15/09/2026: It wasn't bad, but a light dish with no sauce. The bread was cold, not fresh from the oven. One skewer of minced meat and eggplant with a small salad... fries were extra, no starch in a €30 dish... And the pide was okay, nothing special. The decor is old-fashioned and needs updating, and the singer had an 80s cabaret vibe, really not great. We won't be going back.

29/08/2026: Honestly disappointed. The bread was rock hard. I ordered a mixed platter for €30, and it contained two small pieces of veal, two small pieces of escalope, one kofte skewer, and only one cutlet. Normally, a mixed platter should have much more than that; there should be one skewer per type of meat. I'm shocked by the price, and it wasn't even good. I don't recommend it.

19/09/2026: A glass of Macon and a pint of lager for €16.50 🫪 Given the prices charged, it would be good to repaint the toilets, buy a new flush button, and provide undiluted hand soap (75% water)... A bit of a disgrace for international tourism in Old Lyon.

14/09/2026: Yesterday, after our visit to Les Tupiniers, we went for a drink nearby. After one of us had a whisky and tonic and the other a St. Véran, we paid for our drinks. When I was told it would be €9, I thought my friend would pay less for her glass of white wine. Well, no, the bill was also €9. The St. Véran wasn't anything special. A real rip-off, a tourist trap! I'll never go back to that café where the toilets aren't spotless and the door is very slamming.

02/08/2026: Maybe because it was a Sunday, but the food was tasteless, soggy and the falafel was burned black. I would not recommend these place.

24/07/2026: I love couscous and I wasn't disappointed. It's really delicious and filling. Quality fast food. It's homemade. A delight!

26/09/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! The state of this McDonald's leaves much to be desired!!! For a chain like McDonald's… hygiene 0/5, I'm giving it 1 star for the staff

21/06/2026: Excellent food, delicious grilled frogs' legs, and a perfectly fitting dessert after a hearty meal, including a very good raspberry sorbet. The waitress was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal.

30/04/2026: Sandwiches with ingredients that were clearly frozen. A drink that tasted more like dishwater than coffee. And to top it all off, unpleasant service and managers who couldn't care less about their customers' well-being. I didn't have a good time and I wouldn't wish that on future customers; at that price, I'd be better off going elsewhere.

30/04/2026: I saw loads of cockroaches when I went to the toilet, avoid them at all costs!!!

10/06/2026: A true neighborhood brasserie with a soul. The gentleman who works alone is incredibly kind and does everything with a smile. It's a pleasure to see so much dedication. A warm and welcoming place that deserves to be kept alive.

21/06/2026: We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious. A huge thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome; the staff were excellent, and especially Elisa, who took perfect care of us. Professional and friendly!

17/06/2026: The prices are a bit high, but the atmosphere is very pleasant. (€24 for two cocktails and a Red Bull). The place is clean with large screens showing matches. It's a real plus and unique in Lyon. I haven't tried their food, so I can't comment on that.

08/09/2026: Cafe in a quiet pretty square. But for some reason this just like the other places here have exorbitant high prices, even for the area, but serving poor food. As in lots of previous reviews the service was very friendly but the Galette Complete we had was so dry and almost inedible.

05/09/2026: I found this place absolutely useless. The bowl we ordered was basically assembled by buying things at a supermarket. Nothing was cooked or prepared. Prices are off the roof. Not worth it. The food was less than average.

25/07/2026: What a disappointment! I brought some colleagues, and despite having a reservation, they only offered us steak frites, and for dessert, crème brûlée (which was fine) and an ice cream cone—not even a small sundae. I've had better experiences at this restaurant, and I admit I was a little embarrassed.

13/09/2026: I love climbing, but it's impossible to climb here: it's always overcrowded, and I've tried several different times! Charging €18 for entry when you can't even climb is highway robbery! And people are crammed all over each other, it's dangerous. Plus, it's way too hot in the gym. It's obviously unbearable during a heatwave, but even in September it's too hot. I've also noticed, like others in the comments, that the routes aren't really suitable for people of average to short height. In short, I'll only come back for the restaurant.

12/09/2026: Honestly, this climbing gym is a disgrace. The prices are exorbitant, and they harass you to buy a membership. I don't have high expectations for gyms that are part of a franchise, but it's outrageous that they charge such a price for the limited variety of routes and holds. There aren't even any rappel points, regardless of your level. You should be able to descend without having to throw yourself off the wall. And the price of chalk! 9.50 for a small bottle! The price isn't even displayed. I know I'm buying it in the wrong place, but to charge us 9.50? Honestly, you might as well pee on me; I'd be less shocked. I would be very happy if you could remove me from the mroc database.

01/08/2026: The pho was a bit salty, not very tasty, the service took a very long time, and I couldn't pay the bill.

26/07/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance and received a warm and friendly welcome. The traditional Vietnamese cuisine was excellent. We'll be back to try other specialties...
