I think it's changed owners. The same goes for the kitchen.
The lobster portion was too small, and the quality wasn't there.
I'm still giving it 4 stars because the place is nice and we had a good first impression in 2023.

Table of 8, the meals were served in a reasonable time and were of good quality!
We had a pleasant time; the staff was very friendly, contrary to what some reviews suggest. Thank you to the team!

07/11/2025: Without a doubt, the BEST pizza in Metz. I'd even go so far as to say that it's the best in Moselle and the Grand Est region. I've had the chance to try a fair number of pizzas in the area, but I've never experienced the same pleasure I get at Rosa's.
The dough is cooked to perfection, the toppings are delicious. The pizza oven is top-notch, and everything is made right in front of you. The staff and the manager are lovely!
The prices are fantastic. The pizzas are more than reasonable. I always feel right at home there.
I hope Rosa's continues to delight me for a long time to come!

23/06/2025: Honestly, super good kebab, the quality is there and the quantity especially, there is really a lot of quantity. The kebab is well grilled, I have never been disappointed. However, I have been there many times, frankly the best. Very nice chef 😉

The service is good and quite pleasant!
The restaurant is large and spacious.
I took the Lorraine menu:
Access to the buffet + fromage blanc + potato + 1 dessert
The buffet is very large with all kinds of meat and cold cuts (from roast beef to ham to pâté en croute), a nice choice of fish and shellfish (on weekends), and several salads!
The products are of good quality!
The potatoes and cottage cheese served copiously are also very good.
Finally for dessert a little creme brulee which was also good and tasty.
In short if you are really hungry
Don't hesitate!

14/01/2025: I have always loved going to this place, since my childhood. I watched it grow and I always loved going there to discover the cuisines with my family. This place is very nostalgic for me. It was a supeeer Christmas meal 2024! I will always recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff, impeccable service, and of course, succulent and refined dishes.
We couldn't have hoped for better....
Special mention to Julien for the reception, who took great care even during the preparations. And to Mélanie for the dinner; it was perfectly executed! It was a delight!
You made our wedding one of the most beautiful days of our lives!!

15/09/2024: Loyal customers of the Sarreguemines restaurant "A l'Ange gourmand" since its acquisition by Christine and Philippe, my wife and I never stop saying how delighted we are to have found in this establishment, a meeting place much more friendly than commercial, a warm and friendly welcome, traditional cuisine of such quality that our ancestors can feel relieved, reassured and almost jealous. Our weekly meeting in this magical place is always a great reward after a week of activity.
Whether it's the menus, the daily specials or certain one-off services, there is no dish that will not delight our taste buds. The kitchens are behind the scenes where each raw food benefits from a top-notch culinary metamorphosis for the well-being of an increasingly demanding clientele that has already been won over.
As for Christine and Philippe, always very close to your table, smiling and providing excellent advice, they form an inseparable and complementary couple for a result that meets your expectations.
But let's not forget the rising star, Webmaster and head waiter in his spare time, the essential Nicolas, the couple's young prodigy.
