19/08/2026: This is the second time I've ordered ice cream from them and it's melted. I go back to the counter to complain (I ask for a non-melted ice cream). The staff I get tell me is, "There's nothing I can do, it's hot." Well, I can't do anything about it either, but I paid for ice cream, not a milkshake. I find this unacceptable.

17/08/2026: The service was appalling. The servers got our orders wrong, mixed up all the trays, and then when the drinks arrived, they fell right near us. Between the mistakes in our order and the cleanliness of the place... it was the worst McDonald's experience so far.

10/07/2026: The saleswoman, wearing a cap (Sasha), had a rather unpleasant tone. It was as if she were being bothered, even though her job was simply to serve customers. I ordered snacks worth almost €30. She responded curtly, pointing out there was a mistake in the order. She didn't offer me a bag, even though I had many items. When I asked for one, she gave me the smallest size. Unable to fit everything in it, I asked if there was a larger one. The answer: no. Logically, she would suggest a second one, but instead, she moved on to something else… so I asked for a second one, which she gave me with disdain. I've shopped at Marie Blachère stores all over France, but this one is unacceptable. Update: I was then taken care of by Malena, who significantly improved the level of service.

29/08/2026: A dreadful experience. You wonder if the staff were recruited from the National Center for Bitterness. The customers are just like the employees—avoid at all costs! The food is undercooked, and you practically get raw ingredients on the table.

03/05/2026: We were definitely treated like tourists: €10 for a long coffee and a 33cl Badoit water with a tiny slice of lemon is a bit much... but the person who took our payment didn't seem surprised... unlike us 😵‍💫

23/07/2026: Appalling. Disrespectful welcome, no consideration for customers, contemptuous attitude. And when you file a complaint with Leclerc, they tell you that the Paddock isn't part of Leclerc, which is a lie. Avoid this place.

22/07/2026: We wanted to eat there as a party of four on Monday, July 13th. The waiter seated us along with others who arrived after us. The waiter took all the orders from tables of two, disregarding the order in which people had arrived. After half an hour, we called him over to take our order, and suddenly the daily special (chicken and fries) was no longer available. So, no Vinci menu, no quick meal, no menu at all... In short, it was 12:30 pm and the daily special was gone. Fantastic! We left without eating at this cafeteria; it was truly unprofessional, just like the waiter. I definitely do not recommend it. 😡

31/08/2026: Horrible!!! The organization is deplorable; they need to review the organization during the 12pm rush because there are clearly not enough staff. A 35-minute wait for fast food is unacceptable!

24/08/2026: Despite a major IT crisis caused by the storm (out-of-service terminals), the team adapted and remained efficient and cheerful, whether in the kitchen, the dining room, or behind the counter.

09/06/2026: The owner is particularly unpleasant and unfriendly. You get the feeling you're intruding when you walk into the bar. It's a shame, because a smile and a little friendliness make all the difference.

09/08/2026: A complete disgrace! I think even our children eat better quality food at the school cafeteria. Disgusting gizzard salad served with rice (?!) Chicken curry without chicken served with rice, defrosted beef bourguignon served with rice. The only thing made in the kitchen is the rice! As for the pizzas… defrosting a frozen Lidl pizza would have been better! Not made on-site and, above all, without warning. A lemon slice? 50 cents extra (and without even telling the customer!) Apart from the view, the location, and the poor waitress, everything is rubbish!

06/08/2026: Don't go there. The food is frozen and EXPENSIVE. They boast about cooking French food, but you have to wonder if they even have a kitchen other than the microwaves they use to "enhance" the dishes. A little oil on a Picard pizza doesn't justify calling it a "restaurant." Do something else with your lunch; the region is beautiful.

06/09/2026: The place is dirty and lacks class and safety standards. People in dirty Converse sneakers mingle with drug addicts and lowlifes... definitely avoid it.

12/08/2026: The worst nightclub in Tours! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The music is awful. The waiters are infuriatingly slow! Not to mention the toilets, which are disgusting! If I could, I'd give it zero stars! There are plenty of better and cheaper nightclubs in Tours, and you'd be very welcome.

14/07/2026: I think it's good, you only pay for the cloakroom if needed. Girls' night out for a birthday. Too hot, too crowded.
