The menu is adjusted daily so the menu stays in season and there's always something exciting available.
22/08/2024: Top location and service. Small downside on the dessert (frozen nougat really too frozen) while the crème brûlée deserves its name!

24/08/2024: Très mauvais accueil de la patronne et suite à une question sur le fonctionnement d'une carte cadeau d'une valeur de 180 euros, elle nous répondit (ça me fait une belle jambe) une honte pour un restaurant qui veut avoir un tel standing
Le point positif c'est que la cuisine est bonne et le sourire du reste du personnel

The couple who run this restaurant are pleasant and their cooking is attentive.
31/08/2024: We came by chance, having never eaten Kurdish food, we were curious. We are delighted! The dishes were excellent as was the service. We will happily repeat the experience and will not hesitate to talk about it to those around us!

Very noisy restaurant room, cramped and not air-conditioned, especially in this heat.

Finally a restaurant in Thionville with Alsatian-local tradition, not excessive, with a well-filled plate.
If you are a big eater go there, tarte flambé, cordon bleu with munster,
Potato pancakes, roast potatoes, even Alsatian salad are a treat for the eyes, the nose and the taste buds.
Their whipped cream ice creams are generous.
I was expecting a restaurant chain with the bare minimum, not the Winstub in Thionville.
So much too much for us that we are distributed with a doggy-bag.
The service is impeccable.

Cependant elles sont de plus en plus cheres et plus petites qu avant
Mais les pizzas sont tellement bonnes qu on passe outre ces petits bemols

10/09/2024: Great welcome, there were three of us and we came a little randomly even though the restaurant was full. We still had a nice table on the terrace, were served quickly and with a smile. The staff is great, the prices are quite reasonable, the dishes were good and the service was fast. To be tested without hesitation

The Asian food here is incredible—perfectly prepared, packed with flavor, and the portions are generous. The homemade spicy sauces were a standout and added an extra kick to the meal. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, and the chef made sure everything was top-notch. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving delicious, authentic Asian food!
18/08/2024: I came Friday evening.
It looked like it was going to be a complicated evening, with only one person in the kitchen and only one serving. However, the waiter remained very pleasant and professional, and even if the dishes took a while to arrive, they were excellent and hot.
Working in catering myself, I can only congratulate them for their professionalism and for having done everything possible to ensure correct service despite the lack of staff.
I recommend and will come back for sure!
