28/07/2026: Honestly, a very pleasant surprise! We ate extremely well; the dishes were delicious and served quickly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we immediately felt at ease. The atmosphere was pleasant and the prices were reasonable. I will gladly return and highly recommend this restaurant!

13/05/2026: As a regular at both the restaurant and salad bar, here are my comments: - Restaurant: I highly recommend it. The dishes are tasty and made with good ingredients, with some options that are a bit different from the usual fare. The service is good and the wait is reasonable! It's great to have a restaurant like this in the neighborhood. - Salad bar: The ingredients seem fresh and the pre-prepared dishes are quite good and varied. However, my disappointment with the salad bar is growing with each visit, as the portions are getting smaller and smaller. On my last visit, I could barely see the bottom of my container, even though I chose a pasta base and selected four ingredients. I found that rather meager (it's usually quite generous). At the price of the salad, you expect to be satisfied, which is increasingly less the case. Thank you for taking this negative point into account and best of luck.

18/08/2026: The staff were friendly and the place is spacious. However, the music, Zara/H&M style, is much too loud; you can even hear it through headphones. Furthermore, there's no air conditioning, which should be taken into account in a hot city like Lyon. At the very least, a few fans to circulate the air would make a real difference. The coffee is fairly standard. Overall, the young people who served us were friendly and attentive. I hope to return, since it's close to my home, and I hope these comments will be taken constructively. I wish I could come more often.

21/10/2026: A very disappointing experience. I usually go there for dinner. Everything was ruined by a terrible employee who spoke to me as if we were in a restricted area and told me she refused to take my order because they were out of a burger. The manager was nice, but she didn't do anything to compensate me. It's appalling. I absolutely do not recommend this fast-food restaurant.

18/10/2026: We were in the establishment and had to wait almost 30 minutes to be served. The young people were chatting amongst themselves. The manager was conducting an interview, but he didn't seem concerned about the long wait. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

25/10/2026: Hello, Having eaten at your restaurant yesterday with my family, I would like to share my experience. This was my second visit to this Flunch, and unfortunately, the second time I've witnessed unpleasant behavior from the gentleman at the cashier, who wears glasses. I noticed, in particular, that he spoke unprofessionally to his colleagues in front of the customers. He then informed us that due to staff shortages, the crêpe service would be interrupted, which I can completely understand. However, at the end of our meal, my daughter, who had ordered a children's meal, wanted a crêpe. So I went to the counter and saw an employee preparing one for another customer just before I arrived. When I asked for a crêpe for my daughter, she told me they no longer made them. I then asked her why a crêpe had just been prepared for another customer, and she explained that they no longer made crêpes for children. This response surprised me, especially since no clear explanation was given despite my request. I ultimately decided not to press the issue and left to prevent the situation from escalating. It is regrettable to see, for the second time, an organization that seems to lack coherence, as well as an unfriendly welcome from the staff involved. However, I would like to emphasize the professionalism of the cooks, who were impeccable. I hope this feedback will help improve customer service and communication within your establishment.

25/10/2026: It had been a long time since a Flunch experience had been this successful. The downstairs dining room, however, was noisy.

25/10/2026: Appalling service and management in dire need of improvement! We placed an order of over €40 through the McDonald's platform, including delivery fees. Despite calling ahead to request special attention, we received the wrong bag. As a result, we were forced to go to the restaurant ourselves and then wait over 30 minutes to pick up an order that was supposed to be delivered! To top it all off, a sandwich was still missing, even though Ilan, the manager, had assured me the order was complete and asked me to recount it in front of him. During our previous visit, our order was stolen, and the restaurant refused to remake it, forcing us to pay a second time without a refund. But the most appalling aspect is the manager's attitude. Instead of taking responsibility for his team's mistakes, he blames the Uber Eats delivery driver, even though the wrong bag was given to him by a team member. When I asked for the order to be remade, he accused me of being condescending and disrespectful. Yes, I was curt and annoyed, which is understandable given the situation, but I remained polite. Expressing dissatisfaction is not disrespectful! Being a manager means taking responsibility for your team's mistakes, knowing how to handle problems, and respecting customers. Unfortunately, Ilan is far from meeting these responsibilities. His communication and handling of this complaint is frankly deplorable. On the other hand, a special mention goes to Anne-Catherine, a true sweetheart, always helpful, attentive, and a good listener. She perfectly embodies the professionalism and customer service one expects. She truly deserves recognition. Management should seriously review the way this establishment is run. Paying for delivery only to have to travel, wait for over 30 minutes and leave with an incomplete order, while being criticized for your dissatisfaction, is simply not acceptable.

19/09/2026: Good restaurant, dishes as pictured (I ordered a bowl of salmon with rice and it was served with soup and another starter), very good food, very fast service, only downside, the all-you-can-eat option was not available.

07/09/2026: The staff are lovely, the sushi is really delicious, and especially inexpensive considering the location and the quality. I highly recommend it!!

15/10/2026: The menu was ordered very quickly and courteously. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal: tender meat, not rare enough, and delicious fries. The chocolate fondant was incredibly smooth and flavorful, like an espresso. I highly recommend it!
