20/08/2025: Great restaurant, very generous meal, warm and friendly restaurant. I recommend it.

15/08/2025: Run away, the welcome is horrible, the food is terrible since the owner stopped cooking. It's not a restaurant, but a country bar with all the local drunks yelling and laughing (after a while at the counter). Besides, the counter and the restaurant are in the same room; it's dirty and old, never painted. At one time, the food was good there, the terrace was welcoming. It's well and truly over, the owners don't care, are too old, and seem unwilling to close!

28/09/2024: A joke. We arrive Friday evening at 11:45 p.m. A hostess takes our order with difficulty because she listens to us 1 time out of 2. We ask for 2 Quick’n toast. There was supposedly only one left. A classic supreme without raw vegetables because my friend is intolerant to onion. The answer is no. We understood why after collecting the order. The loaves were hard to break out of the brick with. The Burgers were made for the evening rush and kept until closing. Unacceptable! Finally, we ourselves removed the onions from the supreme classic. And we spent the night in the toilet to throw up the €70 we had lost. Extremely on it.

27/09/2024: Best Quick in Lyon for my taste, between the staff, the speed and the drive-thru service. Not living in Lyon every time I go to Quick I drive 1 hour to only go to that one. I will just remove a small star for the kitchen because sometimes my giant's steaks are cold, but otherwise perfect THANKS

26/09/2024: We bought 2 trays of sushi (happy box) last night. We are all sick this morning (4 out of 4 people): diarrhea and nausea… we are very disappointed

22/09/2024: Once again, not the right order... We have been customers for years, but since ordering by telephone is no longer possible we have NEVER had exactly what we ordered (and never in our favor of course ). What a pity.

12/09/2024: I order a menu including cheddar fries. Unfortunately I noticed that the cheddar was cold. I go to the staff and ask them if it is possible to reheat it for me (without causing controversy). One of the men approaches the kitchen asking why the cheddar is cold and is told “because it just came out of the fridge.” I ask again if it is possible to reheat it and I am told “NO”. I pay for something cold and they refuse to heat it for me. Never seen before!!!! We should perhaps add new training to staff on customer loyalty and satisfaction! That’s not their strong point, believing Google reviews…

12/09/2024: I am served cheddar fries with cold cheddar, I simply ask to reheat it for me, I am told “no” and when the waiter asks in the kitchen if it is normal for it to be cold, he is told, “well yes it is just out of the fridge”…. Is it normal or is it just in a McDonald's that thinks it makes good food when it really stinks?

10/07/2025: The staff ignored the customers who entered the restaurant. They continued to talk about their vacations after waiting 5 minutes in front of them, and they finally decided to serve us. The waiters were rude because they didn't say hello or see you soon. After the restaurant had been open for 2 hours, there were only 2 loaves of bread available for sandwiches!!!!

30/06/2025: Nonexistent staff. Employees flirt with customers or call and CASH back on the phone. EFT doesn't work. I rarely post reviews, but this one... Avoid it immediately.

23/11/2024: Une expérience à ne pas renouveler, nous sommes venus un dimanche , pensant que les nouveaux propriétaires avait apporter quelques choses de nouveaux depuis la reprise et l'article paru dans le Progrès en avril. Plus qu'un renouveau, une déchéance notoire.... Service interminable, Les plats en petite quantité, froid, des produits dit fait maison, mais industriel. Une personne qui dit être le compagnon de la patronne qui ne connait pas du tout le métier. Pour vous faire des mielleries sa en revanche la patronne sait très bien le faire ... Au secours l'ancienne propriétaire revenez !!!!

15/11/2024: Dimanche 12h30: Cet endroit rappelle les interminables déjeuners du dimanche de notre enfance. Le côté interminable surtout. Au final on a passé 3 heures dans le restaurant pour un bol de soupe et une demi tranche de pâté en croûte bien ordinaires, du pain pas bon et du vin chaud (blanc le vin). Les plats ne sont jamais arrivés. Quant à ceux qui avaient choisi le menu grenouilles (à réserver à l'avance) ils n'ont rien mangé du tout. Pas une explication, pas une excuse. Quand, affamés, on a fini par partir, le patron fumait sa clope et téléphonait sur le trottoir. 15h30... Philippe Etchebest, si vous nous lisez...

03/09/2024: Arriving at 5:30 p.m. we are still in front of the terminal.. no one has yet taken the order yet no car behind us and only one in front of us. The best we complain about the wait and the hostess behind the microphone tells us to leave and doesn't want to take our order and asks her colleagues to call the municipal police so that we can leave the drive! Because we supposedly insulted her by complaining about the manager!! Amazing, I've never seen that and yet I've had a lot of McDonald's so back to the McDonald's in L'Arbresle too bad

02/09/2024: What a scandal this McDonald's.... at 12 p.m., 15 minutes parker to wait for an order which arrives with cold products!!! You're asking for sauces that don't exist in the bag!!! Bravo incompetents!!!!!

10/06/2025: I ate sushi for the first time in this place and for years I only come back here, the sushi is incredibly good, cheap and frankly the service is excellent, the food is clean and well garnished I recommend! I thank Amel for the warm welcome, always with a smile and who knows very well how to recommend customers!! She really deserves a raise for all this kindness, I also thank the cooks who allow us to eat such delicious sushi!! I recommend with my eyes closed it is my favorite restaurant, thank you very much!

16/12/2024: Extremely disappointed with my visit. The room is very dirty, the floors are sticky, the tables are not washed between two customers, the trash cans are overflowing, the toilets are in a deplorable state of dirt, the kitchen is also very dirty, the spoon used to add the bacon on the fries falls to the ground, no problem, it is put back in the bin... Several duplicate racks, so my order was delivered to another table... complicated to make myself understood by the waiters before my order is redone, unfortunately with missing products, after three times, I finally had everything... but cold... It’s amazing that a restaurant established for so long and in such a good location is so poorly managed and maintained. Management has work to do!!!

14/12/2024: Too many missing items on the products. No cheddar for the Cheddar Fries. Forced to go to another Mc Do to get frozen desserts. In short, so disappointed!!!!

09/09/2024: It’s good because we can’t give the score zero. Pitiful service, waiting to eat on site but then I have never seen that, as a team member at McDonald's I can tell you that if we do that in our restaurant we are fired after 48 hours. Managers are non-existent, customer service absent. The terminals never work. And I'm not talking about the cleanliness of the restaurant which is unspeakable. To avoid entirely.
