04/12/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and what a lucky break it was! We received a very warm welcome, and the food was excellent. Plus, they offer gluten-free options without any problems – pure bliss! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Lyon.

10/04/2026: Being from Lyon, we already have plenty of experience with traditional Lyonnais restaurants. We ate at M'man's last night and we highly recommend it! A wonderful welcome from very friendly and attentive staff, a beautiful and very typical setting (with its inverted kitchen piano on the ceiling!), and delicious homemade food. The service was quick, and from the appetizer to the dessert, we enjoyed excellent Lyonnais dishes. Don't hesitate, go!

04/04/2026: We went at lunchtime without a reservation. There were two set menus, priced at €19 and €29; we chose the cheaper one. The menu was quite filling and delicious for lunch. We specified that we didn't eat pork when ordering, as there are many pork options in bouchon culture. I had fish as both a starter and a main course, and it was very good. There were also two beef options. I haven't seen a more affordable option than €19 among bouchon prices. In that sense, I can say it's a great value for money place. If you want to order the main course alone (without the set), the price is €13, which I think is incredibly affordable, because each portion is really nice and filling. The crème brûlée was AMAZING!

05/12/2025: Being quite demanding, I was satisfied from start to finish with this pizzeria. The ingredients are high-quality and well-prepared, and the crust is good, crispy, and thin. An essential detail for me: the pizza is topped with mozzarella, not Gruyère. The Brazilian waitress is fantastic—funny and always smiling. As for the owner, you can tell he loves his job; he even takes the time to chat with his customers. You can feel his passion, and as an added bonus, the desserts are homemade. The tiramisu is exceptional. A great find; I'll be back! 😉

30/01/2026: A string of mediocrities. Table in a draft. Disorganized service. Amuse-bouche served before the ordered bottle of champagne. Presentation of the wrong bottle of wine, already opened! Presentation of the digestif trolley during the cheese course. Hot dish served cold. Manager nowhere to be seen. When it came time to pay the bill of over €1000, not a word of apology or a gesture of goodwill. In short, unworthy of their reputation. The service is more professional in some of the smaller restaurants in the area. Avoid at all costs!

06/01/2026: The food was excellent, the staff young and friendly, and the ambiance was fantastic. However, what bothered me somewhat was the smell of the glasses; the dishwasher smell was quite noticeable, especially when drinking a glass of water – that's unnecessary.

30/03/2026: Since the new staff took over, what a disappointment. Gone are the friendly servers, replaced by a team fresh out of school and still learning the ropes. For example, I ordered a freshly squeezed lemon juice and was served some kind of frothy, fluorescent yellow concoction—nothing like freshly squeezed lemon juice at all. When I pointed this out, they assured me that was exactly what I ordered, but I've been drinking freshly squeezed lemon juice for 50 years and it's never looked like that. Anyway, I won't be a good customer anymore.

For dessert, I recommend the kunfe, angel hair pasta with mascarpone and mozzarella drizzled with honey—it's a delight...just like the charming waitress's smile...go without hesitation!
