18/02/2026: We went to a restaurant for a weeknight dinner with friends. The buffet was well-stocked, I enjoyed the variety of dishes, and the friendly service from the waiters was great. The restaurant was quite full, but everything went smoothly. It was perhaps a little noisy, but we were still able to chat comfortably.

17/02/2026: Absolutely not satisfied!!!! I wanted to share my recent experience (February 2026) at the L’Indochine restaurant. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The service was truly inadequate: the manager was cold and unwelcoming, giving the impression that customers were a nuisance rather than welcome. The atmosphere was nonexistent. We waited almost 30 minutes for a simple bottle of water. Furthermore, since the buffet was on the ground floor, we were seated upstairs, which required us to make numerous inconvenient trips back and forth. As for the food, the quality was lacking. The dishes seemed reheated: the noodles were overcooked and mushy, and even the fish had become an unappetizing mush. Yet, we have been going to this restaurant for over seven years without ever complaining. But this time, the experience was disastrous. Long ago, the manager was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail for the comfort of the customers. Today, the service no longer reflects this spirit at all, and the waitress seems to have no understanding of the restaurant business or customer relations.

26/02/2026: The welcome was very good and charming (very charming 😉). Only 4 stars for the food because, while the cocktails and dishes were very good, my truffle spaghetti was overcooked and not at all al dente as it should be. This is almost a deal-breaker for an Italian restaurant. I didn't dare mention it because of the waitress's kindness.

14/03/2026: I've been a regular at this café my whole life. I love the atmosphere and the food. However, on weekends, one waitress is always extremely unpleasant and ruins the atmosphere. If I understand correctly, that's the only reason for your negative review. I therefore advise you to avoid this place on weekends because of her. Thank you.

20/10/2025: The most beautiful spot among the Tours open-air cafés! A slice of nature in the heart of the city, what a blast! Local produce is a priority, very friendly service, a maximum 5-minute wait during rush hour—a true El Dorado in Tours! Open-air cinema, children's games, an area protected by the LPO (Lands Protection Agency), a little piece of paradise for the senses! I highly recommend it!

17/01/2026: Disappointment!! It used to be perfect, but this is the second time in six months I've been disappointed. The waitress was very rushed; I ordered a burger with bacon and onions inside… the burger arrived without bacon and onions. I explained this to her, she sent it back to the kitchen, and then came back explaining that they were out of bacon… She brought my burger back with cold fries… no apologies and no gesture of goodwill. I didn't even finish my fries.

05/03/2026: We only stopped for a couple of drinks and our review is based on that. Nice place to sit and watch the world go by. We ordered a Rose and beer, and the service was friendly and efficient. We liked the environment so we ordered another round. We would stop here again.

22/12/2025: We ordered a carafe of red wine straight from the fridge, which was far too cold. The main course wasn't hot enough. The profiteroles were not worthy of a pastry shop.
