I am from Strasbourg and regularly pass through Metz and as soon as I have the opportunity to order I go for it! Boogie has become a mandatory stop whenever I'm in the area.
A good argument from my partner in Metz to settle in the area 😅 (and she almost succeeded, that’s saying something for an Alsatian).

Lovely setting: an old mill with a preserved waterwheel in the guest room area.

The hot dishes are prepared on the spot in front of you and are always successful and the buffet is incredibly stocked with local products. 27/01/2025: Regarding the taste, the pasta was excellent. Tiramisu also although I like it when there is more mousse than biscuit. The price was more than adequate it's standard Italian restaurant prices.
The only downside is the very cold service and lack of attention, the problem comes up repeatedly in the comments. But I still recommend this restaurant.
