15/02/2026: My son is in a wheelchair, and he was very disappointed with the service and the reception. He was unfriendly, and there were accessibility issues when trying to pay. The saleswoman made no effort at all; it was another customer who helped my son. It's true that I myself found some of the staff unfriendly. But when dealing with people with physical disabilities, the least they could do is be more helpful and friendly.

17/03/2026: Several disappointing orders. I waited over an hour for one click and collect order. And tonight, one meal order is missing potatoes and another is missing bacon fries. It's getting worse and worse.

21/08/2025: By far my favorite buffet in the area. Great selection, good quality, incredible staff. Going there once or twice a month was a ritual for my partner and me. It always had that little something extra that we couldn't find elsewhere when we tried the competition. My only regret is its permanent closure, which leaves me with a void, as if I'd just finished a series with no possible sequel. And each new attempt to find a successor in the area has resulted, at best, in the same regret, and at worst, in total disappointment.

25/02/2026: I placed a click and collect order for speed, as my children were with me. I arrived at my parking spot and received a notification informing me that my order was ready and that a team member would bring it to me. Ten minutes later, still nothing, so I decided to go inside to see what was going on. When I finally managed to get someone's attention after five minutes, I saw them take a bag from their work surface and put the burgers and fries into another bag. I realized that my order had been waiting there for who knows how long. Eighteen minutes after the initial notification that my order was ready, they handed me the bag, and I noticed it was already practically cold. I asked them to change my order because by the time I got home, everything would be completely cold. The person remade the fries (which they then reheated for other customers, I imagine), but not the burgers. I had to ask again for my already cold burgers to be remade, and they flatly refused. They said, "Madam, I can't remake everything for you." The restaurant was practically empty; there were no other orders in progress. I even had to go back inside because when I got to the car, the children's play area was missing! So I left (more than 20 minutes later), and as expected, when I got home, my order was cold! No gesture of goodwill, no friendliness whatsoever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UNACCEPTABLE! LAST TIME I'LL SET FOOT THERE!

28/11/2025: As a matter of principle, I don't give a negative review because I ate there for decades. I ordered four servings of sweet and sour sauce; just by looking at the color, you could tell it wasn't the same batch. Some of the sauce had simply fermented... a strong, overpowering taste of alcohol, so that plate went straight in the bin. The rice was rock hard, almost raw... After the sauce, I wondered how old it was... It's crazy to take over such a Thionville institution and ruin it like this. Judging by the other reviews, it's far from an isolated case.

05/02/2026: The manager is truly awful. She's incredibly unpleasant on the phone! This person is not cut out to be a manager! Furthermore, the orders are always cold, and the drinks aren't properly sealed. I do not recommend this place, especially because of the manager's attitude. She was there at 7:30 PM on February 5, 2026. I order five times a week, and I will never go there again. I told her, and she doesn't care! Appalling!

09/03/2026: Order received quickly and the sandwiches were hot. The fries were delicious hot, and with the cheese, it was a real treat. A fantastic team that I encourage to keep up the good work. A truly wonderful experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

07/03/2026: We came to eat at the McDonald's in Semécourt and had a great time. The service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the waitress was very friendly and welcoming. A nice little bonus: for once, my burger actually looked like the one in the advertisement, well-prepared and generously topped. The portion was just right, and everything tasted good. Thank you to the team for the warm welcome!

08/03/2026: Just a reminder: girls have to dress up and wear heels, otherwise they're refused entry. Meanwhile, guys walk right in wearing jeans and sneakers, no problem at all. So on this International Women's Day, I wish all those people who continue to normalize these archaic rules would just have to spend one evening in heels.

29/11/2024: Used for transit at Charles de Gaulle Airport. I received a set that included a sandwich, dessert, and drink for 11.85 euros. As expected, the lid of the drink is also made of paper. Japan still uses plastic, right? There were no shops at the boarding gate, so it was nice to be able to relax here. The sofa is very comfortable to sit on and will soothe your fatigue from a long journey. For some reason, I couldn't make card payments on my smartphone, and touch card payments also resulted in an error. Maybe it wasn't compatible with the card reader.

20/11/2024: Unfriendly staff seemingly determined to discourage customers. Our flight was delayed at 3:30 PM on a Saturday, leaving us as the only passengers in what appeared to be an otherwise empty terminal or section of the terminal. Armed with meal vouchers provided by the airline, we attempted to visit several restaurants and cafes. At each one — this location included — we were met with the same dismissive response: “We can’t heat anything; the oven is turned off.” Dozens, if not hundreds, of stranded passengers shuffled from one food spot to the next, only to encounter the same sour expressions, lackluster service, and excuses from employees explaining why we shouldn’t bother ordering certain items. You’d think that individuals working in entry-level positions, roles most of us held as teenagers or young adults, might feel fortunate to have steady employment. But apparently, this is the culture that entitlement societies breed. We were forced to choose a slightly less bad option after the employees here nearly ran us out by telling us every option was either still thawing or couldn’t be heated or “we’re closing in 5 minutes”, etc. Absolute circus.
