10/04/2026: What a disappointment! I ordered butifara sandwiches, empanadas, and ceviche to take away… €70. We had to throw the sandwiches away: the pork wasn't cooked and there was more fat than meat. The empanadas were too sweet and had peas in them. Only the ceviche was good. It's worth noting that we know Peruvian cuisine very well, and it's usually excellent, as we are Franco-Peruvian. You're better off going to Barraceviche (6th arrondissement) or Mochica Café (3rd arrondissement): cheaper and much better.

07/03/2026: The menu was extremely limited, and of the three courses, none were acceptable: the octopus was tough, the ceviche was too salty and overly spicy, and the portions were tiny, leaving us hungry. No bread was available. Overall, it was overpriced for such a meager meal. We went to another restaurant on our way out. If this is a preview of their fine-dining restaurant, it's going to be amazing!

25/05/2026: The pain au chocolat is mass-produced at €1.70 and the espresso is quite expensive at €2.20. At that price, I would have at least appreciated not having to serve myself: bringing my own coffee and clearing the table.

12/04/2026: We went in just for a coffee. The price was outrageous considering I ordered at the counter, brought the coffee to the table without a saucer, and then had to return the cups in their crate of dirty dishes. Avoid this place; it's no longer the Croix-Rousse spirit.

14/02/2026: This shop closed in August 2025; it was replaced by Café Marcel. What a shame, they had the best chocolate croissants around.

16/06/2026: Bakery supposed to be open since 6:00 AM. I went at 7:20 AM, nothing was out, no desserts, just a few sandwiches. The saleswoman was very unpleasant. I've been going to this bakery for a while now, but I won't be going back.

17/06/2026: If you enjoy having a drink in a construction site atmosphere, go for it, guys. The owner in the hat provides the sound effects himself by screwing the chairs together while serving... He's also saving energy... The owner in the hat adds a touch of mystery... but unfortunately, not a good mood!

06/09/2026: Disappointed with our visit to Subway. We came to order, but couldn't because their machine was broken. So we left without being able to order. What a shame.

02/09/2026: Waitress huffing and puffing, forbidding us from going to the bathroom at 2 PM because they'd supposedly already been used!!! And on top of that, a severe case of food poisoning!! Avoid at all costs!!!

19/09/2026: The waitress was disgusting; she wouldn't let a sick woman into the restroom.

07/09/2026: I came with my girlfriend to ask for a glass of water because it's a heatwave and we couldn't find a shop. The waitress immediately told us no without even saying hello or goodbye. A very bad experience; I don't recommend it. The waitress was very unpleasant.

01/09/2026: The food itself is delicious, just like in all McDonald's. I can't say anything about cleanliness, since I picked up my order at home. The hallway where they give out orders looks more or less acceptable. However, I didn't like that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Half of the ordering machines weren't working, and some were slow. When I came in the evening, some of the machines didn't have any paper to issue a receipt for payment. Overall, my impressions were average.

31/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 — A completely abandoned restaurant I came on Saturday, August 29, 2026, and it was simply appalling. The dining room was dirty, the tables hadn't been cleaned, the trash was overturned, and the toilets and furniture were in disrepair. The chairs were so wobbly that I had to replace them three times! Table service is nonexistent, the service is extremely slow, and the staff seems clearly understaffed and unfriendly. And the prices have become exorbitant for such poor service. The most unbelievable part? The restaurant was practically empty on a Saturday night, while KFC, Quick, and the other restaurants nearby were packed. It really feels like McDonald's France has completely abandoned this restaurant and no longer wants to invest in it. At this rate, they might as well let Burger King take over, which could certainly make better use of such a location. A truly deplorable experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

28/05/2026: I'm very disappointed by the recent changes at this bakery. I've noticed with regret that not only have the prices increased, but the size of the pastries has also visibly shrunk. It's a double whammy for customers' wallets. It's a shame, because the quality is still there, but the quantity-to-price ratio is no longer there at all.

14/05/2026: The saleswoman was very condescending on May 13, 2026 when it came to picking up a package there, and she didn't listen when we spoke to her and put customers who seemed more "suitable" ahead of you.

21/08/2026: Catastrophic, appalling hygiene, how can they rent out such filthy rooms?! I strongly advise against staying at this hotel! I will never return!

15/06/2026: I'm a regular at this place for their dark chocolate succès, which I love whenever I'm back in Lyon... but that's over! I bought two on Friday afternoon, so nearly €14 worth! I kept them cold for transport (as I always do): cooler, ice pack, and fridge. It's Monday, and I was looking forward to biting into my succès... What a disappointment, what a waste! Straight to the bin because of mold! I've never had this problem in all the time I've been transporting them, even when eating them more than 7 days later.

30/04/2026: Excuse me, but the brioche was terribly bland and dry. Nothing tempting or flavorful about it, despite appearances. Disappointed. The staff were friendly.

24/08/2026: What a shame! I bought a praline brioche thinking it would have praline inside, but it only has praline on the bottom. I expected it to have praline inside, like many bakeries do. We mainly eat bread.

23/08/2026: The service leaves a little to be desired, it seems like you're asking for the moon, but for breakfast and a coffee it's fine.

13/09/2026: A truly disappointing experience. I waited almost an hour for my order. After a while, I went to ask the staff about it, and they simply told me they were overwhelmed. I can understand that there might be a large influx of customers, but waiting an hour after paying is unacceptable. When a restaurant is this behind on orders, perhaps they should review their organization and, above all, their management. The priority should be serving customers who have already placed and paid for their orders, rather than continuing to take new orders and letting those already pending pile up. An exceptional delay can happen, but in that case, the organization must adapt accordingly. An hour's wait without any real attention is not normal.

13/09/2026: Absolutely terrible! Waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for an order is shameful. If you can't handle orders, find another job.

29/08/2026: The service isn't table service; you have to wait for your order at the counter to take it to your desired location. So, in terms of service, it's a complete zero. As for the food, I had cold fries.

16/08/2026: No toilets, no towels... Luckily there was still food.

11/09/2026: It was cold, it tasted like the sandwich was from the day before. We waited 40 minutes for our order. A NIGHTMARE

10/09/2026: Terrible. It's incredibly bad, nothing to say except that the service is awful. Honestly, it's the worst McDonald's I've ever tried; it's unacceptable to wait over an hour on a weekday 😡😡😡
