09/07/2025: This McDonald's is awful! Incompetent staff who don't know their products and are also very unpleasant. The management needs to be reworked, eh? Run away; go to the one in Champagne or anywhere else in Lyon instead. You'll get much better service and it will be faster, and at least they know their products. Good luck!

07/07/2025: A 30-minute wait for a meal! It wasn't exactly a rush! The food preparation staff behind the table were on high alert... In short, I'm angry and disappointed; the whole point of fast food is to be served quickly! Even in a traditional restaurant, we get served faster...

01/10/2024: 35 min wait to have a happy meal. I had to order from Brioche Dorée to eat because I'm working. Unacceptable, I will come back to get a refund for the order. !!! Above all, don't go to this McDonald's!!!!! Ashamed.

30/09/2024: 30 min to wait for my order while the staff have fun in the kitchen. To ultimately eat cold. We ask for sauces it is limited if we ask the restaurant 😡 Not to mention forgetting my sister-in-law's order which magically vanished and she waited a total of 45 minutes for just one menu. Not to mention orders that don't correspond to customers, bags that fall at customers' feet... Really unacceptable

02/09/2024: Stranded here today (September 2, 2024). I was spoiled with a delicious vegan wine, risotto and mango-rhubarb crumble. The chef was nice and relaxed and occasionally chatted with acquaintances who passed by. I think that's nice to see. If I ever come to Lyon again, I will definitely come back!

22/08/2024: Stopped here for coffee and pastries. Was greeted with: 'I don't have time'. Not even a smile. Yet all tables inside were unoccupied... I appreciate that everybody can have a bad day. But I see others have posted comments reporting similar aggressive behavior from the owner/waiter here in recent weeks/months... Thus I am crossing this one off from our list of favorite vegeterian/vegan restaurants and coffee shops in the city. Gladly, there are several, more welcoming and friendly alternatives offering vegetarian or vegan options in Lyon today.

15/09/2024: Hotel to review. The rooms are more or less clean if you don't look at the details. Dirty shower bomb, hair in the sink. The walls are cardboard, we can hear all our neighbors. Breakfast non-existent. Luckily we didn't have to pay for it!!! No one to serve us at the counter, even for a coffee. The employee who sleeps on the restaurant bench. Vomit at the entrance to the restaurant on the windows and on the floor. I will not return and I do not recommend this hotel. Looking at the prices again, it's not worth €70, don't go there you'll waste money. Unacceptable!!

15/09/2024: Passing through for one night and in any case we wouldn't have done more!!!! Arrived Saturday around 7 p.m. in a reception without lighting, with 3 people seated at a table (a man with a strong North African accent in a tracksuit and cap, a normal young lady and another with a veil)... Poor speech and understanding of French... A welcome at the top... For the bedroom part... Very small, bedding to be changed, tiny bathroom, very small shower cubicle (I didn't know there were such small models), toilet wedged between a wall and a wooden beam, be careful not to be too wide shoulder. As for the general atmosphere, a disaster. Insulation between rooms non-existent. A real baisodrome, you can hear everything and everywhere. Awesome !!!!!! Breakfast nonexistent!!!! At 9:30 a.m. for breakfast, no one in the room, no food available and as a bonus a person is sleeping on a bench in the restaurant with their shoes off. At the start, still no staff and the room keys placed on the counter. What more do you want to spend a night and a laborious breakfast? Nothing, I think they really gave it their all. I don't even know if they deserve to have 2*. Too bad I can't give a negative rating! Supporting photos...

24/08/2024: Salmon ravioli: is it a dish with 6 frozen ravioli chasing each other in a “salmon” sauce?? For €18.50?? Really there is no salmon in this dish, it's just the sauce which could be a salmon bisque? I don't recommend this dish in any case 😅 Very disappointed with the cuisine as well as the service which is not at all quality. As soon as we ask the waiter, he doesn't know how to answer me specifically about the drinks 😅 This cuisine is amateur and it is disappointing for this Italian restaurant which says that its products are fresh and imported directly from Italy? Um ok okay 😅
