He was incredibly rude to us and invited us to leave. We ended up standing to watch the game. 5 minutes later, a group of locals arrived so he placed a table for them right where we asked him to....

16/05/2026: Traditional bar near the Saint Martin canal. Outdoor seating, properly poured beer, and fair prices. The service was extremely friendly and kind to me and my wife. Seeing the comments here, I learned about the incident that occurred in 2015.

11/08/2026: The Caesar salad was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant was quiet and the staff were lovely.

31/07/2026: A lovely menu with quality products. We had two meals at this hotel restaurant. The value for money is better than the restaurants around the old port.

08/11/2025: Shameful! I made a reservation for my birthday, it was confirmed, so I arrived on time and on the day I booked, only to find the restaurant closed. There were no signs, no posts on their Instagram mentioning the closure, especially since the reservation had been confirmed by email and text message. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

27/10/2025: I had reserved a table via the website. Reservation confirmed. We showed up on Sunday, October 26th, and what a surprise. It said "closed." I don't know if it's permanently closed. We had to find another solution. And to top it all off, this morning I received a message asking how my meal went. It's better to laugh about it...

19/10/2025: Visit in October 2025, Sunday lunchtime Unlike our previous meal a year earlier, this experience was a complete disaster! We arrived around 1 p.m. It was fairly busy, but not crowded; some tables were empty. We left at 3:30 p.m., having only eaten one course. The dishes were brought out sporadically, with more than half an hour between the first and last person (there were seven of us, not a very large group). We only received one carafe of water for the entire meal; we had to ask several times for bread and napkins. The dishes were decent, but almost cold; the kitchen staff must have been rushing, so the servers were inadequate. My seafood platter didn't have toothpicks for the whelks or finger bowls, but oh well, no big deal. One person had a set menu with dessert included, and even though it was a long wait, we were planning to have dessert too. They offered him an apple or a yogurt! I've never seen anything like it... We didn't order coffee or dessert, we just went to pay for our meals. At the register, the person apologized again for the last course arriving very late, but there was no gesture of goodwill, no discount, not even a free coffee... First review from October 2024: Good meal, friendly and smiling staff, fast service. The duck breast was cooked perfectly. Generous and well-presented salads. Terrace overlooking the sea. The tiramisu was a bit small; for €8, we expected better.

06/08/2026: The atmosphere and food were okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. One dish was forgotten, and we had to wait 30 minutes for it. We also forgot about desserts, and there was no attempt at compensation. The live music was very nice. Overall, a very negative experience.

14/02/2026: Every year we choose a local restaurant to celebrate the end of the year with our Orthopedics department at Bonnet Hospital, and this year our choice was very disappointing. We had to bring our own speakers for music because their sound system was supposedly broken. The dinner buffet was extremely disappointing and very meager for about thirty people, especially considering the price of €30 per person. This review is being written two months later because we haven't received a response from the owner to our email expressing our disappointment. The only positive aspect of this place is the location and its large, well-heated dining room.

17/08/2026: The food was good overall, but the portions were small. Even though the set menu seemed attractively priced, we were left wanting more at the end (despite having a starter, main course, and dessert). This is unacceptable for an €80 meal. It felt like being in a broth where you have to order everything from starter to dessert right away, and the courses follow one another without a break. The homemade iced tea wasn't great, but the paella and baby squid were good despite the small portions.

Not exactly gourmet food, and on top of that, disastrous organization. End of season, first restaurant for a family, very disappointed. Only the decor is appealing.

16/04/2026: While in Lyon, I went to this restaurant. We were there as a family and ordered three main courses and a children's menu! The "mixed grill" was actually a meatball cooked in sauce. A tiny cutlet. A mini undercooked chicken skewer and an undercooked merguez sausage—that's the famous "mixed grill." The veal chop was a joke; I think it was sliced ​​three times thin. It was all served with a small handful of cold fries, a minuscule handful of salad with a slice of tomato and an olive. The sea bream was undercooked. The children's menu arrived after we had finished our meals: a handful of fries thrown onto a plate with five nuggets thrown on top. The presentation was completely unprofessional, especially considering this used to be a kebab shop and now only serves food. For an à la carte restaurant, I think they're taking the mickey! €72.60—what a waste! You might as well go to McDonald's or get a kebab.

13/04/2026: What can I say… A disgrace to North African cuisine, shame on you for serving such expensive and disgusting dishes. I much prefer going to Mess, which truly respects the traditions and dishes of our countries. I have never been so disappointed by such a bland chorba, and as for the rest of the dishes, no comment. Avoid at all costs.

14/07/2026: Great place! Pleasant and quick service. Excellent food. I thoroughly enjoyed the steak with pepper sauce and delicious fries, and the enormous strawberry ice cream sundae. I highly recommend it. The waiter was very kind and friendly.

12/08/2026: If I had checked the reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have gone. The service is a bit disorganized; the servers are young, which is understandable, but they don't seem to have much support. The creamy burrata salad is the biggest rip-off I've ever seen: --> Composition of the plate: 10 to 12 thin slices of tomato, a little pesto and almonds, one burrata. --> Price of the plate: €20 (I think the cost price must be €2 or €3 considering what they put in it). It's a shame, the servers are friendly, but I don't recommend it.
