20/12/2025: I was staying overnight, so I visited with three colleagues. The service was excellent and the food was of a high standard. However, there were some items on the menu that weren't available. Looking back, it seems that the menu is changed regularly, so the information on the current menu is unlikely to be valid in the future. However, I feel that the (vegetable) curry might not be appealing enough to people in Japan, where curry is a daily staple, or in India, where curry originated.

27/11/2025: The daily special came with cold, undercooked vegetables, no water or bread service, and ice cream to be eaten with a fork... In short, a "complicated" service.

26/11/2025: Hello, I've had the opportunity to eat at this university restaurant several times, and I'd like to point out that the short-haired woman who handles card and Izly payments is extremely unpleasant. Upon arrival, she shouts "Oh no, oh no, oh no, not for us, not for us!" while giving us a very nasty look. A truly unpleasant person. 💀

06/11/2025: The carpet is comfortable underfoot, which is the only positive point. Charging 6 points for a plate of soggy, cold fries is outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

25/06/2025: A small bistro just the way we like them. A great atmosphere with a regular clientele. The best ristretto in town. It's a shame that with the implementation of the new traffic zone, the terrace has to endure the onslaught of all the buses that now stop in front of it.

14/02/2026: Very disappointed with this ice rink. No information was given regarding when the facility was exceptionally closed: we made the trip specifically for it… only to find the doors locked.

12/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero... As the assistant director of a recreation center, we took the children from the center this afternoon. The staff isn't welcoming; when the horde of people arrives, no one pays attention to anyone else... there's no safety on the ice, or it only arrives after you've already left... it's impossible to get equipment for children who don't know how to skate... in short, a bad experience.

17/01/2026: Food poisoning. We are regular customers of this restaurant and often come as a family. After our last meal, our 4-year-old son became ill with vomiting, and the whole family also experienced significant digestive problems. This situation is unacceptable. The establishment will be reported to the health department so that an inspection can be carried out.

09/07/2025: This McDonald's is awful! Incompetent staff who don't know their products and are also very unpleasant. The management needs to be reworked, eh? Run away; go to the one in Champagne or anywhere else in Lyon instead. You'll get much better service and it will be faster, and at least they know their products. Good luck!

07/07/2025: A 30-minute wait for a meal! It wasn't exactly a rush! The food preparation staff behind the table were on high alert... In short, I'm angry and disappointed; the whole point of fast food is to be served quickly! Even in a traditional restaurant, we get served faster...

11/12/2025: I had a terrible experience with the cashier, who seemed fed up with serving me. I asked if they still made the old goat cheese sandwiches, and she replied "no" in a condescending tone. I arrived happy to get my meal and left annoyed because of her.

16/01/2026: McDonald's is getting dirtier and dirtier; I've finally given up eating there. So many things are missing from the paid extras that I've stopped ordering them altogether. Their loyalty program has been reduced, portion sizes have decreased, and prices have gone up (shrinkflation)... It's a shame because the location is ideal and this McDonald's is very convenient for local workers. I'm really looking forward to the opening of the two competitors in the Hôtel-Dieu area; I might finally give up on this poorly managed McDonald's altogether.

31/12/2025: Despite the crowd, the service was very quick, but we only ordered drinks. However, we did manage to find a table for four. The only major drawback: the toilets were closed due to "incivilities." Actually, that's just how it is; otherwise, they shouldn't even be open. In any place where you can eat and drink, it seems essential to have access to a toilet, especially in a city where public restrooms are nonexistent and, in any case, dirty.

25/01/2026: The way you wash your glasses and mugs is a disgrace and a proof of a total lack of common sense. And of basic hygiene. Shame on you! I will file a complaint with the DGCCRF.

24/01/2026: Previously, we were served at the table. That's no longer the case: you have to order, then pick up your drink, and finally pay! In short, it's better to stay home or go drink somewhere else.

09/12/2025: We never get the sauces, and when we order for home delivery it's complicated to ask for more, it's annoying especially when we pay for them.
