25/09/2025: A disaster! The restaurant has been under new ownership since August. A buffet of industrially processed cold cuts and salads swimming in mayonnaise. Dry, tasteless dishes poorly prepared with canned ingredients. Supermarket desserts. It's rubbish for soldiers in the field. All in a particularly gloomy atmosphere. Avoid!

24/09/2025: New owner = Uninteresting restaurant, no welcome, no menu, no atmosphere, and having to ask for more bread. Lousy meal, probably reheated from the day before. I'm very disappointed and won't be back. Too expensive for what it is, with a menu at €18/person.

22/12/2025: Excellent bakery, offering both sweet and savory treats, as well as hot and cold drinks. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and attentiveness to their customers 👌 The Grainé chicken sandwich and the Chaud sausage are truly delicious, a must-try 😋 I highly recommend this place ❤️

24/11/2025: Hygiene is unfortunately lacking. The table wasn't cleaned, and the toilet was very dusty. (The ventilation vent was completely blocked by accumulated dust.) It's a shame and unacceptable when you sell food.

09/12/2024: Really disgusting chai latte that consisted only of hot powdered milk. All this for 4€10. I absolutely do not recommend it, it's a waste of money. However, I can highly recommend their hot chocolate which is very, very good (even if slightly too sweet if I can nitpick a little on the details) and their pastries too!

30/11/2025: Terrible service. Order placed, account debited, and order disappeared. After several complaints, they told us to pay again and place the order again. Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs! Double-check your accounts and orders (the employer hangs up on you).

10/07/2025: Very disappointed with this McDonald's. Forgetting orders is unfortunately very common, and the waiting time is endless, even when there are not many people. But what shocks me the most is the manager's attitude: when we call to report an oversight, we are treated like liars and were told "my colleague is sure of himself." What a shame! Knowing that I had just come back because a happy meal had just been forgotten! Do you really think that's all I have to do? Waste time calling, eat cold food, just for two happy meal desserts that I wanted to cheat?! What nonsense! Having worked in a McDonald's myself, I know how essential it is to respect customers, to recognize your mistakes and to apologize. Here, we are far from the minimum service. It's a shame that you're the only one in Amboise, because this lack of professionalism really doesn't make me want to come back. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but here we're really making fun of the customers! A real rethink is needed.

14/12/2025: Lunch with friends, the food was delicious as usual... Problems were surely due to the renovations, the welcome and service were mediocre... We were looking for a waiter to bring the wine, to pay??? ... And another major disappointment!... The aperitif was awful!... A small container of (not very good) chips for 5 people???... What happened?

12/09/2025: Dinner on 12/9/2025 It was already 8:30 PM, but the restaurant was packed. The appetizer was fish tartar (delicious), the main course was mashed potato and pork (very salty), and the dessert was lemon mousse (delicious). Because it was packed, the food was served very slowly.

I really felt like I was annoying the waiter by asking him what was on the menu without alcohol. Prices are rather high for the quality of what we eat, we are clearly paying for the setting which is pleasant. Waiting time suuuper long after ordering! I do not recommend at all... :c

21/10/2024: Congratulations to Feuillette for the gift given for our anniversary. It’s a very nice commercial gesture. Accustomed to Feuillette St Cyr sur Loire, I was at Feuillette Tours Nord for the second time... The welcome there was much more pleasant than 5 months ago, and that is a positive point. On the other hand, the individual caramelized flaky brioches underneath are clearly less good and much drier than in the other pastry shop... too bad... I thought the recipes were identical in all your stores...??
