23/08/2026: "Irasshaimase (いらっしゃいませ)" is a word that embodies the quality and culinary journey experienced throughout what can truly be called an experience. The welcome and advice are warm, the ambiance and background music are pleasant. And what can be said about the quality and taste of the sushi? There's a wide variety, with options showcasing the finest fish. The service is efficient, and the preparation, done after ordering, remains quite quick considering the presentation and the quality/mastery of that presentation. The price differs from other establishments of this type, but the vast difference in enjoyment, which compels you to savor each piece, easily explains it. The journey is worth it (and the cost)!

20/08/2026: Exceptional. I didn't usually like sushi, but this was absolutely amazing!

08/09/2026: We had a very good meal; the food was high quality and the ingredients were fresh. The staff was friendly in some places (a young woman didn't smile once the three times she came to clear or serve the table, which was a shame). Another minor issue was that we requested a carafe of water twice at the beginning of our meal, but unfortunately, we never received it. But overall, it was very good.

05/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to return. The menu is attractive and accessible, and the daily specials are appealing. We were delighted to discover the daily menu and chose these dishes. The plates might seem empty to those with a big appetite, but I had trouble finishing. Quality ingredients, impeccable service, always with a smile. A wonderful restaurant... Worth discovering.

You can tell everything is made with care and passion. The service is always top-notch, the team is super friendly, and the atmosphere is really pleasant. 25/08/2026: Takeaway pizza order: The welcome was incredibly warm and friendly! The service was very quick and the prices reasonable. The thin-crust pizzas were generously topped with quality ingredients and were therefore excellent! We hadn't had such good pizzas in a long time. We went back and will definitely return when we're in the area.

25/08/2026: A wonderful discovery during a visit to Guérande in August 2026. Despite the sunshine, we enjoyed a cozy atmosphere in the shaded patio, savoring delicious food. The menu was quite short, a testament to the freshness of the ingredients. Everything was refined and delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert, including the wine. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive to every request. I highly recommend this restaurant, located just outside the town walls, thus avoiding the noise of the August crowds.

17/09/2026: Fourth visit to Saint Paul, a truly excellent restaurant. The cuisine is original, highly creative, and refined. Nothing is left to chance. The welcome is that of a grand establishment, the dining room is beautiful and bright. A real sense of team cohesion is evident. A wonderful discovery in Prefailles that richly deserves a Michelin star.

16/09/2026: Very disappointed by the wait. The main course, which was quite simple and arrived an hour and fifteen minutes after the amuse-bouches. Despite the waiter's rambling apologies, this doesn't live up to the restaurant's advertised and intended standard... a shame! It spoiled what was otherwise a rather successful experience in terms of taste.

The refined examples of contemporary French cuisine and the seafood-focused tasting menus are excellent... A stylish, elegant hotel and restaurant with breathtaking river views.

23/09/2026: It is a rare pleasure and a true delight to share lunch at this establishment. The refined, precise, and meticulously crafted cuisine presents elegant, exceptionally flavorful dishes cooked to perfection. Here, there are no "creations" served in extremely small portions, which are indeed little gems crafted by a chef who is more artist than cook. At Monsieur Gheno's, it's about haute cuisine focused on the customer's pleasure rather than flattering the creator and those who might boast of having frequented the place. The high-quality service is paradoxically more controlled and warm thanks to the younger members of the dining room staff, such as Valentin, than to the more experienced staff, who are perhaps a little weary of the routine. The wine list is remarkable, with reasonable prices for a Michelin-starred restaurant and considering the origin of the wines. If you want to experience a truly wonderful moment and savor exceptional cuisine, this is the perfect place.
