19/11/2024: We ate at the old sabot after a hike. How can I tell you....a nugget. Absolutely excellent from A to Z. There is something for everyone and everything is homemade. The owners are great and the waitress is a sweetheart. You can go there with your eyes closed. We will return there to taste the pizzas. There should be more restaurants like this...well done to the whole team

The dishes were beautifully presented and excellent.
Prices are correct.
The only downside was the proximity of a table of regulars who, with the help of the beer, were talking more and more loudly.

04/09/2024: We had a great time. The meal was excellent. The market menu 24 euros, starter, main course, dessert. It's really inexpensive when you see the quality of the products, the presentation and above all how good, fine, and authentic it was.
The welcome is friendly, the setting warm, you feel good there.

14/12/2024: Very nice discovery, this Italian restaurant managed by a family of Italian origin.
The prices are super acceptable and even too low I find compared to the quality of the products which are fresh and of good quality.
They are super welcoming and they take care of their customers.
I will come back with great pleasure if I am ever in the region because it is very difficult to find such good quality wood-fired pizza. The legs melt in your mouth and are crispy at the same time.

07/12/2024: I'm waiting for summer to enjoy the outside on the terrace.
Excellent pizzas as well as Flam's and the staff is great, delivery is quite fast and orders arrive HOT (which is not the case with other brands!)
In summary:
- the best pizzeria in the area (within 15 km)
- top service
- the pizzas and flam's (standard) are more than respectable in size
I can only recommend this pizzeria
A small downside: difficulty parking...

The homemade foie gras is excellent.
The atmosphere is as I experienced it a few years ago, warm.
The dishes are generous and well presented.

03/09/2024: A magnificent discovery for my partner and myself, a taste experience beyond a dream... the words are not an exaggeration, our taste buds were simply sublimated by the association of certain tastes which, once on the plate, are likely simply made us happy.
Exceptional value for money...
Top customer service, it's really nice to see, the room staff are up to the task of cooking, plus our dog was welcome...
The table at "P'tit Bistro d'Ethan" is undeniably worth the detour, we can't wait to repeat this fabulous experience...

21/10/2024: A rare farm inn in Lorraine located in the middle of the Moselle countryside, it is accessed by a small bumpy road, the exterior and interior are authentic, for us on a Sunday at noon a single course starter main course dessert at the price of 39 euros, the service is very fast (it is the very friendly owner who serves and talks about his dishes and his products) the cuisine is traditional with products mainly from the farm, it is copious and very good, special mention to the excellent foie gras and with roasted potatoes, don’t hesitate to take a tour of the farm to digest it all 😁

02/07/2025: In my opinion, the best bakery in the entire region is St Avold / Forbach. I live on the opposite side of the river, but I come here regularly. The bread, croissants, tarts, and other cakes and brioches are simply exceptional.
You have to try it to see for yourself...
