23/01/2026: It was my first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was busy, but there was no wait, and the service was attentive and efficient.

14/01/2026: A relaxed, homey atmosphere, but always good and hearty, with Thierry in the kitchen who will delight you.

24/01/2026: The stars 🌟 speak for themselves... very nice. Only, the table next to the bar... be careful when preparing the coffees ☕️, it can be a bit of a surprise. Smoked salmon with that amazing whipped cream 🍋... I had the American-style fillet with truffle, the seasoning was very flavorful. Then, the seafood vol-au-vent was impeccable; I had the morel vol-au-vent and I was expecting a stronger flavor, it needs adjusting. We'll be back... ☺️

17/01/2026: Excellent restaurant. The dining room isn't large, making it a cozy atmosphere. The food and desserts are superb, as is the service. Prices are a bit higher than average, but the quality is worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant.

27/01/2026: A very warm welcome, the waiters and waitresses were incredibly friendly. The dishes were generous, varied, and delicious. We had a wonderful time, the girls from CBC (Creutzwald Basket Club). They also have themed evenings. I highly recommend it.

17/12/2025: Having dined at La Planchette several times, I find it to be a good restaurant with excellent and generous portions. I recommend it without hesitation, but be sure to book a table in advance.

08/02/2026: A fun concept: dining in a vintage train car. The starter and dessert are buffets. A fun detail: the train cars have Dutch signs with messages like "don't lean out" and "no smoking." Luna was a very friendly waiter who went out of her way to explain everything to us Dutch people and make sure we had a good time. It's especially fun with kids!

25/12/2025: Having been a customer for several years, I ordered my Christmas and New Year's meals from them. Having had a problem at home, I couldn't pick up my Christmas order. Being a good customer, I called them and explained my situation, offering to let them come and eat anyway if they were open, since I couldn't eat at home. They told me there was no problem. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was informed that I would still have to pay for the order in addition to the restaurant bill… It's shameful to operate this way, truly… You're lucky it's the holiday season… I strongly advise against going there. Personally, I found it more than unpleasant, and the prices are exorbitant. Living in Geneva, you'd think they were located next to the Jet d'Eau, but given the lack of friendliness and the "outlandish deals" this restaurant offers, I remember very well that they're actually in Sarrebourg, deep in the forest… They won't be seeing me again.

22/02/2026: We were lucky enough to dine at Chez Michèle last night. We opted for the tasting menu. What can I say except Wow! I won't go into detail about everything we enjoyed so as not to spoil it for future guests, but between lobster, caviar, and foie gras, our taste buds were in heaven. A special mention and a big thank you to our hostess Magalie, who pampered us throughout the evening. We will definitely be back.
