02/12/2025: Good evening, I'm very disappointed after reporting to the cashier at reception that the emergency exits were locked. The response was, "They'll stay that way." I couldn't believe it! All the emergency exits are locked in case of panic, fire, or anything else. What happens then? Even the police told me, "Not our problem" (crazy world!). They said, "We're waiting for victims first."
This is completely unacceptable and illegal. Emergency exits are clearly labeled as such and must remain open for evacuation in case of an emergency, not locked.

03/08/2024: The food was very good and the prices reasonable but the experience was let down by the service. We ordered our food and drinks as well as some water, we then reminded the waiter about the water when he brought our main courses but it still did not arrive. We also had to order our desserts twice despite the fact that he had entered them into their computerised system. The staff need to spend more time doing their job and less time chatting to each other.
19/07/2024: Plats très bons, vin excellent, décoration sympathique, propreté, tout y est, sauf la musique... désagréable, forte et qui ne rappelle en rien les amoureux de l'Italie, du vélo (Giro) que nous sommes. Après notre remarque gentille auprès de la serveuse de bien vouloir changer de style musical, sa réponse : vous savez, nous en avons ras le bol de la musique italienne ...alors! mademoiselle, je vous conseille d'aller travailler dans une boîte de nuit, vous aurez la musique que vous méritez...bon, allez, pas grave, il y a tellement de bons restaurants italiens, où l'on se sent en Italie 😉

01/11/2023: The Franklin Roosevelt is the place where I stop every time I come to Meaux.
In summer, their location offers them a magnificent terrace.
Excellent service and pleasant staff.
A big congratulations to the boss who knows how to welcome and always with a smile.
