Comfortable, quiet hotel; meals featuring tastefully prepared regional dishes; the recent renovations have given it a new look, it's a shame the wall color has been changed. This was our second visit, "third time's the charm!"

16/06/2026: We stayed one night in this hotel, which is very well located for the Velodyssey cycling route. There aren't many rooms, but they are tastefully decorated and the bedding is good quality. The restaurant is also very attractive, with its new, well-integrated veranda. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant, but I'm sure it's just as good as the rest of the hotel. In any case, the welcome was perfect. It's run by a very friendly young couple. With the intense heat, air conditioning in the rooms could be improved, but it's difficult to install in older buildings. The beach is right across from the hotel, and there are also plenty of amenities nearby. We highly recommend this hotel.

30/06/2026: Lunch during a visit to Nantes: the set menu was perfect. Delicious pea gazpacho, marinated chicken, and a divine dessert (panna cotta with peaches in syrup). Very reasonable price, pleasant service

13/05/2026: We had a very good lunch at Auberge des Marais. The welcome and service were friendly. We returned at the end of March. The welcome was just as warm. However, the duck we chose was a little tough, although very well prepared.

04/04/2026: Great experience! We chose this restaurant because we had a show right next door at the Hippolyte-Derouet theater. We were short on time and were served very quickly upon request. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was good and clearly homemade. They paid great attention to detail. The restaurant was full by 7:30 pm, which is definitely a very good sign. If I had to offer any criticism, the dining room could use a warmer decor. Definitely worth a try!
