19/07/2026: I truly don't understand some of the behavior in this kind of establishment. A customer makes a simple comment about the wait and is met with a dark-haired waitress who has a particularly odious and contemptuous attitude. There's a way to speak to people, even when there's a disagreement. What also bothers me is this tendency to automatically defend a colleague without trying to understand the situation as a whole. In the end, the customer is completely ignored, even though she was simply there to order a drink like anyone else. Frankly, this kind of attitude gives a very bad impression. You can be tired, have a lot of work, or disagree with a customer, but respect remains fundamental. It's a real shame to see some establishments lose their sense of hospitality, especially when you know they used to have a much better reputation. What a shame, because I live right next door and have been coming here for years, but I'll never set foot in there again! I would go to BETTANT, which is right next door, where there has never been this kind of problem!

18/07/2026: I have been a customer of your establishment for many years, since the days of Café de la Poste, and I have never had the slightest problem with your staff. I have always been respectful and have always enjoyed coming to your restaurant. On my last visit, I waited a long time before being served. Several other customers noticed the wait and even signaled to the servers to let them know. Despite this, a waitress looked at me and then went to serve people who had arrived after me. When I simply pointed out that I had arrived before these customers, she responded curtly and disrespectfully. I calmly explained that I am over 80% disabled, that I am on dialysis, and that long waits are particularly difficult for me. Her response was that she didn't care and that she was doing the best she could. I then ended the conversation by simply asking her to serve me, but she continued to respond in a haughty tone instead of defusing the situation. The most painful part came next. When I went back into the store to order a drink, another waitress, who had initially been very pleasant, completely changed her attitude after the first waitress told her it was me. From that moment on, no one else on staff wanted to serve me. Without having witnessed the incident, they explained that they believed their colleague because they had known her for a year. No one tried to listen to my side of the story. Yet I have been a loyal customer since the establishment opened. Feeling so sidelined and judged without being heard is deeply humiliating and hurtful. I sincerely believe it would be important to review with your team how you welcome customers and manage tense situations. Beyond the wait, it was above all the lack of respect, the failure to listen, and the staff's behavior that deeply shocked me. I remember the Café de la Poste from its heyday, and the previous staff were always welcoming, professional, and kind. Unfortunately, I feel that this spirit has been lost. It's truly regrettable, because quality service is essential, and loyal customers may well stop coming back when they are treated this way. Food: 1/5 • Service: 1/5 • Atmosphere: 1/5

05/01/2026: You'll find simply the best products and advice here...at the right price 😁 The Gilardot double oyster, size 0, is opened at...almost €10 each, but...the biggest on the market 🤷‍♂️ Freshness is guaranteed for everything on the platter, and there's complete transparency regarding origin and fishing methods. My few complaints: no masks during the holiday season in a rather small space, and a wait of over 40 minutes for a platter I ordered in advance for Christmas, probably due to the single till system. Also, while my platter was excellent, it was missing the box of trout roe I had paid extra for. I recommend this fish shop to anyone for whom budget isn't the primary concern.

10/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! I took my mother to lunch at this restaurant, which was new to me. I based my decision on reviews, photos, and online posts. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was excellent, beautifully presented, and generous, and the atmosphere was pleasant. As for the service, it was impeccable: the two waitresses were very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and will gladly return.

21/05/2026: Restaurant in the town center, opposite the church. Small outdoor terrace. Large dining rooms, one with a breathtaking view of the Monts du Lyonnais. This last room has just been renovated. Set menu at €16.50 including starter, main course, and dessert. A lovely menu featuring fresh, local produce and a good wine selection. Very friendly and attentive service. The owners make their own charcuterie and sell it at the bar at very competitive prices. An excellent place for a good meal.

If you have the choice between a good, highly rated local restaurant and a Courtepaille, choose the local restaurant in Sanary, Olioulles, Bandol, Toulon... When a customer encounters several problems during their meal, it's not always easy or pleasant to have to intervene with the staff for every difficulty. My review is simply intended to share my experience as I had it. Reporting a problem on-site doesn't change the quality of the experience I had that day. Therefore, I wanted to share my feelings so that you can take them into account and improve your service in the future. I also notice that the responses to reviews seem to be standard messages, repeated almost verbatim from one comment to another. This gives the impression that customer feedback isn't actually examined on a case-by-case basis. Best regards.
