17/01/2026: We arrived as a couple, and the waiter just looked at us without saying a word. Neither did we 😂 After ten seconds, I finally blurted out, "Can we eat?" He pointed to a table. We sat down, but the table was sticky. I gestured to him to ask if we could move, but no luck. So we took another table next door… also sticky. Anyway, I ordered. I chose a pig's stomach soup. Five minutes later, he brought me a large bowl of tripe soup, explaining that they were out of stomach. The soup was very good, piping hot, and very spicy—perfect for a 2°C (36°F) day. In short: terrible service, good food but ridiculously expensive, with a simple bowl of rice costing €4.

The Peking duck and stir-fried noodles are definitely worth trying 😋. Fast service, discreet and efficient staff 👍. 02/06/2026: The manager is incredibly attentive, and the food is excellent. I wanted to give Indian cuisine another chance after a terrible experience at a dreadful fast-food place, and we were delighted. The cheese naan is delicious, the dishes are generous, and the spices are mild but not too hot (the butter chicken, OMG!).

18/04/2026: Great place to relax and play billiards! The atmosphere is friendly, the staff is helpful, and the managers are welcoming. Definitely a nice spot to spend time with friends.

02/05/2026: Excellent food, fast and efficient service. We had a reservation. There were five of us and we ordered: Lyonnaise salad, warm goat cheese salad, andouillette sausage, quenelle, beef bourguignon, hamburger, pistachio sausage, chocolate mousse, lemon meringue pie, praline tart, and chocolate banana tart. EVERYTHING was delicious.

27/01/2026: With great location just next to the river Saône in Lyon. As an asian who uses to have the taste of Ramen, I would say that all food are fresh and well prepared. However, if you use to have Ramen in Asia, with standard of gourmet demander, I strongly suggest not trying it as it is totally different from those great Japanese Ramen chains and you will be really disappointed. On the other hand, their Gyoza with Saint-Jacques et encornets are delicious especially compared to Gyoza with Pork. If you were there, really have to give it a try. In terms of service, all staffs are super friendly. Very Japanese style service. However, those who took orders are not as professional as in a restaurant as they don't take the order by persons who entered the store first and they missed served our order until we reminded them. Overall, it is a nice experience but I don't think that I will re-visit it again as the Ramen doesn't reach my expectation. However, it is still good for those who like to try fresh-made Japanese ramen in Lyon.

10/12/2025: Our experience at the Ibis hotel restaurant was very mixed. We arrived around 7 pm; the restaurant was empty, there was no music, and the atmosphere was rather gloomy. We each ordered a Gin and Tonic as an aperitif and only received, after several minutes of waiting, a simple glass of Sprite disguised as a gin glass. The young woman serving was friendly but didn't speak French very well. As for the meal, we ordered the hamburger, which was supposed to have bacon and raclette cheese, but in the end, we received neither, instead cheddar cheese. The experience was far from pleasant; moreover, it was cold in the restaurant, and the atmosphere was definitely lacking. The next morning, we had the buffet breakfast included with our room. The quality of the service, the welcome, and the atmosphere were very different from the previous day. Overall, it is preferable to eat breakfast, but it is better to avoid dinner.

28/05/2026: Overall, the pizzas are good, the staff is friendly, but once again—and this is increasingly the case on Boulevard des États-Unis—the owner feels compelled to impose his religion on all the customers. Don't even think about ordering a pizza with ham or pairing it with a glass of red wine; it's haram. I miss my Moroccan pizza maker in Villeurbanne who used to say, "My religion forbids me from eating pork or drinking alcohol," but I don't have the right to impose my prohibitions on others. If only everyone were like that...

13/05/2026: My friends and I went to this wonderful pizzeria. Honestly, the service, quality, and prices were all very reasonable. I recommend this pizzeria to everyone. The presentation of the dishes and desserts was magnificent. It was really delicious, and above all, the staff was fantastic—very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Everything is homemade.

31/05/2026: I came for lunch today to celebrate Mother's Day with my mom and the whole family. The menu was exceptional, featuring top-quality ingredients. Kudos to the chef and to Olivier. All the servers were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way for their customers. The restaurant has a beautiful setting, but it's even more magnificent thanks to its servers and cooks. I highly recommend it…

08/06/2026: I've rented twice on this Rue Ferrandière, so this bakery would be convenient if the service had been up to scratch both times. You have to say hello first and... no response! Surreal. The first time I was hungry, but this time it's just not working. My advice: hire a debt collector or a bailiff, but stop running a business; it's not for you. Another tip: Aux Merveilles de Fred, not far from here. They're friendly, they do their job, and it's delicious!

18/05/2026: Bad experience: a €4.20 pastry sold without a price tag or any indication of what it was. The cream was completely dry, hard to cut, and the cake was bland and tasteless, clearly not fresh or frozen for too long. A lack of transparency and a disappointing product. P.S.: I initially thought it was meringue.

31/05/2026: Highly recommended! 👍🏻 We were a table of five with a baby. We arrived late due to traffic, but we had called ahead to let them know. They were very understanding and still accommodated us even though the kitchen closed at 2:00 PM and we ordered a little later. We really appreciated their kindness; as restaurant owners ourselves, we're familiar with this kind of situation. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone at our table enjoyed the food: pizza burger, Caesar salad (x2), and carpaccio. The pizza bread was a real plus and was excellent. The only slight downside was that the carpaccio was a bit pricey for the size of the plate, but the taste was very good. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

25/03/2026: Large parking lot. Easy access to the restaurant. A good meal at this chain restaurant specializing in meat. Good, efficient service and a warm welcome with a smile. Prices are in line with the area. Tasty and generous portions.
