed with reheated regular fries—absolutely disgusting. - An order placed for takeout when it was for dine-in, which sat on the counter for 35 minutes without anyone batting an eye. - No self-reflection; they blamed us until we showed them the receipt. - The staff were clueless, talking rudely to customers as if we weren't even there. And finally, the WORST part of it all: They "offered" me an apple pie as compensation, which I opened later after leaving because they politely ushered us out before we could finish. Imagine my surprise and disgust when I discovered it had already been eaten! A bite mark, a quarter of the dessert missing, a complete SCANDAL!! This McDonald's is incredibly lucky we didn't film the whole thing and that we didn't receive a complaint for this utterly deplorable act. I'm speechless at such a lack of professionalism, civic-mindedness, respect, and basic manners... You'd be better off driving a few extra kilometers to Burger King.

20/10/2024: Bonsoir, Je suis venu avec mon beau père. Il a pris un demi poulet rôti ( ce qui est bien mis sur le ticket ) au final on lui donne une petite cuisse du poulet.. les frites pâteuse et molle. J’ai pris un plat cuisiné ( crevette Tikka massala), le riz était à peine cuit. Je vous conseille celui de chambray les tours. Bonne soirée.

18/10/2024: The friendliness of the salespeople was as good as the quality of their products, that is to say, chi3r! They told me the formula was €10.50, telling me everything I was entitled to and in the end I found myself paying more because there was actually a supplement. One of the salespeople was so happy to work in this store that she yelled at me while I was choosing the right drink because I crossed an invisible line that "customers are not allowed to cross"...what a horror!

08/12/2024: A hello can be a plus when dealing with customers. Two times at the drive-thru and twice disappointed by the attitude of the team. I advise you not to do a click and collect, NO time saving and what's more, you'll get caught up in the hassle by the person at the checkout.... The advantage is that there are plenty of other McDonald's in Tours and for this one it's never again

05/12/2024: Being a McDonald's customer, following an order in table service, on December 4 in cheek-les-tours, I found myself paying for an order in another McDonald's located at 2lions. I was careful to respect the process. But no favor, refund... I remain very disappointed with this table service. I would advise you to review your QRcodes to avoid any misunderstandings.

16/12/2025: The staff at this Mie Câline are very kind and efficient! The food is typical Mie Câline food, so it's good, but obviously not quite 100% handmade. There's a small indoor seating area and tables outside, but that's not the main purpose of the place. Keep up the good work! 😁

07/12/2025: On Saturday, December 6th, around 6 PM, I went to La Mie Câline on Rue de Bordeaux to buy cookies. A saleswoman (a young brunette with glasses) greeted me, and she immediately addressed me informally. When I ordered, I made a mistake and asked for milk chocolate cookies, and instead of gently correcting me, she became aggressive and condescending. And, I dared to say, "We've never had that, it's never existed here." When it came time to pay, I went to the back (where I usually pay), and she interrupted me, saying, "No, this is where you pay, whoa, ma'am, it's not Saturday night yet." I went back to the front of the shop to pay, paid, and went out onto the terrace to meet a friend. I turned my back on her, and she told me it was disrespectful to turn my back on her while waiting for the payment to go through, as if she hadn't been disrespectful to me throughout my entire order. There is a professional attitude to be had which was not at all present despite the quality of your products the reception I received makes me not want to come back to consume at La Mie Câline and I will not fail to talk about this event to my friends and family I hope that my opinion will be heard by management.

21/10/2025: I'm not one to give negative feedback, but sometimes you have to force yourself to do so in order to reassess yourself. As a non-smoker, I stopped to help out and was accused of having consumed something else in addition to a pack of cigarettes because the waitress didn't understand the principle of being multi-skilled and charged me an extra fee. FYI, before insulting your customers, invest in in-house training because I myself retrieved my receipt from the EFT and printed yours without any verification on your part. It makes you wonder if the extra charge wasn't a payment oversight. I should point out that after this insinuation, I went there to resolve this matter (a round trip I would have preferred to have done without). No apology, the waitress handed me €5 with a "it's fine." To err is human, but this is clearly a joke (I have no other words for it) because no, it's not good; when you're in the wrong, you have the decency to admit it and apologize; it's a matter of manners. This review won't change your business, but it might help you improve the professionalism of your staff, who are lacking in certain areas. I remind you that, not being a smoker, I don't know the price of cigarettes off by heart. However, one thing is certain: for newspapers or other types of consumption, the competition will prevail, with regret, because the owner is a welcoming person, as are the women who usually work directly in the newspaper area.

24/09/2025: We were there for two days, consumed the same amount, and on the second day, he charged us whatever he wanted, seeing as we were just passing through. I wouldn't go there again.

29/08/2024: We arrived early (before 7:30 p.m.) and the floor was sticky throughout the restaurant!!! But really sticky! Then dirty toilets, in one of them there was vomit and an unflushed toilet, in the other no paper... And the soap with a pump that everyone touches! Hygiene is non-negotiable in a restaurant! Then, when you go to this kind of place you obviously don't expect gourmet food but if you're not a huge eater/glutton it's very expensive and the value for money is absolutely not valid.

29/09/2024: BAKERY TO ESCAPE! Endless wait every time! 2 sellers serving 40 people waiting like sheep, in an endless queue! Permanently understaffed! No more quick checkout for bread! Service that leaves something to be desired....an outdated manager! Ashamed ! You should review and rethink your organization and perhaps recruit....Please note before writing this message...I have had the experience each time...And this is one time too many! Little tip, a Nardeu bakery just opposite sells good bread and it's quick!

28/09/2024: If you go to the toilet at Feuillette, go there after eating otherwise you will eat with much less appetite, I'm kind, I won't post a photo for you to see and enjoy your meal.
