31/05/2024: Definitely not a place that deserves stars. The rooms smell musty. For breakfast, they serve cold hard-boiled eggs, tasteless tomatoes and a pack of cheese per person. You don't have a chance to get the second one because they stand over you like guards. At the hotel, all the lights are turned off at night, it's like a horror movie. The owners are very rude and don't speak English. Never a place to go. Internet is very weak. It doesn't draw from the rooms at all. It's a shame for your money.

31/05/2024: Knutange is a place with the atmosphere of a drama or thriller movie set that begins with the arrival of a stranger in the city. The hotel is also an old building in this city, but it is quite old. Cheap and 40 min to Luxembourg. Remotel is a preferred low priced hotel as it is 1.5 hours away from Strasbourg. There is also a restaurant belonging to the business, but we could not use it because we left early and returned late. The furnishings and fixtures in the rooms are as old as the hotel, and of course there is no refrigerator. Breakfast is standard. In short, you can choose it in terms of price, clean bed and hot water. The entire hotel is suitable for disabled people. And I can't help but mention the owner's 13,000-piece miniature drink collection...

24/09/2024: I ordered a raw ham, they gave me ham with whole cherry tomatoes, not even the effort to cut them with the girl there who stuck to the brief and that's all with that I took a Lorraine pâté plus a lighted one all for 14 euros..not friendly and not helpful, it's a shame..

19/09/2024: professional passage. table for 5 people. restaurant not too busy with customers. We order 5 draft beers, 5 appetizers for the queen. The beer arrives at room temperature, without explanation, the dishes arrive 1/2 hour later, in short, no time for dessert or coffee... Damage

20/05/2024: I bought a lot at the Houdemont opening, now the puff pastry brioche has no crunchy caramel at the base. the éclairs, the pastries, are miniature in size. The prices have soared, sometimes (×3). after a survey among friends and family, same observation.

01/08/2024: Recommended as one of the best restaurants in Sarrebourg, we were frankly disappointed; the meats were full of fat and sinew. There are much better restaurants in the area...

04/07/2024: Huge disappointment! It's no longer worth the cedars it used to be. Really unprofessional waitress, we had to ask for the aperitif menu. I had a gravlax as a starter, I'm still waiting for the toast that went with it. Then I stayed on my end with frozen scallops and a liquid risotto. Too bad I won't go back there again!

06/09/2024: I went to this pizzeria that I discovered two years ago, and instantly loved. The service was quick and the pizzas delicious. I have made several attempts to get there over the past few months, without success because the wait was always estimated at more than an hour. Today I made a reservation to make sure I could have those expensive pizzas. What was my disappointment after waiting literally 1 hour (for 5 pizzas) to be served a pizza that did not meet my expectations. The dough is excessively thin. Too bad, because the filling is good and in sufficient quantity. The restaurant was however half empty, but the management between Uber orders and the customers present on site must necessarily be reviewed. Positive note: pleasant service thanks to a smiling and friendly waitress. I hope to be able to return to this establishment soon and be able to see that the opinions of disappointed customers are taken into account.

27/08/2024: They have a very original food and drink menu. The dough for the pizzas and tarte flambée is extra good. The waiter was very friendly, the service was quick and the place was clean. I recommend.

12/06/2024: Large buffet with lots of choice, whether you like eating Asian or not, large choice of meat to grill, only downside...the exterior entrance which could be refreshed and which gives the image of a not very clean restaurant .

10/09/2024: Unacceptable! We booked for New Year's Eve, we thought we would have a good evening but the welcome and the service quickly put us off. The waiters were rushing us to leave as quickly as possible! But if we don't want to work on New Year's Eve, then we won't open! The dishes were bland and the meat was rubbery. I find it shameful to serve such mediocre dishes in a restaurant. Honestly, we would have preferred to eat at the local snack bar! So to just remind you of the basics of a business: welcome, a smile, service and if possible tasty dishes for a restaurant otherwise change jobs!

02/09/2024: Restaurant itself not particularly atmospheric in a shopping complex and quite dark, not particularly cozy. The owners are all the more likeable and the service is extremely friendly, and the crepes are also very tasty!

14/08/2024: Pataterie become "at the counter of Emile.... same staff same service same quality.... deplorable... what a disappointment... how in 2024 we can wait 45 minutes for an industrial children's menu and 1 hour for a daily special industrial??? Frozen fries, canned peas, overcooked carrots..... dry breaded chicken escalope..... unfriendly staff who are surprised by our dissatisfaction..... change the name without changing the base will not bring the customer dear boss. At the counter of emile 'traditional cuisine'??? the joke.... Find yourself a good cook who likes to prepare real dishes with regional and FRESH products and you will see.... you will have a full house. ....
