16/04/2026: Passing through Tours, I stumbled upon this place and was able to have lunch at 3 pm!
Without a reservation, I was able to get a table and a solution for lunch.
No complaints whatsoever, except that the staff is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to customers.
Served very quickly, the meal was good quality and reasonably priced.
Need a quick lunch or a drink? This is a great spot!

21/03/2026: The Clair Cottage offers a beautiful location and good service, including breakfast and a restaurant. The manager is welcoming and friendly. We took the small room for one night, which was very suitable for the price. Perhaps a touch of freshening up wouldn't hurt, as well as a small booklet in the rooms or a sign with the Wi-Fi code, but we were satisfied!

A slice of nature in the heart of the city, what a blast!
Local produce is a priority, very friendly service, a maximum 5-minute wait during rush hour—a true El Dorado in Tours!
Open-air cinema, children's games, an area protected by the LPO (Lands Protection Agency), a little piece of paradise for the senses!
I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

22/02/2026: This was my first time here, having read the reviews, but we were very disappointed. The welcome was very good, but the couscous was a bit underwhelming compared to other restaurants I've tried. The price was reasonable. However, the cocktails were expensive and served in small flute glasses, which wasn't very good. The music was completely inappropriate. Playing the "Restos du Cœur" song, in particular, was completely out of place. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

03/04/2026: I really like this place in the evening, and now they also serve hot dishes in addition to their legendary build-your-own salads! I chose a large porcini and boletus mushroom soup and Bombay chicken as my main course, and it was fantastic!

The dishes were excellent, generous, and beautifully presented. Italian food just the way we like it. You might even have the chance to hear the owner sing in Italian.
11/04/2026: We loved Amoremio last year and were delighted to return. The welcome is still just as warm, the staff is very friendly, attentive, and caring. The prices are still very reasonable compared to other establishments, and the portions are quite generous. However, we felt that the quality or preparation of the dishes had declined slightly compared to our previous visit, and we didn't enjoy it quite as much this time. We hope to find the same quality as during our first experience.

At this time of year, there's no reception before 5 PM.
The welcome was lukewarm but adequate.
The room was clean and quiet; not luxurious, but satisfactory.
Good dinner with fresh, locally sourced ingredients... around €35-40 per person.
Breakfast was fairly substantial and basic.
The hotel is well located in the city center. Free parking on site.
