27/02/2026: Average service, the beer at €4.60 is very expensive, we're not in Tours Place Plumereau, I won't be back. Indeed, the beer is €4.50 because I paid €5 and they only gave me 50 cents, expensive for a beer.

11/02/2026: 19 euros for 12 thin slices of cucumber, 2 heaping tablespoons of shepherd's pie with 3 lettuce leaves and a slice of Charlotte biscuit. Really very expensive, nothing like the previous owners who offered decent portions and cheese for less. The new waitress has a nice, professional smile but is unpleasant if you tell her what you think and makes it clear you should go somewhere else if you're not happy.

12/04/2026: The inn has a real charm, but its age makes it more like a 2-star establishment. It was a disappointment compared to the photos and online description; it's located close to the road, but the garden at the back is a real plus! This inn offers simple cuisine and a good breakfast.

23/03/2026: I highly recommend this brasserie. The owners are wonderful and attentive people, and their waitress and cooks are perfect too. We thoroughly enjoyed their aperitif, starter, main course, and dessert ☺️ We booked the entire restaurant for an evening dedicated to International Women's Day. 05/06/2026: I recently dined at Château de Beaulieu, eager to discover the restaurant's atmosphere, its cuisine, and to enjoy the setting, which is indeed very pleasant. The dishes were sophisticated and beautifully presented, with a real focus on flavor combinations. However, I felt the seasoning sometimes lacked character. I would have appreciated slightly bolder, more vibrant flavors to better showcase the dishes. My main regret, however, concerns the ordering experience. Being a foodie and wanting to explore more of the menu, I asked to order two courses, which was refused. This made me uncomfortable and unfortunately impacted the rest of my meal. My intention wasn't to waste food, but simply to fully enjoy the gastronomic experience offered. So, it's an establishment with a beautiful setting and refined cuisine, but this restriction regarding ordering somewhat marred my experience.

11/06/2026: A fantastic cultural space, with a special mention for the bookseller, who works with joy and passion. The conversations are always rich and engaging; it's a real pleasure to make a detour there. It's lovely to see booksellers like that 😁

08/04/2026: The food is okay, a bit pricey for what it is, but still good even with a wide selection. The problem is that half the self-service kiosks aren't working, and on the ones that do, it's impossible to print a receipt, and on one, you can't pay by card. Fortunately, the staff are responsive and answer requests for receipts. The wait isn't long either.

07/04/2026: Waiting almost an hour for two cold waffles. Many people arrived after us and were served much earlier, and the waitress didn't seem to be in any hurry at all… Go there if you have time to waste and your palate isn't too refined.

06/03/2026: Superb welcome, the team is fantastic, the service impeccable. There's a pool table in the bar, which makes you want to stay even more and come back. Match nights and themed evenings are offered regularly. Go go go… I don't know the hotel section, but I've heard from delighted guests.

31/05/2026: It's very surprising; this restaurant isn't answering the phone. I tried to place an order on Sunday, May 17th, and again today, but no one is answering. There's no information about any closures on their website, whether temporary or otherwise. It's difficult to rely on this restaurant, at least not on Sundays, especially these days.

09/04/2026: A very pleasant surprise at this restaurant. The menu has a small selection of dishes, but everything is homemade and absolutely delicious! Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a try!

04/05/2026: We got a take-away of croissants and viennoiseries for a quick breakfast paired with espresso in our hotel room. The chausson aux pommes was amazing (so flakey, buttery, great apple flavor) so it gets 5⭐️s). The croissant and pain au chocolate were 3⭐️s, because it felt dough-y. Thankful to have a nice boulangerie open early on a Monday! Psst…as a visitor we found it a bargain to buy these for ~6€ total. 😉

25/05/2026: 👍🤩👍🤩 The food was piping hot and delicious: I especially enjoyed the caramel pork. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. And finally, on this sweltering day 🥵 of May 25th, 2026, the air conditioning was a welcome relief 🤗

09/05/2026: Good restaurant, it's true there's much less choice than in large all-you-can-eat buffets, but it's not the same quality. The bobuns and spring rolls are very good, the egg rolls are excellent and not greasy, the soup is a real treat. A wide selection of sushi. A varied choice of hot dishes. We booked online.

04/06/2026: It's very basic but clean. Tiny bathroom and a few funny smells from time to time.Lots of rules, breakfast has to be ordered the day before. There is very little else in the village so you need a car to be able to get around and eat out etc.

03/06/2026: The hotel manager gave me every opportunity to get my breakfast to go.
