02/05/2026: We've been customers of Mama Mia Pizza since the beginning, and our only observation so far is that they're nowhere near as good as they were! They're not likely to see us place an order anymore.
When I called Thursday evening: my husband wanted a three-cheese calzone, and they told me they don't make them… my husband has been ordering them for 10 years! 😂😂 Then my daughter wanted a children's pizza with goat cheese and honey, but no! It's a Margherita pizza and nothing else (even though she's always ordered a children's pizza with goat cheese and honey). So I didn't place an order. Their response: "Yes, Neius, you're right, order somewhere else." We ended up at Pomodoro, and the pizzas were much better.
I can't give zero stars, sorry.
01/05/2026: The dough was of very average quality. The toppings were equally mediocre.
Second review: I went back, and it's even worse than before. We picked it up this time, and the atmosphere inside was catastrophic!
Seriously, if things aren't going well, you should stop...
The pizzas were truly of very poor quality. No effort was made on the dough or the toppings... It's outrageous! This isn't quality pizza. It's edible, of course, and I understand the desire to make money first, but if you want real pizza, you won't find it here.

Paying €4.90 for a McFlurry and getting a half-empty ice cream is a rip-off.
Even my 6-year-old daughter noticed that half of it was missing… Given the price, it's unacceptable. I won't be back.
22/04/2026: What a welcome! Very friendly, they offered us balloons, candy, and help, all with a smile! The restaurant is clean and well-run.

They can't even make a proper, hot sandwich.
Orders are ALWAYS incomplete. Now we have to check our orders in front of the servers and even open the sandwiches ourselves... shameful!
If you can't do this job properly, you should consider doing something else.
13/05/2026: McDonald's is very dirty. There's a serious lack of hygiene, especially in the kitchen, with trash everywhere on the floor and a very unpleasant manager.

08/06/2026: I went there for a special birthday order (25 years old) and it was a success!
A number cake: the 2 in chocolate with Kinder decorations and the 5 in strawberry with fruit decorations and macarons. Both were sponge cake with light cream.
A slightly updated chocolate crunch cake to combine indulgence with the tastes of the guest of honor.
Sweet and indulgent, but not too sweet, so just the right amount for "Mr. 25" ;( It was absolutely beautiful! Exactly as requested and as visualized over the phone. Finger-licking good ;) I highly recommend this bakery.
Well done, dear pastry chef! ^^ And thank you to Amélie for her role as salesperson and intermediary ;)
01/06/2026: I stopped by this bakery, but it'll be my last time. I've never eaten such a bad marble cake. As for the bread, it's made of polystyrene!

28/11/2025: As a matter of principle, I don't give a negative review because I ate there for decades. I ordered four servings of sweet and sour sauce; just by looking at the color, you could tell it wasn't the same batch. Some of the sauce had simply fermented... a strong, overpowering taste of alcohol, so that plate went straight in the bin. The rice was rock hard, almost raw... After the sauce, I wondered how old it was... It's crazy to take over such a Thionville institution and ruin it like this. Judging by the other reviews, it's far from an isolated case.

18/05/2026: We arrived on a Monday afternoon after 4 pm. The tables were still dirty, and we waited 10 minutes for a cappuccino and a sundae—a very long wait, especially considering there were only two tables occupied. The sundae was barely ice cream anymore, and the chocolate sauce was practically nonexistent on top; it had all sunk to the bottom.
16/05/2026: Absolutely filthy.
The toilets were disgusting, with papers everywhere, a wet floor, and a terrible smell.
There was urine on the floor near our table, food strewn all over the floor, and an overflowing trash can.
The service was slow and everything was cold.

21/09/2025: Calm atmosphere, however the quality is normal or even poor at times. For the price I think it's reasonable anyway. You really can't expect better for this price, but if you're aiming for quality, look elsewhere. On the other hand, the price-quality ratio is good.

08/06/2026: I think this is one of the worst McDonald's in France. I went yesterday evening around 6 PM. The wait was interminable; I waited 30 minutes for my order, and don't even get me started on the staff who were handling it that night. The employees were insulting each other in front of the customers. And I won't even mention the cold fries. Three-quarters of the order was missing. For the price we pay for McDonald's, it's literally pathetic. To get half your order and wait over 30 minutes for measly cold fries... the worst part is they can't even read an order properly—well, read a number properly, because they got the numbers wrong several times. I went to the restroom. But I won't even mention the state of the restrooms; they were disgusting. I didn't even dare go to the bathroom, given the state of the puppies. I was thinking of applying there for a second job, but I don't think that's going to happen, given the atmosphere. It doesn't appeal to me. Not if I'm just going to be insulted in front of customers by some low-level employee. Outrageous. It's not worth it. Not even worth working there.

I'd like to share a minor comment following an order I placed with McDonald's through Uber Eats. I find it appalling to pay €24 for a Golden Meal and receive six measly fries, unless the kitchen staff took a couple of bites in them…
This isn't the first time I've had a problem, but this is getting ridiculous.
I tried calling McDonald's to ask if there was any way I could get a second box of fries to pick up myself, but the person on the phone told me it wasn't their responsibility…

Je fréquente les flunch depuis des années et ils ont fait la joie de mes enfants....Malheureusement tout cela a bien changé et ne fait pas la joie de mes petits - enfants.Arrivés vers 17h30,nous étions quelques uns à attendre avec nos tickets devant les plats mais personne ne nous voyait où faisait semblant de ne,pas nous voir.. .J avais besoin de 3 repas enfants et il restait quelques boulettes de poisson toutes séchées et toutes refroidies depuis Dieu sait quand....J ai donc demandé de nouvelles,boulettes de poisson....Le 3eme plat enfant etait une semelle de viande toute sechee! Cela a duré 30minutes..... Il y avait une serveuse qui ne connaiisait pas les plats!J ai pris des carbonnades et horreur , lors de la degustation , j y ai trouvé un long cheveu! Cela m a coupé l' appetit!
Je suis passée aux toilettes et là ,on pataugeait littéralement dans l eau.Il y avait un cm d' eau dans les toilettes....
J 'admets que ce n' est pas très cher mais il doit y avoir un service et un respect minimum....
Quand je suis sortie du restaurant j ai remarqué que les serveurs et serveuses partaient une charlotte, ce qui n 'etait pas le cas à notre arrivée.....Un chef serait -il soudain apparu?
Je suis donc déçue car Flunch a toujoyrs6 fait partie de notre univers " vacances"

How can anyone be satisfied with that. The tenders are for adults and we are served like children.
At first glance I wondered if it was fair or not, I inquired, the lady of extreme antipathy
In short, go to McDonald’s and you’ll get more nuggets for €8

30/09/2024: What's going on in the smoking games room! Exterior doors wide open! It was 5 degrees last Saturday! I didn't know you had to come in ski gear! A shame everyone was freezing, is this normal? It was our last time because it’s getting worse and worse, not to mention the cleanliness……
26/09/2024: You really need to put a display, don't tap on the machines, it ruins all the fun of playing with people who tap and break the machines right next to you. Otherwise we often come, the casino itself is really nice.

I had a coffee-free caramel vanilla oreo frappuccino with a white donut. It was so good, I don’t regret coming to Paris, thank you team!
I highly recommend.
