26/11/2025: Hello, I've had the opportunity to eat at this university restaurant several times, and I'd like to point out that the short-haired woman who handles card and Izly payments is extremely unpleasant. Upon arrival, she shouts "Oh no, oh no, oh no, not for us, not for us!" while giving us a very nasty look. A truly unpleasant person. 💀

06/11/2025: The carpet is comfortable underfoot, which is the only positive point. Charging 6 points for a plate of soggy, cold fries is outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

12/12/2025: The website is useless; there's no option to order online. We're told to call the restaurant for click and collect, but the restaurant is unreachable by phone; no one answers. The prices are quite high for what you get, and I was very disappointed with my last order. The potatoes weren't hot, probably from the day before; they were very dry and cold. At the price they're sold for, I was really disappointed.

01/12/2025: The restaurant was empty, we should have left... * The empanadas... no flavor at all. * Butiffara: the bread could have been fresher, the meat was tender, the filling very light. In short, avoid it. * The octopus: I admit it was good, however, the quantity was disappointing, especially compared to the photo on the website. Three small pieces of octopus and only one potato. We asked for some bread, just so we wouldn't be hungry when we left... It was no use. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the waitress said she would speak to the chef. In short, I paid the bill without any compensation.

29/11/2024: The bouncers are still just as racist (yes I have to say the terms) I decided to go there anyway knowing that colleagues and dance partners were waiting for me but was rejected at the entrance for an evening with the dance group wasted, reminds me why I don't come out here anymore. Too bad for you!

25/06/2025: A small bistro just the way we like them. A great atmosphere with a regular clientele. The best ristretto in town. It's a shame that with the implementation of the new traffic zone, the terrace has to endure the onslaught of all the buses that now stop in front of it.

19/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! The name of the place says it all: it's like the backstage of chaos there 😂. There are aggressive people who respect nothing, but apparently they're the "favorite customers," the "regulars" 🤔... anyway, it's a VIP atmosphere, like a Village Improbable Party. The bouncer is playing cowboy at the entrance... except he doesn't scare anyone, poor guy 🤠. The place is like a high school prom, but less organized. The DJ is useless; at one point, there's a technical problem, no sound for over 5 minutes... we were all in muted ASMR disco mode 🤣

07/09/2025: A security guard who thinks he's a thug Getting turned away two weekends in a row because you're not used to it, even though you've been back here plenty of times before. Shuts the door in your face so you don't have to argue, even though he has no reason to refuse us entry. Question yourself.

23/03/2026: We spent a night there with friends; upon arrival, the receptionist seemed completely out of it...not unfriendly, but rather nonchalant, not very smiley, not well-presented, a bit unkempt, and didn't seem particularly motivated. She assigned us a room (we had booked in advance) on the first floor, but the sink drain was stuck and the water wouldn't drain. We went back down to reception; the receptionist asked us if this was a problem. I wondered, and she finally gave us a room on the second floor, telling us there would certainly be a problem because there was a problem in all the rooms! I wondered if she was joking. She also asked us how many pastries and bread we would be taking the next day. When we got to the room, the toilet seat was broken and the bed frame was dirty and stained. What can I say about the neighborhood and surrounding area...it's true it's close to the Arena Stadium, but more importantly, it's a real drug dealing hotspot right next to the hotel. Not very reassuring when you're two women! Often, the warm welcome and smiles of the staff can make us forget the outdated rooms and minor inconveniences, but that wasn't the case here. Avoid this hotel!

23/03/2026: No complaints about the staff, who were very kind and competent. However, the mattresses were too firm, there was no hot water, and it was impossible to charge mobile phones because the power outlets weren't compatible with chargers. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and safe.

05/12/2025: Dinner was good. Breakfast was poor (no eggs, no cold cuts). Room was outdated.

10/10/2025: The rooms are quite worn out. The air conditioning doesn't work. The bathroom isn't really clean either. The hotel service is very poor. The staff is very unfriendly. If you have a complaint, they can only speak French, even though they used to speak English. The hotel smells musty. Unfortunately, we paid in advance. If I had said I'd pay tomorrow, I wouldn't have. We booked through Expedia and filed a complaint, but it's been going on for three weeks, so I'm definitely not happy with Expedia either. They need to do one thing with this hotel, and that's close it. You wouldn't want to be found dead in this hotel. If you're looking for a hotel, don't choose this one; please look elsewhere. This hotel doesn't deserve any more guests. And as you can see in the hotel's comment below, if I expect anything... We're renovating. It's a shame I don't have any photos. But whoever checks the rooms regularly does this person with their eyes closed. The air conditioning will be checked once a year because several guests are complaining about it. It didn't work. We tried to find a solution on the spot, but they were unwilling to do anything, and management was impossible to reach. It was just a disgusting room. Ugh. The inspectors should definitely visit. So, if you're looking for a hotel, please look elsewhere. You'll regret this hotel. Don't be tempted by the pool because it's freezing. And great, if they ask for payment, say you'll do it in the morning because then you'll have seen how terrible the hotel is, and you can refuse to pay. And the sad thing is, Expedia doesn't do anything about this complaint either. They say they'll get back to you, but you never hear anything back. We contacted them three times, and it's now been three months and we haven't heard anything.

16/03/2026: I come here at least once a week, so believe me: I know the potential of this place. But today's experience deserves to be recounted. As soon as we walked in, the crew member greeted us with a sigh worthy of an employee just called back from vacation. We immediately understood that we were profoundly disrupting his life plan. Then came the sacred moment: the making of the sandwich. And then… the show. The bread, barely out of its UV tanning booth, was picked up and then instantly torn apart as if the sandwich had owed him money since 2007. Next came the medical intervention: CPR with salad. At this point, I thought he was trying to revive the sandwich. Unfortunately, it was already dead. As for the cheese, I can't be more categorical: I didn't see any cheese, but perhaps a few molecules. A spiritual presence. The tomatoes? Three slices. Three. It looked like a war ration during the Second World War. The amount of filling was so minimal that it was almost as if you were in a minimalist gourmet tasting. And let's talk about the sauce… I wouldn't say there wasn't any, but if you blinked at the wrong moment, you'd miss it. I even suspect he'd taken a personal vow of sauce abstention. The bread was as dry as the service, which is quite an achievement when you think about it. All of this was prepared with an energy that oscillated between condescension, weariness, and personal revenge against the food. At one point, I genuinely thought the ingredients had done something to him. The result: a scandalous, pathetic, lamentable, catastrophic, heartbreaking, deplorable, and utterly disheartening sandwich… As a great lover of food, it was extremely difficult to watch. I won't deny that at one point, I felt a tear welling up. We simply hope, from the bottom of our hearts, never to encounter that absolutely unforgettable teammate again… but only in the worst possible way. Anyway. I'll probably still come back… but I hope the sandwich won't need a defibrillator next time.

07/04/2026: 15-minute wait, leftover Coke. No ice even though I asked for it. Half-empty fries. All this for an exorbitant price. Avoid at all costs.
