It can get a little noisy depending on the day, but that's because it's busy. I love this place!

28/09/2024: sorry we didn't like our meal. the atmosphere is very friendly, the service is smiling. Afterwards, it's true that the menu is small, which is to your credit because the gentleman is apparently all alone in the kitchen. the rawer starter we didn't like at all fatty mixture of herring and fatty pork....the quenelle was dry the andouillette is small and the cold meats lacked a little freshness too bad.

Un poco desafiado con el proceso de reserva y en realidad hizo dos reservas por error cuando no recibí confirmación de la primera. Servidor de habla inglesa y profesional. Pedido un aperitivo de queso de cabra con tomates secos y aceitunas - - enorme y delicioso - - , entrecote y una hamburguesa. Carne cocinada a la perfección, patatas fritas sabrosas, haciendo una comida abundante. Pedí 46 cl de vino tinto, que era bastante bueno. Sin duda recomendaría cenar aquí para un buen cambio de ritmo en Lyon.

installé sur une table en bois qui bouge dans tous les sens au moindre mouvement de votre part, les plats choisis n'ont rien d'exceptionnel.
un carpaccio XXL avec une tomate cerise et une rondelle de citron en guise de décoration, une assiette de frite à 8€ ne vous ferons pas découvrir de grande saveur.
Bien que le personnel soit attentionné, l’addition est trop salée (un diabolo, un demi, une escalope de veau, un carpaccio et une assiette de frite, vous êtes déjà à 65 €.
En résumé: l'établissement a perdu de sa superbe.
Du coup, ils n'ont perdu définitivement.

09/12/2025: How to share our experience? It's complicated for a supposedly "premium" establishment. To begin with, parking access is reserved based on the price of your car... That's already a bad start. The place could use a refresh and a cleaning. There were clearly visible cobwebs on the knick-knacks. The service is subpar, certainly not what you'd expect from a supposedly premium establishment that offers Petrus, for example. We waited an hour between the appetizer and the main course. As for the food, it's nothing to write home about. This establishment is vastly overrated. The service also seems to differ between regulars and walk-ins. In the end, there's nothing particularly interesting about this restaurant unless you want a splitting headache after your meal from the noise. Not to mention the waiters arguing amongst themselves in front of the customers...
08/12/2025: I wanted to reserve a table at La Maison, but the welcome I received was very disappointing. The person on the phone was so unfriendly that it made me hesitate to come. A little courtesy would have been appreciated, especially for a first contact. It's a shame, because it gives a bad impression of the restaurant before you even set foot inside.
