11/11/2025: It's impossible to make a reservation at this restaurant. When you call, you get a recorded message giving the opening hours and asking you to book online, but you can't get through to anyone on the phone. And on the website, it's impossible to book. You can't even select the Ecully location. How are you supposed to reserve a table for 12 people?!

28/10/2025: I ate with a friend today, and the waitress was grumpy. What's more, there were two peas in the measure. The table next to us had some older people, and while she spoke calmly, she was condescending and rude to us from the beginning of the service. We wanted the all-you-can-eat mussels menu, and at the end of the second seating, she cleared everything away and told us in a very rude voice that there wasn't any left. And I paid for the all-you-can-eat menu, and it's not the first time I've been there, and it's the first time an employee has spoken so rudely.

01/08/2026: I've known this kebab shop since I was a child, and even now, at 25, it's still a pleasure to go there! The staff is still as friendly, smiling, and welcoming as ever. The kebabs are excellent, and the service is incredibly fast, which is rare these days. It's wonderful to see an establishment that maintains the same quality and welcoming atmosphere after all these years. I highly recommend it!

17/06/2026: Shame on this establishment. During a World Cup match, my friends and I stopped at this bar. Racist remarks were made, and the staff did absolutely nothing. Deeply shocked by this situation, my friends and I left the bar, outraged by what we had just heard. We then expressed our dissatisfaction to the manager, who seemed to be present. His response was that he couldn't do anything about this kind of behavior. Excuse me?! Isn't it precisely the role of a manager to ensure that all customers are treated with respect, to maintain a healthy environment, and to intervene in case of inappropriate behavior? His lack of reaction, as well as his accusatory tone, unfortunately gives the impression that he tolerates, or even defends, this type of attitude. Shame on this establishment, which, through its inaction, contributes to normalizing and fueling such behavior.

16/06/2026: Good evening, We thought we had found a welcoming bar, but what a surprise it was to discover an openly racist clientele and a manager who was completely passive in the face of our comments about the situation! After several racist insults, we decided to leave this bar, which was clearly full of reactionaries. We then decided to speak to the manager, who claimed he was powerless, even though he had the option of not tolerating the presence of this clientele. We will obviously not be coming back and we will not recommend this bar to anyone. Hoping that free spirits still exist.

11/06/2026: Due to the rail strike, my train was cancelled, and I cancelled my reservation. Having prepaid, the fare conditions do not provide for a refund. I contacted the hotel by email to reschedule, but without success, as my cancellation was made too late. Since SNCF only notifies its customers 48 hours before departure, it's difficult to anticipate a cancellation! My scheduled business meeting has been postponed until early July, so I will avoid booking a room in an Accor hotel. I am also considering cancelling a pending reservation for Paris for July 2nd and 3rd. At over €200 per night, I was hoping for some kind of compensation from the Accor group; oh well!

11/06/2026: Quality budget hotel where everything essential works. Not the wifi which is miserable. Almost enough hangers, hooks and shelves. The shower hanger could be better. Thanks for the good breakfast. Perhaps worth noting that there are two Ibis Part-Dieu hotels in Lyon. We went first to the wrong one. Both are within walking distance from the Part-Dieu railway station.

01/09/2026: The food is nothing special, it's McDonald's! However, what's different is the state of your toilets. Remember to clean and deodorize them from time to time! Such filth is unacceptable!

30/08/2026: Yes, it's worth adding: this shows that the issue with the fries and drink was repeated in two separate orders, and wasn't a one-off. And let's be honest about the second burger: it was okay. This is our second time passing through France, and for the second time, I'm convinced that of all the countries where we've eaten at McDonald's, France has been our worst experience so far. We made two separate orders at different times. The first time, I ordered the Double Chicago Barbecue Spicy. Despite the name "Spicy," the burger wasn't spicy at all. It was very dry, there wasn't much sauce, and the patty seemed overcooked in flavor and texture. I can't even imagine how this is possible given the standardized cooking process, but even here they managed to do it poorly. The second time, we ordered the regular Spider-Man menu. To be fair, the burger was okay; no complaints whatsoever. But the fries were again just as cold and bland, and the Coca-Cola was just as disappointing. The selection of sauces was particularly surprising. Of the available options, we were offered only mayonnaise and ketchup in packets. This is perhaps the most meager selection of sauces I've encountered at McDonald's in all the countries we've visited. Cleanliness is a separate issue. There's only one restroom, shared by men, women, and people with disabilities, and during our visit, it was extremely dirty. Even just going in to wash your hands requires the code from your receipt after purchase. But the most unpleasant experience was with the drinks. The Coca-Cola with ice had a distinct odor and taste reminiscent of mold. I can't say for sure what exactly was causing it, but based on the taste and smell, we got the impression that the problem was probably related to the ice and possibly an insufficient cleaning of the ice machine. We couldn't drink the Coca-Cola and threw it away. The second Coca-Cola, which we ordered without ice, had a strange menthol or mint flavor, but at least it didn't have the moldy smell and taste we'd experienced with the iced drink. This made us even more suspicious that the ice might have been the cause of the first issue. I also asked the employee for salt and pepper for the fries. They weren't there, so he took my fries and took them to the fryer to add some salt. When they were returned, they tasted just as bland, as if nothing had changed. I also got the impression there were fewer fries, although I can't confirm this with a photo, as I was completely unprepared for this. In the end, in two separate orders, we received cold and practically unsalted fries twice, and were dissatisfied with the Coca-Cola twice. One burger was okay, but the Double Chicago Barbecue Spicy was dry, with virtually no sauce, and an overcooked patty. Add to this a very dirty restroom and a choice of sauces that included mayonnaise and ketchup, and the overall impression is quite compelling. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst McDonald's experiences we've ever had.

09/07/2026: The Google reviews and ratings are quite accurate. I wanted my own opinion, and indeed, the sandwich was not great, expensive, and the service was disdainful.

06/09/2026: A lovely time spent on the terrace overlooking the Saône. The pastries and biscuits were delicious! The cappuccino was a little watery... but the service and atmosphere made up for it 😁

10/06/2026: Just good to know but no elevator and near a big road. Can be noisy especially if you want to open windows. Rooms are small and bathroom too. For the price next time I will choose another hotel near by.

31/05/2026: Very bad experience with this "hotel". Upon arrival in the evening around 7:00 PM, we encountered an unpleasant and indifferent receptionist. Long story short. I have never had such a bad experience at a Kyriad hotel. Booking.com really needs to step up its game!

28/08/2026: Great atmosphere, especially if you like Latin music, reggaeton, bachata, etc. The music is really nice and the cocktail menu is quite varied, so there's plenty of choice. The staff is really friendly and always in a good mood. A special mention for Amira, who is always smiling and attentive, takes the time to chat with customers whenever she can, and really makes sure everything runs smoothly. She's the kind of person who brings a real positive energy to the place, always with a smile! I highly recommend it for a great night out with friends.

16/08/2026: Thank you to the security guards who do a really good job. I had a bad experience with a "man" who kindly took it upon himself to grab my backside, groping it as if it were freely available. The security guard, having been informed by my friend, didn't try to understand and quickly spoke to him and removed him from the club for good. THANK YOU!!!

05/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my Uber Eats order. The fries arrived cold. The taco was smothered in fries and sauce, to the point where it was dripping everywhere, but there was hardly any meat, just three or four small meatballs. It really felt like we were eating nothing but fries and sauce. And then the shakshuka, a huge disappointment… It was frankly disgusting, with large pieces of onion and didn't resemble a real shakshuka at all. I do not recommend and I will not be ordering from you again.

03/09/2026: Like in the photo, a maxi taco that didn't fit in the bag, haha! It's now legendary, it ended up on a maxi pizza, look at that, it was good! Second opinion: it's like eating three double-meat tacos. 🤠🥹🥶😅 Welcome!

19/05/2026: The restaurant is very clean and the food is excellent. I don't understand why people say it's industrial... It's a traditional restaurant and has everything you need, from aperitifs to wine and coffee, and the simple yet delicious cuisine is a real treat. I highly recommend it.
