13/03/2026: I had a reservation at your establishment for 12:30 PM today. The service was far too fast; I barely had time to enjoy an aperitif before the main courses arrived five minutes later! The steak tartare was quite good, though a bit bland. The waiter was pleasant, but the manager or owner at the till was very cold, not a smile, and seemed stressed and touchy because he didn't appreciate us changing tables. The manager needs to learn to smile in all circumstances; we spend money to be satisfied from beginning to end.

05/03/2026: It seems to me that the quality of the food has declined. I went there in February and the Normandy salad was listed as having new potatoes: disappointed, they were cold potatoes from the day before. I went back today and the salmon steak was dry and overcooked.

05/03/2026: I stumbled upon this parking lot by chance, and the atmosphere was impressive. There's plenty of space for trucks if you arrive before 7:00 PM. The staff is friendly and helpful, even though we speak different languages. But we understand each other. I asked for a traditional dish; I'd be in France and not try it. I highly recommend it.

02/05/2026: The waiters were very kind, especially to our one-year-old daughter. Good food and generous portions. I highly recommend it.

10/04/2026: Let's start with the good points: Pleasant setting Calm and relaxing atmosphere Fast and friendly service Clean restrooms However, things go downhill from there. We're dealing with the kings of frozen and pre-packaged food. They do make an effort to assemble it, though. The fries seem decent, but the rest is more like a good cafeteria meal. You can see the cost-cutting measures on portion sizes and quality. All this for a really poor value. Honestly, the options in the area are much better for the same price. The espresso is good quality; they have a bistro-style machine. In short, it's a place that assembles food but doesn't cook... except for the fries. But according to other reviews, the concept might appeal to some.

12/04/2026: The restaurant is well located, with a beautiful setting and welcoming and professional staff. The only downside is that the owners let disrespectful young regulars with their phones (loud volume and conversations) spoil the meal for others under the pretext that they think they own the place. It's a shame.

06/04/2026: Total disappointment! We came last year and were completely disappointed. Mussels with Camembert had just a tiny piece of Camembert on top. Cold fries (our plates were left on the edge of the seawall while the waiter served another table). No finger bowls. No bread. Cold warm goat cheese salad. Only the view is magnificent. Avoid at all costs! Go to Laurette's or the "fresh" chip stand opposite the campervan parking lot instead!

06/04/2026: We had a wonderful family evening in a pleasant, cozy setting. We received a very warm welcome and the staff were very attentive. The meal featured excellent ingredients and a wide variety of flavors; the cuisine was refined. My only slight criticism was not the value for money of the set menu, but rather the added extras. For example, the daily special shouldn't have these extras, as they're already included in the menu. In fact, they might not even be necessary; we could simply stick to the set menu and add a few items to the à la carte menu if needed. Otherwise, we have absolutely no complaints; on the contrary, we will definitely return. The service was perfectly executed. There was no waiting and no need to ask for anything.

10/07/2025: Luckily, the sales assistants are there to save the day! I had pointed out that baguettes weren't like they used to be, that something had changed regarding their storage. Before, when I took a baguette out of my freezer after a week, it was almost the same as the first day I bought it. Today, it remains hard as a rock after thawing, inedible... just a shame. I'm not talking about Viennese pastries and other king cakes...you'll have to rethink your copy! I live and work in the countryside, so I don't go out to get my bread every day, so I stock up on baguettes.

24/04/2026: It's unacceptable to seat a guest at the end of the table when there are seven of us. Waiting half an hour between being seated and having our order taken, even though the restaurant is far from full, and then waiting another 25 minutes between ordering and the food arriving... In short, we decided not to order dessert or coffee. Apparently, the servers don't have assigned sections, since we had three different people serving us. I can't imagine what it's like in peak season.

15/04/2026: Only one star, and even then, only because it's impossible to give zero! ‼️ I strongly advise against going there. The meats served in the evening are the same as the ones on the lunch menu the next day, the fries served at lunchtime are reheated in the evening, and if you like prison-like service, you've found the right place. The owner and staff don't seem to know the meaning of "Hello" or "Good evening." The warm welcome and friendliness of José and his team, not to mention the quality of the food they used to serve, are long gone.
