17/10/2026: Exceptional. On a personal, professional, and culinary level. We knew that by choosing Julien and his team, we would have the chance to transform this day into a fairytale and enjoy it to the fullest. An unparalleled sense of service, incredible attentiveness to each of our requests, no unforeseen event was a problem, only solutions. We received nothing but positive feedback from our guests regarding the entire service. Everyone was impressed by the quality offered. Julien surprised us throughout the planning process and on the day itself, with thoughtful touches to ensure we had a fantastic time. We didn't just choose a caterer; we chose the very best. He is far beyond anything we have experienced before.

The owner apologized several times and even offered me a drink or dessert, which I declined, no problem at all. The pizzas are delicious, the staff is professional, and everything is spotless. The convection oven is a real plus for cooking. I loved it, I highly recommend it!

10/10/2026: Here, French cuisine is showcased at its finest. Only the highest quality ingredients are used in each course of the menu, with particular emphasis placed on the presentation of each dish, as we all know that we eat with our eyes. The sequence of courses is also carefully considered. It goes without saying that such a menu comes at a price, but it is absolutely worth it. You dine here in a pleasant atmosphere and experience friendly and professional service.

26/09/2026: Perched atop the mountain range, right at the foot of the famous castle, the 757 restaurant at Haut-Koenigsbourg offers an exceptional location in the heart of the mountains, combining spectacular panoramas with an ideal gourmet stop for visitors. A breathtaking view: Located directly on the castle grounds, it overlooks the entire Alsace plain and the Black Forest, offering a unique panoramic terrace. An affordable price: Contrary to what one might expect from a tourist site perched high in the mountains, the establishment offers a simple menu and affordable prices to suit all budgets (including local dishes and snacks).

24/10/2026: What a pleasant surprise! While we were expecting something more like the average chain restaurant, here we were: A REAL RESTAURANT. The food is good, generous, and homemade. It's honestly very, very good. Even the facilities are spotless; it's a shame you have to pay extra to eat out, but it's worth every penny and not at all overpriced. Bravo!
