04/08/2026: Warm service, both to the (many) regulars and to passersby. The portions are generous. The menu is a bit limited, but that's a sign of quality! The meat is truly excellent, and the fries are homemade. My only slight disappointment was with the homemade custard. The frothy texture and subtle flavor didn't appeal to me.

03/08/2026: I'm going to eat the prawns and fries with my mom—they're amazing! And the fresh tuna tart is a real discovery. The waitress is such a sweetheart, so lovely. I love it!

21/07/2026: Dinner wasn't as good as at home: the €34-something menu included surprising oysters, so salty I thought I was going to swallow a mouthful of water. They should just change suppliers. The salmon, which I had asked to be cooked only slightly, was well-cooked in a green and oddly sweet sauce. Let's stick to classic dishes and respect the customer's request. And the vegetable medley was a ratatouille with a lot of water and no seasoning. Suspected frozen. Finally, the dessert was a French toast that had somehow lost its way. It's a shame, because the setting and location of this brasserie are elegant and pleasant, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

28/06/2026: It was great to find a place open late at night in Rouen. The staff was very friendly, polite, and welcoming—thanks to them. However, the pizza itself was disappointing. The dough wasn't very good, and the ingredients used were mediocre. For a pizza priced at €24, the value for money is unfortunately quite poor. The only positive aspects were the late-night availability and the great staff.

11/07/2026: A very pleasant experience at Étienne Confluence. The setting is lovely. After choosing my three tea bags with Nicolas's advice, we settled in to enjoy a hot chocolate and smoothie. It was perfect. Thank you to the team and a big thank you to Nicolas for his professionalism and kindness.

17/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! The café is lovely, the service is quick, and the staff is very welcoming. I really appreciated being able to find both cold drinks and coffee or tea all in one place, but the biggest plus was definitely the power outlets for working on a computer! I originally went in for a freshly squeezed orange juice, but as a big tea lover, I noticed the wide selection of organic teas on the menu. I will definitely be back. This place is officially becoming my go-to spot when I'm in the area; I have a feeling I'm going to become a regular!

27/07/2026: Restaurant within the Bison parc. Don't bother... As much as the parc itself is good, if you speak French, the restaurant is not good. The decor is kitch enough to be fun for kids but the food is not good and way too expensive. The food arrived so fast, it was obviously already cooked. It felt like the chips were warmed up in the microwave and were soft and greasy. The meat was ok but really not great. I would definitely not bother.

24/07/2026: I visited about ten years ago, and what a surprise it was to discover this park with its new attractions! The bison ride in a military truck is exceptional, and the wolf enclosure is unforgettable. The gift shop is lovely, and the guides are outstanding. The staff is exemplary and attentive to their guests. The restaurant is magnificent, specializing in bison meat. I wasn't disappointed and highly recommend it. A raccoon enclosure is planned for the coming years. A perfect trip for families or individuals. A paradise for children and parents alike.

25/05/2026: Hello I'm writing to leave a review because we stayed at the hotel on May 22, 2026, for two nights, but we were very disappointed. The rooms were dirty, with cobwebs and seagull droppings all over the windows. We were on the 4th floor, so the cleaning staff had access to clean a yellow stain on the headboard, and the price of €410 for two nights shouldn't even be that high. There was also a major problem with the key. Every time we wanted to get into our room, we had to go through reception, not to mention the time a gentleman had to come and bring us a new key. We paid extra for a better view, but instead, we weren't even placed in the center of the hotel; we were put at the far end, so we were practically at the end of the sea. Very disappointed. Avoid this hotel; it's far too expensive for the quality.

The gentleman who served us was extremely friendly, professional, and approachable: he carefully recommended both the wine and the dishes, making us feel immediately at ease. His recommendations were spot on, and we were truly satisfied. Since we were sitting outside on a rather windy evening, they even took the time to bring us blankets to keep us warm, a thoughtful touch we greatly appreciated. It's truly difficult to find fault: it was an excellent experience in every way. If we ever return to the city, we'll definitely be back.
