21/09/2026: My god, they take forever! I ordered six nuggets and had to wait over 40 minutes for them. If you're in a rush to get back to work, definitely don't go there.

20/09/2026: I went there one evening with my friends and the tomatoes were missing from my New York wrap. I went to the register to point it out, and the response I got was: "If there aren't any, it's because we're out, ma'am," without any apology. When you close at midnight, it would be good to stock up on the right amount, especially when there's a demonstration in town.

29/08/2026: A must-stop in Tours! A popular local artisanal boulangerie with fresh-baked goods made in-house. We simply had a classic butter croissant, but it was absolutely delicious—flaky, buttery, and so satisfying. Sometimes, simple is best!

19/08/2026: If I'm not mistaken, this is where I had a Caesar salad at lunchtime which ended up in the bin. The salad wasn't fresh, it tasted moldy, and the chicken inside tasted bad. Really disappointed!

25/09/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! We booked for a group of over 50 people and arrived at Flunch to find only 10 starters and 10 desserts left for a busload of over 50 people who were expected! Three-quarters of the main courses were missing, so we didn't really have a choice. I strongly advise against stopping here with a group; it's appalling! They need to seriously reconsider their approach because, following our dissatisfaction, we contacted the manager, but according to him, everything is fine!

03/04/2026: The bao (3€ and some change) had very little meat. The spring rolls weren't bad, but nothing special. The shrimp, where only the tops were cut, were a real shame at over 3€ per spring roll.

27/01/2026: Disappointing! The spring rolls and ravioli have a lot of dough and very little filling. Not worth the price.

30/07/2026: I only had a lovely cappuccino 😋😋 and was served by a kind and smiling young lady. There is indoor seating and a variety of sweet and savoury goodies. Worth a visit.

17/07/2026: I went to Pitaya today to get a mango burger. The chicken was burnt and dry as coal. It's a real shame to serve that to a customer; we're not pigs, are we? If you want a decent meal, go to another restaurant; it's truly disgusting and disappointing for the price.

25/09/2026: A huge thank you to the caterer for our farewell party for 70 people, which took place at the AFPP. The appetizers were varied, very fresh, and there was more than enough for everyone. The desserts were delicious. The delivery was seamless, and the presentation was impeccable. All the guests enjoyed it. I highly recommend them! We will definitely use their services again for future events.

11/09/2026: Hello, regarding the new bakery at Les Atlantes, there are only two sales assistants for customer service. If they are serving customers using the new tray service, which takes time, then there is no one available for direct sales. This causes long queues, which is unpleasant. It was better before, so this needs improvement for our loyal customers. Thank you.

30/11/2025: The lounge bar of my student days...1977/1982...it was the place to be in the Plum district for night owls...cocktails, mega ice creams, club atmosphere...it's sad that this nightclub is closing soon.

19/10/2025: Extremely disappointing! We were at a student event between two cities, an event we'd been planning for a long time with the bar, and on the day, they didn't open the dance floor in the basement (and there wasn't enough room for everyone). Each time, they told us they'd open it soon, but in the end, it wasn't even open at the scheduled time (they opened around 12:40 AM instead of midnight). Eventually, the students got fed up and left the event. This is a complete lack of customer service and respect.
