08/02/2026: This restaurant has a very good reputation in the region and is always busy. We were there with a large group. The food was perfectly fine in terms of taste and quality. In my opinion, the portions were a bit too small for the price. Nevertheless, it was delicious. The waiters were attentive but seemed a little stressed. Still, they were friendly! The restaurant's location is very nice, especially in summer, but as mentioned, you're also paying a bit for the name.

The couples are always delighted with the service and the quality of the food. And personally, it's always a joy to cater for them. This caterer is impressively professional; everything is timed perfectly to ensure the schedule is met, the service is perfectly tailored to the organization of each wedding, the servers are friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. In short, I highly recommend Traiteur M to future brides and grooms looking for perfection!

21/12/2025: A welcoming inn with a passionate chef. This passion is evident both visually and in the aromas. The portions are generous. The daily special is €12. The three-course meal (starter, dessert, etc.) is €20. And when you see the quality of the food, the flavors, the aromas... it's simply wow! My only regret is not taking any photos. I completely forgot to take pictures to share with others because my time at this inn was so comfortable. The service is impeccable. The servers are people who work in sheltered workshops (ESATs). This inn provides employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Finally, the establishment sells local products, including shortbread cookies in various flavors. I tried the pistachio ones. The package didn't even last two days!

11/01/2026: We were a group of seven on Friday evening and received a friendly welcome. The prices, couscous, etc., were truly excellent, the portions were very generous, and seconds were even offered. The house wine in the pitcher was also very good, and the service was attentive and prompt. The restaurant had a lovely and authentic atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful evening. As far as I know, there are no other Moroccan restaurants in Saarbrücken. We highly recommend this one.
