18/05/2024: We have a great time when we go to this restaurant. The pizzas are excellent and generous, the daily special is hearty and tasty - the value for money is unbeatable. As for the boss, he is a monument in his own right, with his heart on his sleeve, who makes you have a pleasant meal. I can only warmly recommend this address!! :)

03/09/2024: A magnificent discovery for my partner and myself, a taste experience beyond a dream... the words are not an exaggeration, our taste buds were simply sublimated by the association of certain tastes which, once on the plate, are likely simply made us happy.
Exceptional value for money...
Top customer service, it's really nice to see, the room staff are up to the task of cooking, plus our dog was welcome...
The table at "P'tit Bistro d'Ethan" is undeniably worth the detour, we can't wait to repeat this fabulous experience...

We had a starter, main course and dessert.
The homemade foie gras is excellent.
The atmosphere is as I experienced it a few years ago, warm.
The dishes are generous and well presented.
A restaurant that I highly recommend.

31/08/2024: Well, despite three attempts, we never got to eat. On the first evening at 8 p.m. there was only an announcement that there was nothing. A couple was sitting on the terrace and had just received their food. We weren't even asked if we wanted something to drink. On the second evening, hotel guests were already sitting outside. No staff to be seen and at some point there was a hint that there could be something from 7 p.m. Called ahead on the third attempt. At least nice man on the line. But there wasn't a place for us

06/09/2024: Located in the heart of Metz, a stone's throw from Place Saint-Louis, this restaurant benefits from an ideal location. It welcomes you in a warm atmosphere, enhanced by a very pleasant Asian decoration.
The waitress was very friendly, and the sushi was simply delicious.
Another asset: the music playing, which I particularly appreciated.
If you are a sushi lover, I highly recommend this restaurant 👍

06/08/2024: Great restaurant. We went there two evenings in a row, being on vacation in the area. We can only praise the food, which is both good and very plentiful, as well as the good humor of the owner. Please note, you will need to make a reservation if you plan to dine there.
05/08/2024: A first time for this pizzeria.
I tasted the polpettes which were delicious. All accompanied by an excellent Sardinian wine.
In short, an excellent culinary experience in a very friendly atmosphere.
Advice: you need to make reservations because this restaurant has a very good reputation which is greatly deserved.

17/08/2024: Well executed cuisine, but these are not typically Italian dishes as the sign indicates. Quite noisy atmosphere can be unpleasant for some. Wine glasses that are worn out, perhaps it would be better to change them?

14/09/2024: So... this restaurant is one of my favorites! The decoration is cozy modern. The staff are helpful, friendly and very professional. The dishes served are to die for! Homemade cuisine of high quality and great finesse. I will go back with pleasure. Very clean and spacious toilets.
14/09/2024: Restaurant where you eat very well. A big favorite for the crème brûlée and the pistachio fondant. Ice cream, quality meat. The fries and homemade mayonnaise are delicious!
The chips served with the aperitif are also homemade.
