27/09/2026: We ate there this Thursday... A warm welcome, top-notch service, the waitress was incredibly attentive, and we were able to chat with her... And a meal that looked simple on the menu, but the meat and fries were exceptional... Very good desserts too... We thoroughly enjoyed it... And another great thing for a restaurant is that the chef comes to greet you and chat, a real bonus... If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely return 👍... Best of luck to the whole team

22/09/2026: The waitress tried her very best, but the food is absolutely nothing special. I don't understand the good reviews at all. For instance, our fries were completely overcooked and dark brown, we found two hairs in them, we waited for over an hour, the schnitzel was swimming in sauce, and so on. Again, the service was friendly and proper, but what came out of the kitchen was not.

10/09/2026: Anyone visiting Bitche and the citadel should definitely eat there! The daily special was delicious and reasonably priced. Drink prices are good, and the steak was also very tasty! Just be aware that the tarte flambée is only available in the evening, so it's not served at lunchtime. The ambiance was like that of a fine-dining restaurant, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. We never had to ask for more bread or baguette, nor did we have to wait for our drinks. Very attentive. The staff speaks French (of course) and German. I don't know their English. There are six parking spaces in front of the restaurant, two of which are designated for people with disabilities and are quite spacious.

22/04/2026: A very good pizzeria. They sell delicious, generously topped pizzas made with quality ingredients. There's a wide variety of other meals available (pasta, salads, and meat dishes in addition to pizzas), as well as a large selection of pizzas to suit all tastes. The staff is welcoming and the service is quick. They also offer takeout.

10/09/2026: I give it a solid 5/5. I'm a taco connoisseur. I'm usually a bit hesitant when it comes to restaurants in France, but I was on my way to Burger King when I stumbled upon this place. Result: the best taco I've had in all of France! Everyone has their own opinion, but I loved it.

05/07/2026: Large, professional restaurant. Friendly service and truly excellent French food, from snails to frog legs, special veal dishes, steak, and schnitzel. Inexpensive by German standards. We felt very comfortable. A gem in France.

08/09/2026: Internet says they serve food till 3pm. We showed up at 2:02pm. They said the kitchen was closed at 2:00pm. We traveled all the way from Colmar to see a family member buried in the war cemetery. Our inlaws had visited the restaurant back in 2017 and had told us how great the food was. If you're not serving food till 3pm change your information on the internet.

13/09/2026: I went to this restaurant with friends, and an extremely unpleasant waiter took our order. It was almost as if he didn't want to be there and complained every time we ordered (like when we asked for tea instead of coffee). He practically discouraged us from ordering (the other waiters were nice, though). The food was decent, although the starter and dessert were a bit average. Overall, the restaurant was okay, but the experience was ruined by someone who clearly didn't enjoy their job.
