09/10/2026: I came this evening with two friends, October 9, 2026. It was my first time here, but I had always heard great things about this establishment. The owner and his staff gave us a very warm welcome. The setting and decor are rustic, which fits perfectly with the theme of this charming little inn. The service was excellent, and the meal was also of very high quality—good old-fashioned cuisine, just the way we like it. Thank you for the suggestion of the filet mignon; it was incredibly tender with a delicious chanterelle sauce, and the roasted potatoes were simply exceptional. The homemade crème brûlée at the end was a real treat, a lovely touch of sweetness. Thank you for everything, thank you for your hospitality, I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

18/08/2026: We've been dining at Auberge Fleurie with Catherine and Christophe for over thirty years, and they've never failed to live up to their reputation. We live in Arizona and always make a point of visiting them when we're in France, with our parents and children. Impeccable service, authentic and delicious food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. Thank you both for treating us to such wonderful food!

07/09/2026: Incredible discovery! The service is extremely competent despite the disability, the room is a little noisy, however the cuisine is exceptional for this price, the best beef tataki I have ever eaten.

Everything seemed homemade and handcrafted. Beautifully presented. Taste-wise, it was perfect! Only the asparagus with the liver was a bit bland. Beautifully set tables, cloth napkins, and tablecloths were a given. The service was discreet and attentive. However, not all staff members were professionals or fluent in the local language. The guests were German, which is hardly surprising. For that price, you could get a mediocre three-course meal in Germany; if you're lucky, you might even get a dry roll left over from breakfast. Bravo for this menu! For this level of effort at this price point! Our expectations were far exceeded! Thank you!

The prices were very reasonable considering the country and location. We especially thank Ms. Aylin for taking care of us. We definitely recommend it.
