13/08/2026: A restaurant that deserves a Michelin star. A huge thank you to the Chef for his passion, creativity, and love of his craft. Updating the menu every two weeks and constantly surprising guests with innovative flavor combinations and exceptionally high-quality ingredients is simply remarkable. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to photograph the langoustine appetizer, but it was a true masterpiece. As for the main course, the Wagyu beef and beef cheeks were remarkably tender and delicate. The wine list is also exceptional, with a superb selection, and the food and wine pairings are perfectly suggested. A special thank you as well for the amuse-bouches: a delightful surprise with every visit. ❤️ February 26, 2026

20/07/2026: Fukushima is a very good Japanese restaurant. It welcomes you in a lovely, air-conditioned dining room... the service is impeccable, with young and friendly staff. Finally, the specialties are very tasty and perfectly executed. In short, you can go there without hesitation!

19/07/2026: I received a gift certificate from friends for a cooking class at the Chefs Academy, and frankly, I wasn't disappointed. A very warm welcome, a bright and well-organized kitchen. The class was really enjoyable and in a great atmosphere, led by the chef and his assistant. The chef gave us tips and tricks for beginners like us. I'm really looking forward to attending another session. This time, we made pâté Lorrain, a pure delight. Long live the Chefs Academy!

11/08/2026: As usual, let me explain the context of my review: my wife is Iranian and regularly cooks divine dishes from her country. We go to every Iranian or Afghan restaurant we come across, and La Fabrique is one I highly recommend: it's fresh, homemade, well-cooked, and, to top it all off, the portions are generous, including the desserts... the gormeh sabzi is the best I've had outside the restaurant, so venture off the beaten path, give it a try, and succumb to the guilty pleasure of Persian delicacies.

26/08/2026: A magnificent place, offering refined cuisine prepared with local products. The dining room is cozy, intimate, and tastefully renovated, while the covered outdoor terrace is a true gem nestled in greenery. We love coming to savor the specialties of this constantly reinvented cuisine. The management team and staff are incredibly attentive to their guests. All that's left for me to do is try the meal/spa-pool packages in the new hotel extension 🤗

25/08/2026: I had a wonderful time at the Domaine de l’Éclaircie spa. The setting is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for enjoying a truly relaxing break. I chose the Night Spa package, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It starts with a charcuterie board and a delicious cocktail, before moving on to the spa. I found the sequence very enjoyable and the package well-designed, allowing you to take your time and fully appreciate the spa. I also added an optional massage with Floriane, and it was one of the highlights of the experience. The massage was truly delightful, performed with professionalism and care. Overall, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

The restaurant is beautifully and stylishly designed, and the terrace is perfect for lingering! The selection of drinks and food is above average! The service was friendly and efficient!
