16/01/2026: A very nice Japanese restaurant near Perrache. The all-you-can-eat option is very affordable.
The highlight is definitely the sushi train.
The dishes are varied (maki, nigiri, miso soup, various meats, salads, and a variety of desserts), which is a plus.
Don't expect 100% sushi with 20 different varieties.
Overall, a very good experience, especially in a small group (2-4 people).
I recommend checking it out sometime.

09/02/2026: Still a good atmosphere even when it's quite, but I've found that the food quality has dropped off a lot. I've had a few meals which were not up to their usual standards but I thought it was a one off but the batter on the fish and chips has become very soft on many occasions and the size has gotten very small. I'll give it a month or so before going back for food to see if it improves. Drinks are still good.

The waitress was unfriendly, and the punch was really subpar.
However, the prices were quite reasonable.
And two pretty decent pool tables.

A Lyonnaise salad
A pizza
The dessert of the day or fromage blanc
And everything was excellent.
The chef and waiter were very pleasant.
The best pizzas and Lyonnaise salad we've ever had.
Thank you very much.
Don't hesitate for a second.

26/01/2026: Excellent place. The food was excellent. The service was impeccable, the waitresses/waitresses were very friendly and attentive. We had a lovely time. I recommend "Chez Grand-Mère," it's an excellent Lyonnais bouchon.
26/01/2026: Busy and nice looking restaurant. I had brilliant Pinot Noir there. But the food I had was average. Soupe à l'ognion super basic. Coq au vin cooked a long time before. Everything heated up before serving and actually served barely warm.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant in the heart of Saint Priest. A truly delightful and relaxing experience.
12/02/2026: We went for dinner for work. From the reservation to the payment, the staff were charming and accommodating. We had booked for four but ended up being six, no problem at all. It's worth noting the non-alcoholic cocktails, a nice change from Coke if you don't drink alcohol. Traditional cuisine, a short menu, and probably everything homemade.

02/02/2026: Friendly and warm ambiance. One of my favourite places for a morning 'café au lait, bien chaud'! Always greeted with a smile by the boss and by Sebastien, friendly waiter. My place of work has now moved so now I go out of my way to go here, but I still do.
