05/06/2026: What a disappointment! I went there for a takeaway meal for two. I ordered noodles and shrimp (supposedly spicy = tasteless! Not spicy at all), but what shocked me was the unpleasant service. I was practically assaulted because I asked for a little less shrimp in the container! I added two pork spring rolls (which I didn't finish because of the strong aftertaste). I spent €45 on a more than disappointing meal! It's not the first time I've been there, BUT the last time I'll ever go back!! And they're not Chinese; I speak fluent Mandarin, and believe me, these meals are anything but Chinese!!! Avoid at all costs! Unless you like low-quality Asian food! But above all, the service is deplorable. Sorry for this review, but we were truly disappointed.
03/06/2026: The food is very good. The only downside is that they don't listen to you. You ask for 100g and they give you 142g; for them, all that matters are their figures. And if you express your dissatisfaction, they just smile at you—it's normal, the bill is higher.

He doesn't even respond to our greeting, so we left. If he doesn't want to work, get rid of him. He's simply made me never want to come back. I will never return to your restaurant. I was a loyal customer, and I will tell everyone I know not to come. Thank you.
01/05/2026: The service at this restaurant was appalling. We've been several times and never received a greeting, no politeness whatsoever. And today, for the second time since we started coming here, the short, dark-haired employee sighed and rolled his eyes when we walked in. It's unacceptable! If you don't want to work, change careers. You're a disgrace to the restaurant industry.

02/12/2025: Proud resident of Marpsich since birth. I used to go there with my family, happy as a clam to sit at the Spring Lake… I'm writing this message in the parking lot of that bygone idyll. A buffet worthy of a clumsy teenager reheating a plate of pasta left by his single mother after her midweek outing… Slimy swamps have formed, the sauces so frozen in time. Are they, too, made of marble in the face of the pervasive desolation emanating from this buffet? One thing is certain: the Zahn family won't find the One Piece; the golden age of culinary piracy is over for this family, hardened by life. As for the service, human warmth wouldn't even be detectable by the most advanced thermal imaging on the market. Let's finish with the highlight of the show: desserts! Sweet breadsticks, old coconut balls, and other ice creams dug out from the back of the cupboard, surely dating back to their heyday (I can't imagine any sane person being tempted, even then). Wishing you a pleasant evening in remembrance of our wild dijo. Cheers.

10/05/2026: We were looking forward to a treat by buying pastries to go from Pâtisserie Jean, a shop located just steps from the cathedral and town hall in Metz, on the afternoon of May 10th, but we were very disappointed. The pastries were tasteless. Even worse, the dough had a strong stale taste and was also very dry. On the other hand, the prices were high. Is it because of the stale taste that we pay more in the city center? Pastries in supermarkets are better, not stale, and much cheaper. We won't be going back and we definitely don't recommend it.

09/06/2026: New to Marseille, I discovered this tobacconist, which is the closest to my home. The manager (or at least the gentleman who's always there) is incredibly kind! He made me a regular from my very first visit and gave me a proper welcome! Thanks a lot!
22/03/2026: This local tobacco shop needs to be shut down. They're very rude and open whenever they want, and they don't sell all the different packs and brands of cigarettes when they're open! It's more like an illegal gambling den than a tobacco shop.

09/05/2026: Having been a customer of Nadia and Noël's for over 20 years, this morning I thought I'd go for a coffee and see what the new owners are like. I arrive and ask the woman with the tattoos if I could have a coffee. She coldly tells me I have to go to the counter inside to order. Okay, I go, but no one's there. I call out, and someone comes over, speaking to me just as coldly as the first person (it must be the owner). I ask for an Americano, and he tells me it'll be €2. I point out I'm on the terrace, and that's when he tells me I have to make it myself. I tell him I have reduced mobility, but whatever, I do it. (The €2 is probably the price with service). I sit down at an outside table. The so-called waitress (the waitress behind the bar is like Mercurochrome to a wooden leg), with her vaporizer, is still standing around doing nothing. A friend and one of his friends sat down at the next table, and that's when the waitress brought them their order. I immediately asked her if she was making fun of me. She told me it was posted, that you have to order and do everything yourself. Personally, I think I was ripped off regarding the price of my coffee, and more importantly, my disability. I absolutely cannot let this go unchallenged. Personally, I think these people have no business being in this kind of establishment. It's not just about hosting parties; you also need to treat daytime customers with dignity, even if you're feeling arrogant from the night before. Otherwise, you should either stop working the night shift or the day shift, or better yet, change careers, because you are in no way professionals.

25/02/2026: I had booked a month and a half in advance, explaining it was for a marriage proposal. I had requested a secluded spot on the terrace and a bottle of non-alcoholic Champagne so I could toast with my partner, who has suffered three strokes. Upon arrival, there was no record of our reservation. We were simply seated on the terrace. Apparently, the supplier doesn't carry that type of drink, but I suspect it was simply overlooked, just like our reservation. The staff seemed far more preoccupied with chatting and laughing than attending to customers until I voiced my dissatisfaction. The meal ended without dessert, as you can imagine. We had come last year, and everything was perfect. After tonight, we will certainly never return to this restaurant.
