05/09/2026: The waitress was really unpleasant. I ordered a Nui ice cream for €4.50, and I love this ice cream, but I threw it away because the cream wasn't smooth. It was hard and had ice crystals; it was clearly frozen and thawed. I definitely won't be going back.

05/09/2026: Despite it being dinnertime, we got a table on the terrace in the evening just for a Pastis. The waiter was friendly and good, and the Pastis was plentiful. I can't confirm the previous comments; we'll be back.

21/04/2026: I wish to express my incomprehension and profound dissatisfaction regarding the 5-star rating given to this establishment. For €500 per night, the service provided is far from adequate and in no way justifies this price. The problems encountered are numerous: Persistent musty smell and damp patches on the ceiling; Very inadequate cleaning: dust and fingerprints on the bathroom mirror; Toilet paper already used, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard; Lack of bathrobes and basic towels, unworthy of a 5-star hotel; Completely damaged bedroom door and deteriorated mosquito net, no longer functioning properly; Poorly maintained common areas, revealing a general lack of upkeep; A bottle of water was "forgotten" in the evening, which is a basic courtesy in this type of establishment; Non-existent soundproofing: you can clearly hear the neighboring rooms; The noise from the blower/machine directly into our room is particularly disturbing in the evening and incompatible with a relaxing stay. As for the restaurant, the food is decent but nothing exceptional, certainly not up to the expected standard of a supposedly upscale establishment. While one can understand the desire to offer an "authentic" or "Camargue" style, this in no way excuses such a level of carelessness. The gap between the advertised standard and the reality is far too wide. If you are looking for a truly high-end experience, it's best to avoid this establishment. The surrounding area is pleasant, but this in no way compensates for the disappointing quality of the accommodation and services.

14/08/2026: There's significant room for improvement in terms of service, smiles, and customer relations. The location attracts tourists, but it's uncertain whether customer loyalty will be very high. We won't be returning.

24/08/2026: We had a lovely lunch. A great find in the heart of Montpellier. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. I recommend it.

09/08/2026: With the heatwave, it was the misting fans on the terrace that drew us in. And honestly, they were really pleasant! It's a shame they were only working during happy hour... Apart from that, the restaurant was practically empty while the neighboring restaurants were much more crowded... we understood why! 😆 We might have thought the minimalist menu hid some cooked dishes, but actually, not at all. It's more like assembly. The tapas were frozen food that had been deep-fried. Not bad, but frozen food nonetheless... The salad that came with the dishes looked a bit tired... and the service was clearly lacking in professionalism. In short, not a great spot...

30/05/2026: Everything was fine until the security guard got overzealous... A nice bar where they take cards, but as soon as you step a meter away from the sidewalk they yell at you. What a great attitude!

21/08/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!! I don't understand how people can find the pizzas good… So much Gruyère cheese, it's sickeningly overpowering, the crust is far too salty, not to mention the pasta was cooked in seawater? It was so salty! In short, avoid it!

23/08/2026: The food is very bad, the meat feels like we're eating clay, then we go to the toilet and there's where people pee on the walls.

22/08/2026: A very pleasant welcome awaits you in front of the menu board. The photo on the board makes you want to eat here. The burgers, fries, and prawn pasta are excellent and very reasonably priced. The service is also very quick and pleasant.

31/07/2026: The worst kebab I've ever eaten. Takeaway galette menu, I open it, and there's already a smell I don't like. Two bites, and it tastes like rubbish, both the meat and the feta. Hygiene is beyond questionable, the kitchen is dirty, the fryer is full of stuck-on oil that hasn't been cleaned... Never again...it all went in the bin.

15/08/2026: Unfriendly welcome. Feeling like a nuisance. A piece of plastic was found in the ice and reported. No apology or gesture of goodwill. A place to avoid.

12/06/2026: It was excellent. The 400g ribeye steak was perfect. The chocolate mousse was perfect and indulgent. The service was top-notch, and the shaded areas with a gentle breeze were very pleasant. Thank you, I highly recommend it.

10/09/2026: We came as a group of eight for a birthday celebration on a Saturday night and ordered six pizzas and four panisses (chickpea fritters). We also had two bottles of wine, beer, and rum. Despite this, the management refused to serve us carafes of water! Their claim was that the water was the sea across the street! Outrageous! Serving water is mandatory in France. We had to buy Perrier, but shame on them! They won't be seeing me again.

06/09/2026: The setting was exceptional, no complaints there, and the service was friendly. But personally, I found the dish bland; the salmon en papillote was truly unremarkable, which was a shame.

22/08/2026: Too many choices, it was suspicious... There were five of us and none of us ate well. It wasn't good at all; the meat was thick and stringy, with a strange taste. We're still not sure it was chicken... The servers were nice, but that doesn't make up for the poor quality of the food...
