10/12/2025: A wonderful discovery! Excellent lunch! Just a small problem with the bill. Our table was no longer listed, and in the end, the bill was higher despite the offer of two complimentary drinks in my name.

14/12/2024: Very nice discovery, this Italian restaurant managed by a family of Italian origin. The prices are super acceptable and even too low I find compared to the quality of the products which are fresh and of good quality. They are super welcoming and they take care of their customers. I will come back with great pleasure if I am ever in the region because it is very difficult to find such good quality wood-fired pizza. The legs melt in your mouth and are crispy at the same time. Excellent pizzas as well as Flam's and the staff is great, delivery is quite fast and orders arrive HOT (which is not the case with other brands!) In summary: - the best pizzeria in the area (within 15 km) - top service - the pizzas and flam's (standard) are more than respectable in size I can only recommend this pizzeria A small downside: difficulty parking...

07/12/2025: We had lunch here with my husband and two children during a visit to Metz. We received a very warm welcome and the waiters were friendly. The menu was varied, and all the products were sourced from local producers. The ribeye steak was the best I've had in a long time in a restaurant—perfectly cooked. The revisited steak tartare was delicious, and the burgers were generous. The desserts are a real highlight, with many homemade options! The tarte Tatin was delicious, and the little pistachio and raspberry financiers were equally delightful. We highly recommend it!

05/12/2025: The most delicious pizzas ever. Truly Italian pizzas, from an Italian-own family pizzeria. You’d wish to find pizzas like this when in Italy. The best you can expect. 👌 The wooden pizza oven gives the perfect taste and finish to the pizzas. It’s spectacular to see it. The service is always fantastic. Great to chat with the owner. Don’t miss the desserts too. Family homemade. The tiramisu is to die for! 🙌

21/10/2024: Dimanche, nous décidons d' aller visiter le fort. Après plusieurs recherches infructueuses, nous tombons sur ce restaurant. Nous n' avons pas regretté. Accueil souriant, chaleureux. Les flams sont délicieuses, faites avec des produits frais. On reviendra. Nous recommandons cet endroit. Ne pas hésiter.

19/06/2025: Very good restaurant. Traditional and generous cuisine. You enter this restaurant and you smell the fried onions, it whets your appetite.

15/06/2025: We were there after a walk in the Roppeviller region. We were a group of 28 people, the welcome was non-existent but we found our places thanks to friends of the group already there. The service and the bar are provided by a young man and a slightly older gentleman, they did not stop running and they ensured the room as best they could. The wait was still long, even very long, customers rushing to the bar to pay, while the two people provided the service in the room....they really did their best and I wonder how they manage with the order forms and the billing for about 60 covers. An extra person in the room would not be too much. For €25 we had a small plate of three crudités, a small slice of smoked ham, 1/2 hard-boiled egg, 1/2 slice of country pâté and 1 slice of sausage, then roast pork in sauce, fries, spätzle, salads, vegetables, for dessert a slice of apple pie. The whole thing was decent and sufficient. The location of this unique restaurant in this village and the proximity of the Colorado of the Bitche region mean that many people come to eat there, we should not skimp on the welcome or the service or the quality and quantity of the food served. Too bad, it would take little to give (or restore) the shine to this establishment located in a charming little village.
