29/06/2026: Great!! Fast service, a very warm welcome with refreshments provided while you wait (water, rosé wine, charcuterie, etc.), which was really appreciated. The pizzas are excellent and generously sized.

29/06/2026: We enjoyed some lovely meals there, with delightful starters such as the cheese platters and the asparagus with gravlax salmon shavings. We were a little disappointed by the vegetarian dish of ravioli with truffle; unfortunately, the truffle flavor was very (too) subtle. For dessert, the rum baba was excellent! And the crème brûlée was also very well done, with a beautiful sugar crust. I recommend it.

21/06/2026: Message from June 21, 2026 (8 PM). The food is great at your place, and the prices are fantastic, but please, if the DJ could turn the volume down a bit, that would be great. He's playing louder and louder; it's becoming unbearable. Edit: Actually, fire him. Besides playing loudly, he's incredibly bad at adjusting the volume. It's a shame; he's ruined the evening for more than one person.

06/05/2026: We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Auberge de la Forêt, and everything was perfect. From the very beginning of the event planning, which included nearly 40 guests, we were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of our hostess, who was able to accommodate all our requests. On the day itself, aperitifs were served outside on a beautiful shaded terrace, and the meal that followed took place in a magnificent private room, reserved especially for us, with tables set with exquisite elegance. The carefully selected menu, served by smiling and welcoming staff, delighted all our guests. Thank you for helping us make this anniversary such a memorable event for everyone who attended.

25/02/2026: A very good tea room in Metz, nestled on a beautiful street. Try the speculoos cheesecake, you won't be disappointed! The tea selection is also very extensive and of high quality!

06/02/2026: Fantastic tea room! The staff is incredibly welcoming and kind, which adds to the feeling of being in a cozy little haven with delicate floral decor. I love it! I find it a pleasant place to go for afternoon tea with friends or to work!

30/06/2026: Not worth the effort. As a tourist, you get ignored here by the lady outside. Eventually, I walked inside myself and ordered from the bartender. The bartender was friendly. But his female colleague simply avoids your gaze, doesn't even look at you. Very rude.

The only restaurant in the village, recently taken over by a young couple, it offers a pleasant and welcoming setting with a friendly, family atmosphere. The meals are generous and excellent value for money. Congratulations to the chef for his elegantly presented dishes, and to the waitress for her organization and prompt service. The chef even comes to your table to greet you, which we appreciated. I highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant. We will gladly return.
