18/03/2026: This McDonald's is not pleasant at all; it's very dirty. The carts are full and disgusting, and the floor is sticky. The self-service kiosks aren't cleaned, and don't even get me started on the restrooms. The staff drops Nuggets and puts them back in the meals. I definitely don't recommend it.

30/01/2026: Hello, I wanted to share my experience. I found several white dog hairs in my food, so upon closer inspection, there are hairs pretty much everywhere in the restaurant. I think, and this is just my opinion, that you have a dog, or even several dogs, roaming around the restaurant. For hygiene reasons, an inspector should come and check it out. 25/01/2026: An all-you-can-eat restaurant with unbeatable quality, quantity, and price. The dishes are varied and generally of good quality (understandable, of course, given the all-you-can-eat nature of the service). Ideal for a weekday lunch!

27/12/2025: We only tried the hotel restaurant and it was a very good experience with excellent value for money. The menu is simple, with a choice of two starters, two main courses, and two desserts. The food is unpretentious, served quickly and with a smile.

04/01/2026: Disappointing: the quality of the pizzas isn't the same anymore. And to top it off, I bought two large pizzas, and one was smaller than the other. So, double profit for the owner. Since there are plenty of pizza places in Montlouis, if we only ate there, we'll now be going somewhere else.

21/03/2026: We came on a Saturday morning for a drink on the terrace. The waiter was extremely unpleasant, telling another table he'd arrive when it was their turn. We ordered, and he rudely told me he wasn't sure if he had the cocktail. In the end, he told us we'd be served for a long time and there would be a wait, again in a very unpleasant manner. We finally left because we didn't want to support a bar with such unfriendly staff.

12/03/2026: A country bar and restaurant just the way we like them. It's clean, the food is good, the prices are reasonable, nothing to complain about.

12/03/2026: It was advertised as closing at 6:30 PM, but when I arrived at 6:10 PM everything was already closed – it's shameful! Perhaps they should consider changing the hours if they have; it would prevent people from making a wasted trip, especially with newborns. I gave one star everywhere out of obligation; otherwise, I wouldn't have given anything.

28/02/2026: So where to begin??? First, an endless wait of about 25 minutes, only to have to go to the counter ourselves to find out about our order: order forgotten. Second, the service was slow, then they forgot the cold fries, and then I went to the restroom and saw that it was filthy, so I asked for it to be cleaned. It was done, but very quickly (they might as well not have bothered). All this just to say I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's. SHAME ON YOU!!

27/02/2026: Very disappointed… Considering the price of the fries, it's frankly outrageous to serve a half-empty box like in the photo. We're paying more and more, and each time the quantity gets smaller. This time, the portion doesn't even fill half the box. It's really frustrating to open your order and see so few fries for this price. At this price, you expect at least a decent, full portion. Clearly, it's not good value for money.

17/02/2026: While passing through Tours, I stumbled upon this brasserie located not far from the train station. The staff was welcoming, the service quick, and the Touraine salad was good and generous. A great find in every way.

22/10/2025: Hotel in an old house steeped in history. Comfortable bed and old-fashioned bathroom. Great breakfast, secure parking and dogs welcome. Average quality/price ratio.

10/11/2025: Very disappointing for a Campanile hotel. I booked a "Next Generation" room with a large double bed, as shown in the photos. Upon arrival, I was given an old, poorly maintained room with stained carpet and two single beds. Nothing like what was advertised, especially for such a high price. The room had no heating, the soundproofing was poor, and it overlooked a rather noisy parking lot. Another very disappointing point: the room wasn't cleaned during my three-night stay. I was told I had to request it at reception, which is unacceptable, especially without any prior notice. The sign supposedly indicating "Do Not Disturb" or "Please Clean the Room" was actually a rental car box, proof that the rooms aren't properly inspected. Finally, there was no tea or coffee, not even instant, and only one cardboard cup for three nights. For a hotel costing over €70 a night, this is clearly insufficient. At that price point, a Formula 1 hotel across the street would probably offer equivalent, or even better, service for half the price.

14/02/2026: Every time we come to this drive-thru, I don't understand why we always have to wait more than 15 minutes for our order, and it's always the same thing... Whereas at other McDonald's, it's not the case... A drive-thru should be fast, or at least it should be!
