22/09/2026: Since the new owners took over, La Licorne isn't the same anymore. There's too much noise, and the police have had to intervene several times. They show too much favoritism in their service; the toilets are filthy, with a cockroach wandering around undisturbed. There's a lack of air freshener, which is very unpleasant when you're having drinks. The service is geared towards their whims, and my patience has its limits. The puffs don't even last two days, and the owners only care about taking your money, forcing you to drink until you're drunk.

17/09/2026: I ordered a plate with meat and fries, but everything was cold. I find that really disappointing. I didn't have time to order anything else since I had an appointment nearby. Anyway, I won't be coming back.

05/09/2026: A complete disaster, first and last order!!! I ordered harissa, I got everything except harissa, it was chili flakes. Anyway, I ordered 3 fries, I got 1 fry, and I asked for sauce on the side, I got the sauce mixed in with the fries. And to top it all off, I ordered a chicken platter, I got a kebab platter—a catastrophe.

08/04/2026: Very disappointing experience. One of the waitresses spoke aggressively to my son, even raising her voice at him for simply calling his sister. What was completely unacceptable was her telling him she would “slap” him if he entered the kitchen. We understand boundaries, but this kind of behavior towards a child is not appropriate. Staff should communicate respectfully, especially with families.

14/03/2026: A superb experience! The waiter (perhaps the owner) had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, and everyone found something they enjoyed. We were there for a birthday celebration, and we were treated to a birthday candle and music 👍 Highly recommended!

06/09/2026: We often order pizza, it's good, the owner (pizzaiolo) is friendly, the only problem (for me) is that I find the crust a little too thick

12/08/2026: I never thought it was possible to make a pizza this bad. And yet, it was. The dough had the consistency and taste of cardboard, the tomato sauce was a clear, sour-tasting soup, and the ingredients were of very poor quality. We ordered a four-cheese pizza and a country-style pizza; the bacon bits were awful, the blue cheese was dry and harsh, and the Gruyère-type cheese, simply called "cheese" on the menu, was anything but. The crust and color were like cornflakes, the taste was dreadful—in short, an industrially produced grated cheese is an insult. In short, even at €10 a pizza, avoid it! It's an assembly of low-grade, industrial products, not worthy of being called pizza, let alone being eaten.

11/10/2026: A very mixed experience. We asked for a glass of wine during our meal, but the owner never came back to check on us… The ribeye steak was €32, very well-done, tender… but no one asked me how I wanted it cooked! And I like my meat pink! The menu is very limited, specializing in frog legs (no children's menu except for vol-au-vent…). Many customers arrived at 8 pm… The owner disappeared between preparing appetizers, serving the main courses, clearing tables… completely overwhelmed, which is understandable since he's running the whole operation himself! We're still waiting for the dessert menu… what a shame. We certainly won't be back.

03/10/2026: Family lunch on Saturday… excellent frog legs and snails! Attentive staff. We'll be back very soon!!!

20/09/2026: The meat is exceptional 😍! Just like the sauce!!! Honestly, everything is excellent!!! The service is quick and super friendly. And the cleanliness is just incredible. Thank you to them for treating us so well.

09/05/2026: A very disappointing experience. We arrived before several other customers, yet we were served long after them without any explanation. The wait was extremely long, almost 50 minutes for a kebab, which is completely unacceptable. No gesture of goodwill or apology from the staff. The organization needs serious improvement. I do not recommend this establishment if you are in a hurry or simply expecting decent service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

13/08/2026: I don't think it's normal that the restaurant ran out of beer on its last day of operation before the holidays. I think the beer management needs to be reviewed.

09/09/2026: I find the staff really friendly, and that means a lot to me. The products are decent. Some are very good!

05/09/2026: Having wasps in your shop window is one thing. But having them on the boxed cakes... that's quite another. And it's very difficult for me not to see one on a pear and chocolate tart... First time I've been stung in the mouth... I wouldn't wish it on anyone. If it had been a child, I'm not sure things would have gone well for your establishment. Never again in this careless shop.

07/10/2026: It's well-located and clean. However, the service is very strange. I felt like I was bothering them; there was no smile. Even when paying, I stood right in front of the cashier, directly in front of the woman, and she completely ignored me. Also, I noticed white sugar icing on the pastries (already very odd). I asked for it without, and they told me there was nothing there (even though the icing was clearly visible) before finally telling me that sugar is normal—no, sugar icing on a pastry is not normal, nor is it normal to deny it as if the customer were some kind of lunatic.

24/09/2026: I went there, the woman gave me a dirty look, she forced a hello, zero politeness, she made me believe she didn't have any change for my 20 euro note just to keep the money. I didn't let her get away with it!!! Never go there, not even 1 star is too much

14/09/2026: A disgusting American-style burger with just steak and fries, a single line of mayo in the bun and nothing on the fries. I don't call that an American-style burger, not even a salad or anything. A disgrace for 6 euros.

29/05/2026: Oh my god... what a terrible discovery... coming from Dunkirk, the North, fresh fries, XXXL quantity, quality meat, friendly atmosphere, respect, good humor, family atmosphere, etc... well, here it's the complete opposite, and I'm even giving it one star because I have to, even zero is too much... and the woman, well, I'm not sure... haughty, arrogant, completely out of it, sweats like a cow pissing, cold as a cucumber, even a dead person is warmer, works without gloves, wipes her forehead... the worst chip shop in France... avoid it... I ran away!
