02/10/2024: Nice place and fast service, too bad my burger for €18 only contained a slice of cheese and two cherry tomatoes with meat that was not cooked through (cold inside, meat literally raw) after all, I was not asked to cook it steak but I wasn't expecting a tartare, in short 3 leaves of salad with 2 drops of olive oil, I had to ask for more sauce and the homemade lasagna which had neither sauce nor béchamel was meh, I tasted it tasted like a canteen dish but hey had to guess when our dishes arrived 3 minutes after ordering. Disastrous value for money, I was disgusted to pay so much for it Otherwise the waitress who served us was nice but forgot to bring the bill

27/06/2025: Worst pizzeria in Lyon. The insults rain down when you ask for hot sauces. Don't order drinks; they're nonexistent, as are ice cream and desserts. Spitting was found on the pizza on site, and the hygiene is poor. To be avoided, whether you're eating in or taking out. 10/06/2025: Avoid, order placed before 9 p.m., delivery made at 10:20 p.m. The pizzas are barely warm and the top pizza, my daughter's Queen, is cut (the ham was pushed to the side and you can see the teeth marks). I am disgusted and sickened by this place

27/01/2025: After a concert Saturday evening, we decided to go to the drive-thru to order. Unfortunately, this proved impossible. We were stuck for more than an hour, surrounded by cars, unable to move forward or get out. I ended up going straight to the window to ask if there was a problem, but no one came. My question was completely ignored. Meanwhile, horns sounded, expressing the annoyance of other customers. When the manager finally moved, it was only to shout, without providing any explanation or apology. In the end, we managed to leave this hell, but without being able to order. If managing the crowds after a concert or match is so complicated, it would be better to temporarily close the drive-thru rather than leaving customers in such a situation.

11/12/2024: Una de nuestras últimas noches en Lyon, no conseguimos una reserva y Café Perl fue capaz de acomodarnos. Nos sentamos afuera bajo un enorme árbol de hoja caduca, bellamente decorado con luces que proyectaban un cálido y romántico resplandor. El restaurante estaba muy ocupado con clientes de todas las edades, y era un poco ruidoso... parecían tener poco personal y por lo tanto el servicio sufrió por ello. La comida estaba bien preparada y deliciosa... compartimos una ensalada y croque monsieur.

09/11/2024: Après avoir attendu une heure et demi nous avons commandés trois plats différents. Une choucroute froide et très acide Un magret de canard mauvaise cuisson et sauce étrange Une entrecôte demandée saignante et servi à point . Je ne parle pas de cette addition très chère pour ce que nous avons mangés. J'ai averti le serveur il m'a répondu c'est pas moi qui cuisine. Pas un geste commercial pour l'attente.... Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant

22/09/2024: I order an XL Country Pizza on sale for the brand's anniversary. More than an hour later, I received an infamous dry thing. I can't even call it cardboard, that would be an insult to cardboard, which has the advantage of being practical during a move for example. I try to make an amicable arrangement with the lunch service, to no avail. The same goes for the evening service. Blazed employees, busy manager. RUN AWAY!!!! I finally got the manager who told me that she doesn't have time to talk to me. Let them note it down for next time. No refund, they don't care at all.

16/09/2024: 2h15 late for a delivery for two pizzas. Of the two pizzas, one that didn't match my order at all, super super😒😒

17/09/2024: The worst Starbucks in Lyon. Missing liquid from the drink, and after complaining, the barista gets upset because I pointed out that there is OBVIOUSLY liquid missing from the cup. When ordering the drink, they don’t even ask for your loyalty card, and if you ask about it after you’ve already paid, they just say "too bad," "too late." I went asking to the barista if she could give me my drink as I paid for it, because obviously, she didn’t buy it nor give it to me for free, and she just suggested adding COLD milk to a hot drink to make up for the missing part. When I told her I just wanted my drink as it should be (pumpkin spice latte), she got upset, saying she had other drinks to prepare and I was obviously wasting her time.Terrible service. Thanks for nothing. 🐀🐀🐀🐀

22/08/2024: Very good chicken merguez couscous. The meats were well cooked. The taste was good. The sauce/vegetables served on the side were good too. The quantity was very sufficient too.
